Yup. Definitely recommend. This is our son's favorite jumping spot. We get in on the action as well and get some good exercise on the trampolines. My favorite one is the 'Wipe-out' a big arm that swings around and you have to jump over it. It makes me feel like Super Mario! I always make sure to do that one when I'm there, my son and I both love it. There's also a Ninja Warrior course with some challenging obstacles, a diving board into a giant foam pit, and an American Gladiator style balance beam with battle Sticks for one on one fights! There's also a Laser Tag room and a small arcade. The Laser Tag is a lot of fun and you can purchase it as an addon to your ticket. There's good parking, it's located in the warehouse district in Doral, but double check the opening times! It can also get packed when there are kid's birthday parties! read more

We have been coming here for years and this place is in need of a major refresh. It's super dirty. The mats are filthy. The styrofoam cubes in all the pits are falling apart with chunks missing. One of the basketball hoops has been broken for months and so have one of the arms on the wipeout. They really need to clean and refresh this place ASAP read more

My son always has a great time when we visit! I've always found it clean, no bad odors and the facilities have been well maintained compared to other indoor playgrounds in the area. We also celebrated my sons 5th birthday here last year and it was absolutely perfect. It's all about organizing yourself and knowing your allotted times to ensure your party has the best experience. Staff has always been friendly and they do a good job at monitoring the kids and making sure everyone plays safely. read more

If you've been to at least one of these types of jumping places before, you've been to them all; and unfortunately, this one is no exception..but hey...! it beats having the kids jumping around the house and keeps them entertained...so it works..! They have these recreational areas for the kids from a mega bounce that the kids can bounce until they reach a level of dizziness to the popular dodgeball to a mega wipeout that the kids can jump as high as they can or get trampled by the wipeout arm. For the kids, it all seems exciting at first sight; but after 1hr. or so of doing any of these, you'll hear the "mom, I'm bored" phrase coming out of their mouths but you make them do it again until all the time you've paid for has run out. The jump time prices can add up. We purchased the 90min. one for our daughter that cost $21.99+ and included the socks. It wasn't a break-the-bank cost but I can see it being so when you have multiple kids. The waiting area is not big and it does have a cafe-like that you can purchase food and drink items. However, because of Covid, the cafe offered limited items which were reasonably priced and average in quality. The ambiance -- The entrance is cramped; and overall, the area in not lit but more on the dim side so good luck keeping an eye out on your kid. Overall, I think this place is like any of the others with a similar concept but there are others that are better equipped to handle the crowds, more lit and cleaner. Could be worth checking out just simply because summers can be long if you don't keep kids entertained and out of the house but I'm sure you can find something better to do with them than taking them here. read more

Really fun place for the whole family!!!! I'm going to start with the pros then the cons. Pros: Workers are friendly, helpful, and attentive. Large space with activities every family member can enjoy. Didn't feel crowded or rushed in certain areas. Pricing is very reasonable for the amount of time you spend there. My family was there for 90mins and was tired after about an hour. It was like $20 per person plus 2.50 for socks. Save your socks for next visit to save 2.50. Music selection was nice and the neon lights give the place a nice vibe. Cons: The waiver process need to be change. Multiple adults should be able to sign one waiver. Families/parties that are together should just have one waiver with everyone's name on it. Instead of so many massage chairs more tables for families to sit and eat. There's wasn't enough tables to sit and eat. Parking is another issue, parking lot gets full in the front. There's signs that say parking in the back but it's not much. Overall, I really enjoyed Mega Jump. In my opinion it's better than Sky Zone. read more

Let me start by saying that when I started reading the yelp reviews I got scared. However I gave them the chance and since I was in the area looking at @planetairsports I went to consider it for my sons 5th birthday. From the moment I walked in I had a great experience. Anthony was AMAZING from the start. They walked me through the premises, explained the birthday packages and even accommodated me in a room that was supposedly taken but because I wanted the Neón package I had priority. The service, the friendliness and everything was great. Very clean and spacious. I love that the kids can go wherever they want (unlike the planetairaports or skyzone) that you have a designated area. The day of the party everyone was super happy and the staff was great. Attentive, friendly and went beyond my expectations It was the first time I celebrated my sons birthday outside my house and I would do it again. The employees are young but they're competent and professional overall. But the real fun is in the jumping options! They provide sticky socks so there's good traction for the jumpers. There's a "ninja" obstacle course, a basketball area, a "walk the plank" and a "wipeout" area. My son loves this place! He loves to run around freely and jump off the walls and this place allows him to do this withhold injury. There's also a laser tag area which is super fun! Where do I begin, let's start with the directory with false times. I took my kids on Sunday at 11am as per there automated message which states they open from 11am to 9pm. When I get there, I had to knock and the employee tells me they open at noon. Then once we wait an hour before going in at noon, I fill out the waivers and they tell me what size socks do I need. I said I just need one because I had grip socks for me and one of the kids. They said it is mandatory to buy socks. She points at the list of tule they have on the very top of the wall when you enter but would have to look up that was to even notice it. Well though I thought that was very unfair I bough the other socks. The place was pretty empty and I sit on a message chair. They come tell me I need to pay to sit there. Not many seating areas for those who are not jumping. Basically the place was the opposite of fun and we were being told we can't do things quite often. The people only speak Spanish and send you to speak to another employee if they are not designated to that area. We all wanted to get out of there mind you i pad for3 hours. Guess what else is part of the rules, no refunds. We were forced to stay and make the best of it or loose the money. The food, meh, tenders where good, chicken nuggets were burnt and greasy. Then when it came to the laser tag what ''twas supposed to take 15 mins took 40 because something in the laser room was not working. All in all we made the best of it but the place sucked. The bathrooms were clean and they had working water fountains. I got put to work 4 days in a row and on the weekend . i worked two - 11 hour shifts with one 30 min break, within being there for one hour, i'm a minor. I was only working 4 days and they fired me when the day before they told me i was doing great, was also never put on schedule. i texted and asked why i was fired, no answer. I go to pick up my check and they lie to me and tell me they don't know ,when a current worker recently told me that they did because i was slow. We had a Groupon for this place that offered unlimited, all access play for $22. Normal rates at Mega Jump start at $18 for one hour + socks and taxes. This seems like a fun place for kids -- ours love it and have been begging to go back. Aside from the trampolines, they have obstacle courses where you can fall into a soft pit of sponges. There are also basketball hoops, dodge ball, a spinning bar that you need to jump over unless you want to get knocked over, and a diving board to jump into another soft pool of sponges. They have three rooms for parties that seem to be fairly large. There's plenty of parking in the front and back of the building. They also have snacks & refreshments available for purchase but they're overpriced so you're better off bringing your own. read more

I have never been so disappointed in a trampoline place like I was here. I would not recommend this place for so many reasons. For one, they charge for everything. They let you use the room for one hour and then charge you for set up time, room time, and then they kick you out at the exact time. They don't help you with anything and stalk you until you have picked everything from the room. The staff does not speak English so if you don't know Spanish, good luck. The rooms you rent are not that big and you can hear all the noise from the other room. The food is not that great and overpriced. So, Save your money and go elsewhere. If you want to spend a lot of money to have the staff ruin your son's birthday party and steal away any excitement for the day and rob you of your peace by simply walking into their facility, this is the place for you! They communicate via text message. It's difficult to get someone on the phone. When you do get a hold of a human, they say everything is taken care of, not to worry, everything will be set up...only to find out on the day of the birthday party that they hold your party room hostage. The room is ready for you but you can't go in. You are happy to pay extra to bring a cake, pay extra to bring your own drinks, bring party favors but you must wait 30 minutes in the reception as your 60+ guest arrive so they can start the clock on your party room. They're happy to charge you for the outside things you're bringing in but they don't tell you that you're not allowed to set it up beforehand. Keeping in mind that the 60 guest that you're bring to their venue that otherwise wouldn't have made the trek to Doral if it wasn't for your party. Don't trust their timing, 12:30 pm doesn't mean 12:30 pm, it means 1pm. In order to get access to the party room you've reserved for 4 hours you have to pay extra. Don't celebrate anything here if you're hope is to have a one-stop-shop to "take care of everything" and have the people you're paying to be helpful. They practically charge you for every single thing. The "packages" do not include anything!!! I booked for an estimate of 15 kids I only got two large pizza and this is what's the package include as far as food goes so in addition to this, I thought to myself let me bring food from elsewhere. However, they explain to me that I would need to pay an additional hundred dollar fee for bringing food from elsewhere. So now I am calculating my budget and I am realizing I have made a very big mistake. They don't include goodie bags for the kids and they barely offered a host. You're better off going to David Buster's in Dolphin Mall or Chuck E. Cheese better said. this place was only a thought to to meet due to the weather. Every year around this time frame, it's always kind of bipolar- I didn't know if to expect rain or a sunny sky... so I decided to play it safe and book the event with them. In conclusion I spent about 1200 for pretty much everything other than the two large pizzas because you have to pay for socks too which I was ok with...but all of this for the duration of just two hours again I brought my own food my own decoration had to pay for extra timing in the room because the package only includes about an hour or so for the guest And the children only have an hour of trampoline time. Oh, and lastly, I was charged a $50 late fee for arriving 15 minutes late, DUE TO THE RAIN. Today, I spent the day at Mega Jump to celebrate my youngest daughter's birthday. We had lots of fun in the beginning but I have thousands of complaints about the staff here, but for starters, when I was in the ninja course, my daughter and her friends were yelled at for no reason at all and were so sad that they decided to run away. I was confused, but I decided to ignore it and chase after them and promised I would get them an extra large cake. Later on, we celebrated my daughter's birthday and we had fun except for the fact we found DOG HAIR in the cake. My daughter is allergic to dog hair! She snotted a fountain of boogers and phlegm, but luckily, it didn't last very long. After her friends ate the non-dog infected part of the cake, we went to go and play laser tag. I had payed for 20 kids and they only allowed 10 at a time. That took 2 and a half hours for all the kids to play. They threw up everywhere when they bounced and had to puke a mountain after Wipe Out because of the food after laser tag. Worst party ever, BEWARE OF THE FOOD. My daughter was traumatized and we had to move to Canada because there are no Mega Puking Jump and there are BETTER places to go to like Mc Donalds even though their ice cream machine blows up every minute. I would rather eat melted ice cream than have to go through this House of Horror again. I will NEVER let my holy spirit of God and Mary and Jesus and Moses child come here. PRAISE JESUS for Urban Air. I will bring my child there for her next birthday. And if you do praise Jesus, please NEVER EVER with the holy spirit of God come to Mega Birthday Disaster. My kid that is a holy miracle would never EVER even THINK about coming there. It's a puking nightmare. I usually focus on positive reviews, but this experience was so bad I would NOT recommend this location. We reserved the party room on a TUESDAY evening. The party room previously reserved, was the incorrect one once we arrived. The decor was incorrectly provided for a girl (orange and pink) when it was supposed to be for a boy (originally selected blue and green). We had to help set up as well to have the room ready on time due to the mistake. When the food time came, the food was not ready even with the multiple reminders provided and assurance of timely service. At the end, we only received 1 of the 3 items ordered. By the time the 2nd item came in, they brought in a to go container as all the guests had finished eating, sang happy birthday, cut, distributed, and were in the middle of eating the cake. Ended up having to cancel the rest of the food. Bathroom trash containers were full. Only 1 out 5 stalls had toilet paper (each stall had a capacity of 2 rolls- both were empty). Lastly, the staff of 4 sat in the front, when they could have attempted to rectify the situation as the event proceeded. No manager was in duty either. read more

Honestly the only reason I'm giving them the benefit of two stars is cause what looked like the owner attended to me after I brought the issues that I had to attention. We spent half of our full hour in Mega Jump avoiding two of the employees in green shirts because they were more focused on flirting with my little sister than attending to the plethora of kids and camp counselors doing whatever they liked. First off what are the employees doing intervening with customers? Are they not trained on this? Is it not common sense for minors to not have to be scared that two employees are bothering them asking "why can't we talk, we can't even be friends?" I'm APPALLED that these KIDS (cause that's what they have running the place) need a reminder of basic manners on the word NO. My little sister felt pestered constantly by these two employees and while it's a shame cause we really were having fun, that confrontation really killed the experience for us. I had to give my little sister a lesson on telling little boys NO more assertively cause apparently these boys never learned from their parents how to treat women. Even after she told them she was a minor of 15 years, they still persisted. Don't even get me started on the attendants for each foam pit. There's at least 10 people in green shirts on the floor, the least they could've done was control the 7 PITS and make sure everyone got their fair time. Instead everyone is grouped up and gossiping, or worse: FLIRTING WITH UNDERAGE GIRLS. Until I'm assured I won't have that issue I definitely won't be coming back. read more

Do not have a birthday party here. Problems started from the beginning. I have had many parties at planet air and it is well organized and overstaffed. The party started at 1:00 and they do not let you put anything in your party room until 1.5 hours into the party (all party rooms were not being used). No managers on site and the employees (there were two) are clueless. Once we finally were allowed in the party room I had to then set up as all guests were at the door. The air conditioning was broken and they ran out of ordered beverages. I spent most of my sons party trying to get someone to help us. I was so disappointed. My advice is to spend a bit more and Goto planet air or launch. read more

Very disappointed with my experience. I planned my son's birthday party and requested specific room location. I was assured it would be available. I paid deposit for additional hours. On the day of the party, I was very unhappy with the room I was given. If you can call it a room since 1 of the walls had a flimsy divider. As you can imagine, we could hear the entire party on the other side. This also gave us limited seating since tables were crammed along the walls. Another sore disappointment was the decorations I selected the $400 package expecting a full arch of balloons and table decorations. NOT what I got, they put less than a half arch with balloons partially inflated(meaning they were old and reused). Table decor was 2 plates with a cup and napkin in it. The pizza only included was cold. Of course, anytime I asked I was dismissed Rather rudely by older woman in the front. Sating my party didn't meet getting the bigger room. Mind you, I spent $2000. So beyond sadden with this place. I would NEVER recommend a party here. And to round out my experience, my son fractured his foot on the ninja course. I've gone here about 10 times in the last year or so but I won't be going again because these little 15 year old employees they have running around are just to obnoxious. This time it was just seriously annoying. I've never had a problem checking in there before but their dumb employees weren't able to check me in so I had to speak to a supervisor just so they could pull my name up and I could pay them. After that it was just extremely aggravating. I've always held my 4 year old daughter's hand and jumped with her before but this time they were harassing me every time I did it. Then she would jump on the same square as me and they would come out and harass us again. She's with her parent for crying out loud. There's no liability when you sign a waiver and the kid is jumping with her parent. Absolutely obnoxious experience now. Parents beware this place is not safe for children. Unlike Sky Zone where they are fully staffed & have game rules (even though you signed the waiver they are looking out for your child's safety). The fact that injury prevention is not at the forefront here at Mega Jump is a deal breaker for me. They literally have one staff member walking the entire floor instead of a staff member at each jump station monitoring that the kids are playing safely and following the posted rules. The majority of the staff is behind the counter(s), one guy by the floor entire and another one all the way on the other end doing nothing. The dodgeball area is a head injury waiting to happen to a young child. Big teens are in there throwing the balls as hard as possible and a little kid could easily run into the dodgeball area and get injured. No one is properly monitoring anything. read more

Miami weather is always unpredictable and we were planning our daughter's birthday fairly last minute trying to find a place indoors that can be entertaining for kids. We found MegaJump and it was such a great experience at a good price. They accommodated all the kids we wanted to invite, were very quick to respond, helped out with ALL the decor (which came out above and beyond!) and include food, plates, silverware, cups and linens. All we did was show up and bring the cake! It was such a smooth experience and above all the kids had a blast (so much that we extended the party an extra hour). I highly recommend this place if you are planning your kids birthday. I had my daughter's birthday party last Saturday 4/24/21. We got there at 4:30pm as it was advised to us. When we got there, we had no guidance what so ever. When I noticed it was 5:05pm and I still didn't have the tickets (17 of them) to start jumping, I went to the front desk to find out what was happening. The front desk was completely full and had other people complaining. I finally got to talk to somebody which advise me to take all the kids to the front to get the tickets. When the kids finally got the tickets, they didn't want to knowledge they were 20 minutes late. Therefore, the kids should jump until 6:20pm instead of 6:00pm. At that moment I spoke to Carla which is the person in charge all organizing all the parties. Instead of apologizing for the delay and the lack of directions, she said that to grant the kids to jump until 6:20pm she had to check all the cameras. She had to come back after and grant the kids to jump until 6:20pm as she was wrong. I had already pre-order the food for the adults since the day before and it was supposed to be served by 6:00pm. However, the food for the adults was not ready. I had to run to the cafe to find out why the delay. They took an additional 20 minutes to take the food for the adults to the party room. By this time the kids were already out of the jumping area and already in the party room waiting for their food. However, I had to use the pizza and beverage that I had order for the adults and give it to the kids as the food for the kids was not ready. The hostess had to run back to the cafe and get the pizza that was missing while myself and some of my guest had to help me serve the food and drinks for the kids. After the food I decided to add an additional 1 hour of jumping for all the kids (17 of them). I had to take all the kids back to the front to get another pass. When they all got the pass and went to jump, I noticed 5 minutes later they were telling them to get out as the jumping time had expired. Carla (party organizer) had put the wrong time on the passes. Therefore, I had to find all the kids and take them to the front desk again for new tickets. Finally, when I was about to leave, I noticed they had not giving me the t-shirt for the birthday girl and the future pass to jump as per the package I got. I was told by Carla that the hostess forgot. I requested to speak to the manager, and I was told he was not there but that he would call me by Monday. By Thursday I had not received a call back, so I decided to call. I spoke to Carlos which supposedly is one of the managers. He said that I look very happy and that I didn't have any problems and he hung up the phone on me. I spent over one thousand dollars on this small party and it was the most horrible experience ever.
