We had our son's 5th birthday party here on Saturday and it was nothing short of amazing! They were very professional and kind and was able to work with us with our questions. Minitown is a cute and cozy place to have a toddler/kids party. Nicely decorated with good A/C and clean bathrooms. Apparently they offer different party themes you can choose from and will decorate the facility accordingly. The food station is small but well set up to handle your event. The kids have a small jungle gym to run threw as well as a climbing wall an a few video games to play with. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs and was on top of the housekeeping throughout the party. Not sure of the exact cost but my friend mention about 2K for a 4 hr block which seems pretty steep to me. This is the 3rd year in a row that I have my daughter's birthday party at Minitown. This is an excellent private indoor party place for children which includes the food and beverages, activities for the children and an entertainer. They take care of everything from beginning to end which makes my life much easier. Price is reasonable considering what you are getting. A full fledged party with food and drinks, entertainment, music and an attentive staff. There is rock climbing, gaming, and an indoor playground for the kiddos. It is indoors so you do not have to worry about weather and there is parking. You do not have to clean up or worry about a thing. This place is truly a lifesaver!!! I had my daughter's first birthday party last weekend at MiniTown. Everyone had a great time and even tough she's still little she was able to enjoy her party too. The staff was very attentive and polite. The entertainer was excellent too. All the guests had a great time! My favorite part was the decoration though. I told Nathalia what colors and theme I wanted for the party and she took it from there. My husband and I were pleased with how everything turned out. I called to cancel my party because of the Coronavirus and they don't even care they just want to keep the money. This place was absolutely amazing. I give it 4 stars because we went to a birthday party and I have to admit it was incredible. It's hard to find a place, if any, that you have all to yourself where you feel comfortable with kids running around and playing everywhere. So much to offer! beautifully decorated cake table, playground, video games, rock climbing wall, pizza hot dogs and sodas, entertainer and piñata. So much! However I was interested in a party for my son there and I just feel the prices are steep. I know people will pay anything for their kids, but I can go to Disney or on a trip for $1500. Many people don't have this money. They're cheapest package is $730 but only Monday thru Thursday and most people work and kids have school so I don't understand why they don't offer smaller prices on the weekends as well. I had party scheduled for March 14,2020 for my daughters 1st Birthday. Unfortunately, I had to cancel because on March 13,2020 all the mothers were calling to cancel because school were closing due to Covid -19 . I was able to change the date but due to this on going pandemic people still do not want to attend as much as I would like my daughter birthday. Is not Fair to spend $2,500.00 on venue only that does include all the extra stuff cake etc to do a party for just 10 people or for the company to have my money on hold to who knows when things will go back to normal . My daughter held my grandson's first birthday party here today. The place was clean as a whistle, the a/c was nice and cool, and the room was decorated beautifully with the Mickey Mouse theme that my daughter chose. The staff was very helpful and polite. The unlimited pizza, hot dogs, popcorn, ice cream, and soft drinks were served throughout the 3 hour party and the staff took care of all of the clean up. BUYER BEWARE!!!! NATALIA WILL LIE ABOUT SERVICES IN CONTRACT TO GET YOUR MONEY! The owner of this place Natalia will lie and tell you anything to get you to leave a deposit. We were promised a pro photographer and by Natalia's own words "we didn't have to worry about anything". Well, the photographer turned out to be one of the food servers, how deceptive is that? 95% of our 2 years old daughters pictures are blurred, out of focus and under exposed. We can not use any of them. As we arrived and the party started we found many details were left with no leadership or initiation by the staff. They were too busy texting on their personal cell phones instead of helping our guests to utilize the amenities of the venue. As the time went by we asked were the food was and the staff pointed back in a back room somewhere. We said please start serving, then we noticed people being sent away from food counter without main course and we ask why. Our guests were being told that "authority" had not been given to pass out food? How embarrassing we were that our guests were being told they were not "allowed" to have something at our party. The entertainer was lack luster and we could tell she really didn't want to be there. Further on we found ourselves acting as employees of mini town picking up food plates and going around to guests ushering them to the various activities. There is zero leadership at mini town, so expect to do everything yourself and if you bring it to Natalia's attention she will tell you you had the wrong expectations, even though she said we had to do nothing and that they would take care of everything. On a good note , We went to another party venue for a friends kids party called "FANTASMIC"(I think) , wow!!! Smaller place, but the staff is on target, They were going around making sure everyone had food and drinks, and that everyone knew where everything was. I chuckled when an older guy came by to pick up my used food plate to toss it out. I thought wow, this didn't happen at my party. And my party was the most expensive place of any in Miami. By the way, Mini Town ...$1800/ Fantasmic $1000(friday eve). Hello new discovery zone meets chuckie cheese with out the nasty smell old pizza every where. Celebrated a two year olds bday here this past weekend and was plesantly surprised that all the invitees had the whole place to ourselves. This kid friendly transformed warehouse space, houses a jungle gym type slide thingy, three interactive stations including Wi, playstation and nintendo and air hockey. They also have their own service station for food. I really liked the un-chunky cheeseness of it all. For the right price ($1500) you can get this whole space with balloons, entertainment, food, decorations and cake included. A little steep with the pricing, but it's a great space to have any munchskins birthday party. read more

The staff lacks enthusiasm, not a smile, no eye contact with guests, really, no interest in making you feel welcomed. They just stood there, most of the time checking their cellphones. The food was terrible, terrible! Besides the fact that you had to beg for a slice of cheap pizza. Cheap hot dogs. Cheap utensils. The serving counter looked old, not very clean. A year ago I celebrated my daughter's 2nd birthday. I had the best experience ever compared to her 1st birthday which I had it celebrate at Bounce Playworld (13550 SW 120th Street, Suite 504, Miami, FL 33186). Anyway, I went today and looked for prices (thinking that for a returning customer, I would get a better price... but NO, they raised the prices). I think I paid almost $1200 for 4 hours, my own "clown"/entertainer and no photographer. Now they want me to use their own entertainer, their photographer and if I choose a cheaper package, I would have only 3 hours for the same price I paid last year. I'm going to Ball Mania, they care for their customers offering discounts. So forget Minitown, if you want to celebrate it the following year. read more

I recently booked my daughters birthday at this establishment for April 25th and gave a 500 deposit to book the date but due to everything that is going on with the Coronavirus and with everything being pretty much canceled indefinitely because of safety measures, I called in to see if they could refund me my deposit since i will obviously have to cancel the birthday and no one is going to come because "social distancing" which the government is urging us all to do. The person I spoke to told me that the only thing that they could do for me is give me a year to use the money I had put towards the event which I think it is so inconsiderate and just WRONG to not refund me MY money for something that is completely out of my control and theirs since all business have been ordered to SHUT down. Various experts that have spoken on the matter have expressed how this virus could possibly go on all the way until July/August and I have to be penalized and basically lose my money for something that is completely out of both of our controls ? It is obvious that this business does not care about the customer and only cares about money ! I will be putting in a complain with the federal trade commission, the city and anyone I can speak to on this matter. Extremely disappointed!! read more

Just had my son's 5th birthday party. Positives: 1. the place is clean and very spacious 2. theres plenty for the kids to do without having to hire extra entertainment 3. the food is really good ( pizza and Imperial rice) Negatives: 1. DO NOT ASK ME TO CUT THE CAKE AFTER 2 HOURS, because that just made people think that the party was over and they left. I rented the place for 4 hours and I wanted my guests to be there until they wanted. Had I not been pressured to cut the cake/sing, my guests would have not assumed it was over!!!! SO MAD. This was obviously done on purpose. They were in a rush to leave??!!! 2. If my party starts at 4:30pm, why is the food not there until an hour later?????? Luckily, I brought my own appetizers. Otherwise, people would have been starving. 3. Last issue, there were two trays of Imperial Rice. WHY DID THEY DECIDE to keep the other one and not serve it to my guests? I paid for that food!!! They assisted with every stage of the game from pre-planning to setup, cooking, putting gifts in the car, and cleanup. They were on top of the food constantly to ensure guests had everything they needed. I actually used this place for my daughter's 13th bday where it converted to a tween dance lounge called Mlounge and you would never know it was a kids venue by day. Let me just say, having the party here was the best decision I ever made and I highly recommend it for anyone else considering a dance party for their teen. The owners are extremely accommodating, professional, gracious and most of all kind and I could not have been happier. There was not one person who did not comment on how beautiful the place was. I'm writing this review as a constructive critic to Mini Town to serve better food. This is the second time I've attended as guest to Mini Town. The first time I had a great experience. Two weeks ago I was invited by a friend of mine to her daughter's 5th birthday party. The kids had an awesome time. The staff was nice and took care of everything. The lady in charge of the climbing wall was patient with the kids .The reason I'm giving them three stars is because of the quality of the food. To begin, the person in charge of ordering the food made a mistake, instead of lasagna, they ordered Imperial Rice. But that was OK. We all make mistakes. Well the rice was missing the chicken and it was just yellow rice and lots of mayonnaise. Now, I will think twice before paying lots of money $$$$$ for my kids birthday parties.They told my friend that there was nothing they could do about the rice with mayo. I'm sure that poor quality of the food is going to drive potential customers like me away. Please remember that the parents are the ones paying for the party not the kids. read more

I recently celebrated my daughter's second birthday at Mini Town, Saturday, March 30th. I am a very picky party planner, and always go above and beyond with all my celebrations. I was beyond pleased with the services provided to me. From day one, Natalia, the owner, was very accommodating and professional. The venue was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated...exactly how I had requested. The food was served when I asked for it to be served and it was delicious. All the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Especially Lucy, who patiently listened to all of my requests. The service was incredible and all of my guests were pleased. I was also impressed with the entertainment, especially the clown and Minnie Mouse. They were engaging and made every effort to make each and every child a part of the show. On a personal note, one of my friends called me the very next day to tell me how incredibly impressed she was with the gentleman in charge of the rock climbing wall. He was extremely helpful in helping and encouraging her small son to climb the wall for the first time. This really made her son feel special. It is very difficult to please me, as I am a perfectionist, and pay close attention to the smallest of details, but I have to say that it was a hassle free birthday, and the Mini Town staff exceeded all of my expectations.
