The moment that crossed the line for me was when a staff member grabbed me by the shoulder to get my attention. There is simply no reason for an employee to put their hands on a guest. It was completely inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. If you're looking for an indoor play place for your children, I would recommend considering other options. There are so many structures to climb but at the same time I feel like this park is better suited for older kids (Maybe older than 4). The play structures span more than 2 levels making it hard for the little ones to reach the top and when they are at the top it is really hard to maneuver the area to get into the slides. My 3 yr old found this structure quite intimidating when leaving the second level. If you do come to this park with a small child the good thing is there is a small path to walk, 2 swings for infants, several benches, and a nice picnic table under a gazebo. I wanted to give this park 5 stars but I find it quite dangerous as the structure are very high and I found spots where small hands and feet could get stuck while climbing a tunnel. I also recommend coming to the parl in earlier hours so that you can find a parking spot. Simply pull in as if you are going to the police station and loop around behind it.
