Great concept, however, they have at least two side/back doors that remain unlocked allowing children to escape unseen. Also, they turn off the lights for way too long when they have younger kids at play. You can't see anything. Both huge safety concerns. I'd recommend it for older children until they correct those hazards. If those doors are fire exits, it should have an alarm when open as there is no one monitoring the doors. Also, 15 minutes is way too long especially considering you have a door in the back that can be opened without warning. You can't see your children when the lights are off unless you're jumping with them. read more

Honestly not impressed with this place, and much less by its prices and quality of services. Time was reserved for a party but previous party took longer and we were not allowed to use one of the empty party spaces. Instead we had to wait by walking around and trying to find other tables for the guests to sit while the kids played. It was all very rushed. We had minimal time to decorate the space. Another disappointment was the food. I don't expect much from food at places like this and I'm aware it's always going to be very similar as far as options go. But again, for as pricey as it is, at least it should have had good pizza. That was not the case. Nobody in the party was impressed with the food, sadly. All in all, never again hosting a party here. This past weekend we were invited to a friend's birthday at Launch Trampoline park. It's located in Doral off the Palmetto expressway in a nice modern warehouse. Launch is divided by several areas, arcade area, indoor playground, and the main attraction is a room full of built in trampolines. We had our daughter's 7th birthday party at Launch on a Sunday afternoon in early June. The park was clean and it was easy to watch the children from various vantage points. The manager Jorge was terrific in helping us book everything and Thomas provided us support with set up, during the party and did an amazing job assisting us with clean up. The hours are a bit confusing as their website says one thing, google maps says another and when called. They were open earlier, because of summer hours. So best to call ahead. Our next summer adventure with kids take us to LUNCH Trampoline Park with a category 4.4 an (482 ) review The place has everything you need to have a fun time with family and friends, it is large and with enough space in each jumping field, a cafeteria with all the food cravings you want to eat or drink. My group was made up of 26 students, the only person who took good care of us was the one who received the money, because the other 7 who were with her were more interesting to talk to each other than to attend to my group. One of my students had an accident where his throat received an impact with a compressed rope that should not be there, the person who was in charge of that field was more concerned about his phone than what happened to my student since he put his phone away and behaved like now what happened, my wife had to go in because the other person who was nearby didn't react either, like they solve it and don't bother me. We have visited all the trampolines in Doral and we have never seen a service like this and it is the first time we go to lunch trampoline, I do not recommend it. read more

Invited to a kid's bday party and it was a great way to entertain kids without the hassle and chaos of having a party at home and have guests never leave. It was 90+mins. of jumping, running and playing at the arcade which was more than enough time for kids to blow steam. Party hostess was friendly and attentive and the party food served was good and plentiful. Joey, the Launch mascot came by and patiently took pics with kids and adults..it was all good fun...! The cafe's food/drinks are limited; but if aiming for the "simple is more" approach, it'll do. They serve alcohol which is always a plus when a million rowdy kids are around you. What I did like is that if you're consuming alcohol, your wristband changes to a red color so they know you're drinking and they'll have a better consumption control. Whether Launching or not, I suggest to have your digital waiver completed before arriving for ALL members of your party because you won't be able to be a spectator if you're not cleared. Suggestion to Launch - The weekends, and especially during the Summer, should be properly staffed to expedite the entry to the play area. There were 2 ladies doing the admissions while I saw 3 others just standing around while the admission line was escalating. It's a timed-party so every minute counts for the guests; more importantly, it's only fair for the party's host get their money's worth as much as Launch gets theirs. The place is not cheap but tell me a kid's place that is - $30 for all day Epic Fun, $25 for 2-Hour Supreme Fun and $18 for 1-Hour Super Fun. Hey...! If you need something to do with the kids outta the house and outta the rain, this place may be your saving grace. I have been taking my kids to launch for the past two years. It is a large, but safe-feeling, trampoline peace with some arcades that is not too crowded or filled with disorganized families/wild kids. The entrance for the kids to jump is fairly priced and I have often found deals in Groupon and other sites. Overall, the kids enjoy it and I feel that it is easy to keep an eye on them. There are some things that I think could improve, and I do not mention them because this is a bad place but because it would be way better if these points could be ironed out. First, the sign in process is tedious. I understand liability and having a children's entertainment place. But there are many people who aren't comfortable with technology and the sign in is always through their digital screen. I had a few guests to my daughters bday party who had an annoying time checking in. Perhaps a paper option would be helpful. Regarding the party packages: I had a child's birthday party about a month ago. It was a good idea to rent the room, but the rules around when we are allowed to use the room is absurd. The kids had to play for 1 hour and them we can use the room afterwards. It would have been nice to use the room for the full two hours, as well as the children to be able to play for those two hours as well. These time rules are too rigid for a birthday party and a bit embarrassing when you have guests and have to tell them they can't use this or that. The time limit for the kids also forced me to pay $12 per child for an additional play hour. The total I spend was about $700, which included the extra time ($200 more than the party package and what I budgeted for). I would have simply upgraded my package but the other packages included for a much greater number of kids than I had present. Lastly, kids were able to use the trampolines but not the other play areas. This is so absurd and had kids being told they can't play in X and Y areas. Again, absurd rigidity for guests who are paying for a private space and a party. I did the calculations and paying for the full entrance for all children would have cost me half as much, including food. I don't find this rigidity fair or logical and a bit of a downer for a birthday party. Lastly, I left $50 tip during registration for the person attending us in the room; I had nobody in the room the entire hour we were there (only to bring food and clean up afterwards). None of this made sense and it leaves you feeling you kind of let the kids down from fully enjoying their time and having fun. In short, I think this should be addressed and improved upon. The goal of taking kids there is to have a good experience but when you feel you're on a rigid schedule, it becomes a sour time. I think anyone considering a birthday party there, I would speak with management and ensure you're clear on the limitations. It may be best to pay regular entrance and let kids have full access rather than be on their schedule. read more

I'm going to start with the pros: Thus place have good parking. The kids enjoyed themselves and had fun. Like that they had a lot sitting tables for people who aren't jumping. Con: walking in there's no signs at the counter telling you where to stand and which line is for parties. Dislike that they don't take Groupons, during school holidays(spring break). The ninja course is an additional price and not included with the jumping price(Mega Jump includes everything in one cheaper price). I don't think they allow adults to jump with kids, like other trampolines park I visited. I told the girl at the counter I wanted four tickets but she stated only three for the kids. The zip line wasn't open, so I feel that was a waste of my money( worker was on break) Overall, the kids had fun but I don't think we'll return to this establishment. FYI before going to the counter sign the waivers at the waiver station near the entrance. Haven't been to Launch since around 2019 and then COVID happened. First time back in a long time and WOW! I was amazed with their toddler time on Sundays from 11am to 1pm. You beat the crowds and prices..for around $30, that includes two children and two adult jumpers. It's a ton of fun and you can use all the trampoline areas (basketball, dodgeball, foam pit) during toddler time. Only thing is, they usually turn off the lights sort of a "dance party" vibe so I'm guessing during toddler time, they don't. Parking is always a breeze; again, because we avoid heavy crowd times so this has never been an issue. Fill out their safety waivers online through your phone so once you show up, you can just pay at the register! Unless you have filled one out previously within the last year, then it's still active. read more

We just had a birthday party this morning at Launch. What a great experience we had. The children had an amazing time. Food was excellent and service was great. Daniella was very helpful in making sure we have everything ready to go and gave us some great recommendations. We had pizza, chicken wings and mini empanadas to serve (I had to order more of these they were that good). The party room is perfect and I think the parents really liked the second level area that gives you full view of the jumping area. This is an amazing trampoline park. I didn't take pictures as there were too many kids and I didn't want to make any parents uncomfortable by taking pictures. There is plenty of parking space. The place has the perfect size for a trampoline Park not too small or big. The first thing you have to do when you walk in is sign a waiver for your kids and yourself. The prices are reasonable for a trampoline Park, I have been to two others and it's about the same. Why I loved this one, it's kept pretty clean. The workers are teenagers but honestly they run it better than any adult I have seen at other places. The launch socks are pretty cool they glow in the dark as the lights are turn off in the trampoline room. Music has the perfect volume and kids really enjoy the ambiance. I did see some parents(me rolling my eyes) giving one of the workers attitude because the worker had to tell them to get up and move from a place that you can't be sitting because kids need it to run and jump. My kids love this place, however I had a poor customer service experience and I will not be returning.... I go to indoor trampoline type places with my kids sometimes 3 times a week, especially during the summer, we've been to every single one in the greater Miami area and even dozens in England. At every single place we are required to wear no slip socks. We totally get it, safety is important to us as well. As I've mentioned, we go so frequently that we have amassed an arsenal of these no slip socks. After I arrived to the location with my 3, 5-7 year kids, I helped them all get their no slip socks on we brought from home, an employee told me we " must wear their socks ". We MUST wear their socks. Even tho we had brought our own identical socks, they required we purchase theirs. This made it clear to me that the policy had nothing to do with safety, and everything to do with making more money and squeezing as much as they could out of their guests. By making us purchase $13 of socks, they've lost out on thousands of dollars from us. Everytime we go, we spend about $200 per afternoon there..... For us, it's not about the money. It's about making my life more difficult. After I helped my children get their socks on, I was told I would have to help them take them off, then put new socks on. It was the inconvenience of the matter that really bothered me. So congrats LAUNCH. You've squeezed $13 more out of us at the expense of making thousands in the future TL:DR You gotta buy their socks I attached a photo of the socks we brought vs the socks they made us buy. My kids had an impromptu play date and I came across Launch on Groupon as I was searching for a place to take the kids. I was pleasantly surprised as I was greeted by the friendly staff. As you enter, there is a spacious open area for the arcade, check in counter, and snacks stand. It was also super clean which I really appreciate -- that's a rare find in kid-friendly hangouts. The trampoline area was thoughtfully designed. Parents can sit at the top and get a birds eye view of all the courts. There are also benches at the bottom that provide visibility to all the trampolines too. This is another plus for parents because we don't have to be chasing our kids around as we try to keep an eye on them! There are several trampoline activities like dodgeball and basketball. I paid 1 hour for the trampolines & the little ninja warrior style park by the entrance $21.00 per child. We hosted my daughter's 7th bday here, I have to say they need to come up with a better check-in process for those attending a party. The check-in process was kind of long and that can be a problem since you are timed for a certain amount of time. The food was good, pizza, wings very tasty. I would not recommend the tator tots a bit over priced but the rest of the food was great! She had a blast did not like that you can only have the room after the jump time because we had a short amount of time to decorate. It's not cheap, we probably spent about 1k including entrance and food for about 15kids and 10 adults. It's nice cause you don't have to worry about the clean up after. I wish they would allí parents to take pics while the kids are jumping you can't be on the trampoline area unless you have a paid admission. At some point they turn the lights ofF and all neon glows, which the kids love. Their arcade is ok. Not many games, but they are modern. Food is junky. You can watch your kids from one spot rather than running around trying to figure out where they're at. I've had 2 bday parties at skyzone before and this one was better. This is the first time we come to this location. We just happened to be in the area and decided to swing by with the kids. The location is pretty nice and overall looks very clean. We had the intentions of purchasing a Groupon but decided that the current in house deal they had was better. We paid $27 plus tax for one person, 2 hrs of jump time and a $10 arcade card PLUS one free person. It worked out perfectly since we have two kids. Both children used up every minute of their 2 hrs while my wife and I played in the arcade with the $10. Definitely had a great time and will check it out again when in the area. read more

When you walk in there is a spacious sitting area with some tables, an arcade, snack area & prize checkout next to the cashiers. The trampoline court was made perfectly for parents because there is sitting upstairs where parents can keep an eye on their kids & you see the whole play area.
