Yes, we would all love to see our kids from some amazing viewing spot, but all buildings sadly can't accommodate that, and sometimes it's best for the focus of the growing gymnasts as well. Reid, Liz, Miss Janet, Diana, Nolan, Kevin, Adriana, Gavin, and even those no longer at Balance have all been great motivators and do their best to know each child they see on a regular basis. We've never felt like just a number here- even on the busiest of days. Parking can be frustrating at times, but when isn't it in Miami? The pricing is fair, and the place is always clean.

We arrived 10 minutes before class, and when I checked in with the front desk, the staff member told me everything was in order. However, about 10 minutes into the class, the coach suddenly pulled my daughter out, saying she wasn't on the list. The front desk staff member was on the phone with another customer and remained on the call for another 10 minutes, offering no assistance. At that point, I decided to leave. No one made any effort to fix the situation, and my daughter never got to do the trial class at all. It was incredibly disappointing for me and for her , it was disrespectful and felt like they simply didn't care.
