We went here for a 4-year-old birthday party this weekend. We had not been here before, nor had anyone else in our party. This was such a unique set up in that there were areas for the kids like normal, amongst all the regular arcade games, but there was also a full bar and area with pool tables, etc. I really liked that the trampoline area was split into age groups AND that they were supervised by a staff member. These types of places are notoriously unsafe, partially due to the inherent danger of trampolines, but also because of the difference in age and size of the kids in one area. I felt like my 4-year-old was safe, and that the "toddler" trampoline area was perfect for her age. Another great thing was the food. We had pizza and croquettes, and everyone raved about how good the food actually was which was unexpected for it being a kid play place. Some of us also had margaritas, and that was also great and they did not skimp on the alcohol. (This made sense later when I realized it was an actual bar). The downsides, and the reason I am giving it 4 stars: 1. Most of the staff at the front desk, of which there were many people, were not friendly. At least 5 were standing there at the "party check in" as I waited, looking at them. None of them looked at me or made eye contact, including a girl typing away at the computer in front of me. I realized later there was a designated party check in person, but any of the other girls could have acknowledged our existence and let us know that person would help us. (The party check in person was super friendly, fortunately, and very helpful). 2. Several of the game machines were broken or not functioning, and even the machine to check balance and add of the card was out of order. 3. The games were expensive. I'm used to having unlimited play game cards for birthday parties, but this one was limited to 500 pts... which sounds like a lot until you realize the claw machines are 50, and some other ones we did were 36 a pop. It goes by super fast! 4. Our friend's party was at 2pm, and set up was supposed to start at 1, but the team wasn't ready. So my friend was setting up her party as it started at 2 pm. In all, though, we enjoyed our time here and will definitely rely consider returning as our child gets older. read more

Back at it again but this time with an unexpected find. So my wife and I took the kids out to what we that was SkyZone no shots at them but we came up on this place. Couldn't turn around so we decided to go in. Simple entry fill out the waiver and walk to the member at the register to pay. For 1 hour jump and two $20 cards less then $100 easy to say we were sold at this point. Games were fun and the jump area big enough and the kids had fun. Here is the kicker and the real reason for the review. This is a dope spot for a date night with your partner. They have a full bar, tvs to watch sport events and not just that they have pool and axe throwing. Haven't tried that part cause it was the kids day but we will be back. This place is so much fun ! It's an indoor arcade with jump zones , rock climbing , good food and even alcoholic beverages for the kids over 21. We decided to come after a long day of meetings to let out some steam and also be kids again . You have to sign a waiver upon entry and then you pick your play pass. What I liked the most is how clean everything was and the 2 employees working were absolutely amazing . Food was really good too ! I ordered a smash burger with fries and a cold beer and my friends ordered pizza and wings and we all enjoyed our food. The kids that were here playing were having a blast , perfect for hot or rainy days , team outings and birthdays for sure!!!! read more

Was this where the old Riverboat Playhouse was at? I know it was the old Dandy Bear. I never went to either cause I'm from Hialeah. So from what I understand, you pay $10 and you get some grippy socks and you can jump until your brains are completely blended. That's not too bad at all The food is stadium prices and when I tried to order a basket of fries, I was told they only had pizza. Love Off the Wall. It's a fun place for kids to have a birthday or to go to just for fun. It has a big trampoline area where you can jump around. However, they are super strict about the jumping time on the wristband etc which I think is a bit silly sometimes. But I get it - it would be too many people at once otherwise. The rest of the place is an arcade. They have some decent food like a chicken Cesar salad and chicken wings. I am 72 years old and was invited to Off the Wall Dandy Bear for my grandson's birthday celebration. During the event, the room became excessively warm, prompting us to open the doors in hopes of letting in cooler air. However, the temperature remained uncomfortably hot. When I attempted to adjust the thermostat, an employee informed me that I was not permitted to do so. I requested that she make the adjustment, but the air conditioning would not respond. I then asked her to consult with the manager or maintenance staff regarding the issue. Due to the loud music, which made it difficult for me to hear, I may have raised my voice slightly as I tried to communicate. Shortly thereafter, a supervisor or manager--who did not identify himself--approached me and stated that they would call the police, alleging that I was yelling at an employee. I asked to speak with the person involved and explained that my volume was a consequence of the ambient noise rather than any intention to shout. At that point, the employee began to raise her voice in an enclosed office, despite the fact that the area was not noisy. The manager and another staff member sided with her and threatened to involve law enforcement. They further accused me of having consumed six drinks, referencing a bar tab that I had settled for a group of six, for whom I had purchased beverages. Feeling that I was being treated unfairly and unprofessionally, I decided to leave the venue. I have never encountered such treatment in any establishment. I believe that all guests deserve respectful service, and I would caution others to consider this experience before visiting. That was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially during what should have been a happy occasion for my grandson's birthday. It seems like there were multiple issues--poor climate control, loud music, and a misunderstanding that escalated unnecessarily. Being accused unfairly and treated with hostility is never acceptable, especially when I was simply trying to make the environment more comfortable for everyone. read more

This is the new business where Dandy Bear (which just closed 3/2022) used to be. I was expecting it to be more remodeled but it's pretty much the same exact thing as before, except for a few new arcade games. The prize for the tunnels is reasonable, $13 for the whole day. Socks are an additional $3.45. They do have deals if you want to do tunnels area and arcade games. Lowest combo costs $20, which includes unlimited tunnel play and a $10 arcade card. Food is also reasonably priced. $12 for a 12" pizza. They also had chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, etc. I was told they will be remodeling after summer. Tunnels area will be replaced with new jump trampoline area. I will return after remodeling is done. Place is currently run down and the arcade games are a rip off as it takes many tickets to play the games. read more

This place was exactly what it needed to be. Noisy, kids having fun, being careful to not get your belongings snatched lol. We went there for a family birthday party. The birthday party room was extremely tight, but that's no fault of the facilities. My cousin just decided to invite a lot of people. Overall, staff was as friendly as you would expect in Miami. We didn't eat here, aside from picking some of the snacks the kids were eating. Overall it looks like a good time for a kid. read more

Bryana the manager is probably one of those most professional managers in a jumping facility I have ever interacted with. I have gone to all types of jumping parks, Bowlero plus top golf. My son celebrated this past weekend his bday party at off the wall and from the beginning everything and everyone working there were prepared. And they had everything prepared in advance. The host was on top of her game which says a lot about her leaders and the kind of person she is as well. The manager came out a few times and I saw her talking to other party groups with a smile and respect. Not many people at her age nor older which she is young by the way lol have that talent and social skills. You can tell that she will thrive in her future endeavors , mother and anything she puts her mind to. Again I only met her the day I booked my party and the day of the party. I really hope off the wall corporate takes notice of the gem they have becsize these days some people don't really take responsibility as managers or in any position. I know some of us have bad days like anyone but you can just tell that she's a person that fights through her bad days and has integrity in ensuring everyone is taken care and she will deal with herself last. She is a hands on and not the type to sit behind a desk person. Again, I was impressed by her and our host who was so kind and communicated well. She listened and asked me what I would like in the most professional and mannered Way. the host was also young. Off the wall, I really hope you are reading this. You have great team in kendall. The place is GREAT! My kids love coming here, right now they're only serving beer and wine, but let me tell you something.. save your money and eat after you leave. The Cuban sandwich was a RIP OFF! it had 2 pieces of meat as you can see in the pic. Pizza is ok for the kids and nachos as well. This fee is applied each time you bring a child, no matter if you already have their socks. This rule is not stated on their website, therefore it is misleading. They just moved in and didn't even change the wallpaper! That's how I can describe this place after they took over Dandy Bear. I love me some nostalgia but this ain't it. Took my toddler for the first time and most likely not again. The play area was very hazardous...exposed foam with chunks missing, bounce areas that were not inflated and therefore a death trap. Games and tunnel area all taped up. Dust and dirt all over. I can't imagine they disinfect properly after seeing what I saw. They have a big job on their hands if they want to remodel things...BIG JOB...which is what they will most likely need to do. This area needs more kid-friendly indoor playgrounds so good luck to them! read more

Atmosphere is fun for children. Don't recommend parties there. Service was garbage and very rude. The kids were still eating as the rude employee picked everything up as they were still finishing up.
