I have been to Trampoline High twice and have seen things worthy of sharing with the community. Because they deserve recognition as they earn it. My first time here was with a large group (field trip) and the experience was painless in terms of check, organization with the school, parking and food/drinks for the little ones. They enjoy this event so much that a 4 year old could continue to remember the facility name for an entire year after. My second time was a party of my family and it couldn't have gone better. Trampoline High has a few party packages which could include closing their business for you. They usually have good availability and all they asked me was $100 deposit. When we got to the place, we were surprised by the arrangement/decoration that they took care of, we simply needed to bring our cake and extra food to offer. Going extra early was unnecessary, all was ready and that piece of mind was priceless. Their deals included that you could bring extra food or drinks for a flat fee. We had a server assigned to the party and she was relentless in picking up and serving as we needed. Adults were able to enjoy fellowship while kids safely enjoy their calorie burning activities he he. Manager was present a few times and she has a heart of customer service or customer oriented personnel. We left some of our extra decorations as she hinted that she helps some customers who need the extra push. One extra gesture she had with us was that, we had purchased extra juices and we didn't use. Surprisingly enough they offer to take it back and not charge us since they were not open. Big heart and was a nice tough. We will be back, demanded by kids. read more

Customer service was okay, not very accommodating and just didn't have that "Disney experience" if you know what I mean. What an amazing place to host a kids party. Or any active fun party. Michelle is 5 alone for her care in helping plan. She is very clear on all aspects of planning and picking a package that best suits you. Not a up seller she is honest on your needs. If you choose to bring your own food there is that option at a fee again she is clear. All is very reasonable and we chose to come hands swinging except the cake. Everyone had a blast even adults. We were complimented by all our guest on the great experience for everyone. My young daughter and I were guests at a party in this establishment. The team of young adults that took care of the party (set up, waivers, rules ) and guest accommodations were Excellent !!! The down fall came when Michelle, a woman that runs this place showed up and scolded her young employee in presence of patrons and birthday party guests. Seems there was also a misunderstanding relating to what was allowed to be brought from the outside, as far as drinks for the party. She handled this small issue in the most inappropriate and unprofessional manner I have ever witnessed. Not only did she make a scene about the drinks, she began to move the drinks off the decorated tables in a gross and rough manner her self. Demanding the drinks be taken out of the establishment. I'm thinking she could've handled this differently, like maybe at the end of the party when those guests were gone. It's a shame that her behavior had to be witnessed by everyone and it immediately changed the vibe at the party. I'm sure it made the parents throwing the party rather upset; as renting out a place for a private party is costly. What's most upsetting, is the way she spoke to the young lady working for her. I booked a party for my kids here and I regret it, unfortunately. The staff was great and gave us excellent customer service. They did everything in their power to make sure the kids had fun. The problem was the owner, Michelle. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was so taken aback by her behavior that I didn't know how to react. I paid almost $600 for a two hour party, including an additional $65 to bring our own food. It was not clarified on the website that outside drinks were not included in that fee. We did not even bring alcohol, just water for our guests. The owner showed up 30 minutes before the party was over and grabbed our cooler and all waters and took them away from us. Instead of speaking to me about the issue in a professional way, she lashed out at our party host and one of my guests. She even snapped at another guest and her little daughter because they were trying to socially distance at another table to eat their food, and apparently they were in an area where a party was going to take place in two hours. As it's often said, "It's not what you say, it's how you say it." She could've had spoke to me about the drink situation in a nice manner, and I would've been completely understanding. Our guests were so uncomfortable they didn't even eat birthday cake and were asking for water I am really embarrassed by this whole situation and I can't believe I gave her all that money. Great Place for Kids!! After trying to decide whether to return to Sky Zone or try out Trampoline High; I'm SO glad we tried this place out !! It was SOO much fun !! Hope this helps you decide: - Not as big as SkyZone; maybe half the size...?? - Not as crowded, loud or as packed as SkyZone. My Conclusion: Older kids can have a great time at either place. But, moms with young kids will really like this place much better ! I took 3 boys ages 1, 4 and 12. They were super accommodating and let the baby jump ! Staff was super friendly - especially Liz ! We went around 5 pm on a Thursday and the place wasn't crowded at all. No lines, no waiting for anything. They said that it tends to be busier on the weekends with parties or weekday mornings with fieldtrips. I actually called in advance and planned my visit right after a fieldtrip so it was perfect. If you've never been to a trampoline park - you'll love this place ! If you've been to SkyZone, you will notice that its smaller, but more lo-key, relaxed and very friendly. I say Lo-key because its an easier place - not so rigid. You pay after you jump and you start jumping when ever you get there! No online pre-registration / reserving your time desired. Liz and Jessica met us with smiles when I brought my 3 kids and started my visit just right :) They guided me through the registration process and answered my questions with ease. While I was signing up they handed out socks to my kids so they could start playing. We came out around 2:30pm on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't to busy so my kids had plenty of room to bounce, dodge ball, basketball, and create different contests to compete against each other. As a 39 yr old father I was out there playing just as hard as they were. It doesn't hurt that I've been CrossFitting for over 6 years (shout out to CrossFit Boundless!!) but I came out a sweaty mess just like my kids did. I would recommend 1 hour if your kids are really active and 30 minutes if they don't get out much. My wife supported this small business by overseeing these big name trampoline facilities and have a "private" party for my stepdaughters. What a waste of money I tell you. I'll break it down -After purchasing a party package which is 2 hours of space rental regardless of package (ours more than $350) you have two options. You either buy food from the establishment which by the way is ordered from outside vendors that gets delivered because there's no food in this facility other than a vending machine with candy and chips that only takes cash. Or you pay the extra $65 to bring outside food. So we pay the extra $65. Keep in mind this package we purchased includes 20 mini bottle waters, 1 cheese pizza for 10 people. some famous "organic chip and salsa", Jumping access and a few other things. -we brought our own food as we payed $18 extra for additional kids to jump we knew we'll need more than just one cheese pizza for kids -GM Michelle decides to show up with 30 minutes left to the venues rental expiring walking straight to our party and with no explanation or courtesy whatsoever begins to literally confiscate our cans of soda and water that we bought along with the small cooler they were in. Takes them behind her register at the main entrance. For a second I thought she was going to ask me to call my mom to have her pick up my sodas. -the kicker, she begins to YELL at her employee who by the way has been working so hard to make sure everything was running smooth for us. Literally yelling at her in front of everyone like if she was a piece of TURD over soda and water...OVER SODA AND WATER! when I asked her what the issue was she angrily tells me "you want drinks they have to be bought through us" I said "we paid $65 for extra food" and she responded "that only includes food" Michelle then proceeded to kick out a mom and her daughter who were sitting at an empty table trying to social distance having a slice of pizza that WE bought because it was reserved to a 5pm party. Telling them they had to move in a rude tone. So you pay extra $65 to go out and BUY your own food and if you don't want to choke on your own food you have to buy it from her establishment on a separate expense??!! The website doesn't explain anything about specifically having to buy non alcoholic drinks from the establishment only. if I wanted to bring outside alcohol website states it's an extra $65 as well. Maybe I should have just done that and got everyone drunk. Listen I get it. You want to nickel and dime everything that's cool. Running a small business isn't easy. Especially in today's pandemic environment. However, even more reason to have some logical basic customer service training on how to treat the people PAYING to keep you afloat. I'm sure you can find some free courses on YouTube on that. Michelle, you could have handled this situation a lot more professionally and not like Some 5th grader upset because your rule was "broken". Maybe detail this information more Clearly on your website and explain that drinks are mandatory to be bought from you. I really hope you reflect on the crappy service you gave us. We first got there we were greeted by a nice young lady. She took our temperatures and we got our wristbands and went to sit. Before we arrived we went ahead and signed the waivers. First time here,have been to Sky Zone and although it is bigger it is always pretty full. Prices were less expensive than Sky Zone. It was clean and attendants all really polite and helpful. We have been coming here for 3 years, it was a hidden gem in our neighborhood. It's back in the industrial warehouses and is very low key and chill. My complaint is that they have suddenly increased the rate from 12/hour to $11 for 30 minutes. I frequently bring my child here after school and often on weekends, not too much of a splurge at the previous $7 for 30 minutes. Just seemed a little less of a splurge at under $10. $4 is a drastic increase over night in my opinion. On top of it, they didn't update any of the equipment to justify the increase. The only 'improvement' I saw was that they painted over the chalkboard walls which was another one of my favorite aspects of the place. Just another example of 'new management' focusing all of their efforts on their bottom line ($$$) . How about a customer loyalty program at least??? Show your existing customers that you care, and since you are so excited about your fancy computer system with all the customer info why don't you say thank you and welcome back ,, not stare at the customer like they are a stranger and ask them if they've ever been here before. Collect an email and create a meaningful customer list, then maybe we could be informed of price increases, or even the off chance of a discount. Took the kids here on a Sunday weekend. Check in took a while and the attendant was a bit rude and didn't seem to know their pricing and special deals very well. The trampolines overall were not bad and kids had fun in the dodgeball section. There should be more monitoring between the bigger kids and smaller kids sections though. Several times I saw smaller children almost get trampled by older kids. Also, at the trampoline jump section where you free jump onto a mat, there was no attendant. I found that to be very dangerous as many kids did not wait for other kids to get off the mat prior to jumping. The only working bathroom was not very clean. Price is decent but definite improvements need to be made. read more

My son and his friends went to Trampoline High to celebrate the end of school year last Friday. There were lots of people, and many children completely unsupervised. The children there were quite violent and inappropriate, trying to find a fight. My son reached an employee, who was just jumping and playing on his own, and his response was that his is not Skyzone, so he does not need to intervene. I saw a bunch of children hitting one child, and after we separated them, the group told us that the child was saying the f-word to all the children and all inappropriate stuff. Conclusion: very disappointed! The employees there did not care about safety of the children, and fights were frequent. Not a safe place for children!!! read more
