Came for my friends daughters bday party. This place is located in the Doral city center, so parking is not an issue, since there's a parking garage. The place is really cute with lots of slides, xbox games, a movie simulation ride, and more. They offer a hotdog cart for an extra price. They were Venezuelan style hotdogs and these were tasty. They also offer pizza, tequenos, and sodas. Also included is a balloon arch and the set up looked super nice. The two employees serving the food were not as friendly, but the rest of the employees were very friendly. I highly recommend this place for a kids birthday party. read more

I came here with my toddler during a 5 hour layover. According to their IG page and google hours this place opens at 11. I stood outside for close to 20 mins past 11 . No one opened the door or let us in. I also noticed the hours isn't listed on the door . I wonder if that's intentional so there is less of an urgency to open on time. read more

Very reasonable prices and clean play room for kids. Kind of a like a much smaller Dandy Bear ( oh how we miss you Dandy Bear). Great for smaller kids, probably 10 & under. Only negatives are that it is small and food choices are limited but staff is friendly and place is clean. Little ones definitely have a lot of fun. read more

We hosted our daughter's Second Birthday at Marinas Kids. The party venue was good, however the planning did not go as agreed. The party day was disorganized and many of my requests were not met, after being agreed upon with the venue. I was disappointed at the lack of follow through. We paid substantial amount for a Bluey Character, only to have him arrive with the costume bent in odd shapes and his ear falling off. Luckily, my 2 year old didn't notice, but many parents did :( We also had entertainment. A gentleman playing singing songs and playing kids. he was AMAZING. He pulled my daughter out of her shell and had her dancing like it was no body was watching. My guests however were impressed, regardless, not knowing the broken promises. The venue is different than most, the staff is very friendly. Do keep in mind, they do not allow you to tip on your credit card when making your final payment, so bring cash. read more

I was at Marina kids with one of my good friends and our kids on Friday evening since kids are on summer break. Place is clean but small and overly priced. We chose this place cause the advertising on the website says 3 kids for $15 each. However when you get to the place the price is completely different. Manager says it's a "mistake" and he can't honor the price on the website cause we are in summer. Unfortunately we will not be coming back. I also liked that this place isnt so big because its easier for parents to keep track of their kids. If you have small kid I think this a good place for them play and burn some energy. Let this be a fair warning to all who considers this place as a possibility for their child's birthday venue. During our negotiations we were promised a few extra items, which aren't a big deal but would help us with celebrating our 2 year old's birthday. It was explained we would be able to bring in additional decorations and the party would be from 5:30-8:30 but guest could begin to arrive at 5. Today, immediately as we start bringing in the party essentials we were told they weren't "allowed" because we didn't purchase the overly price decorations package. And to top off the first 5 min of our arrival some of our guests showed up at 5:15 (15 mins before the official start of the party but really 15 min after the time we were told guest could begin to arrive), and were told they could not come in, not to celebrate or to help. THATS OK! No biggie, but the frustration IS building. We were told that we would have someone to help us set up and assigned to the party. Yet when we arrived there was only one person covering the front AND "helping" us. Very rude and unprofessional to top it off! Our package was to include but weren't provided the following. *Party Planner *Host Party Coordinator * Digital Custom Invitations To my wife and I, these were huuuge parts of our reason of throwing a party somewhere aside from our residence. So, once we were able to get our "party in a box" into the venue and right before we started setting up, my wife was asked to sign a party schedule. This is were things start to get annoying. We aren't snooty people but we expect a certain sense of quality and when the schedule was asked to be signed, we felt at ease. They were making a promise that our party was going to abide by a certain schedule. This schedule stated we were to have pizzas by 630, cake cutting by 7, and start leaving by 8! Wonderful!!! It's a Monday night, school and work night, so yes! This is great... except... 6:30 came by and we started questioning about the pizza. In return the persons who were working the store both did not know where the food was. They decided to allow 45 min to pass before calling the pizza place, Pizza Mia. During this time my wife was growing a concern, for the children are starting to get anxious to eat and the same for the parents. At this point, everyone is aware that something has gone wrong. Now the whole party is involved with the ordering of the pizza and people are coming up to me, telling me to order Domino's! Another 15 min passes by before we are given the phone to speak to THEIR supplier. 30 mins go by for her to even speak with anyone. My wife spoke to the manager at PIZZA MIA, and to which he explained the order never came in (apparently, the owner which was not on the premises is the only one allowed to order and they forgot to place the order). They assured us it will be there shortly; 7:45 the pizza arrived cold and stale. Take a close look at the photos. The owners were completely unhelpful and unwilling to bring resolution. If they tried to help or offer solutions we would have had the night turned around and wouldn't have been complaining for hours! Instead we got a"Sorry, oh well". Our party for our daughter was embarrassing as all of our friends kept apologizing to us as if it were their fault. Our 3 hour party was really only enjoyed for 45 mins due to the fact that my wife had to decorate alone for some time which ran into the start of the party and then at 6:45 till 7:45 had to try to resolve the pizza issue since no one at the establishment was able to nor the owners. We only fed the kids because they were starving. We really just wanted to leave at this point but we're at a list of what to do with our guest expecting food and didn't want to ruin our daughters birthday by not evening singing happy birthday with friends and family. But honestly my wife and I were so upset by the way everything was handled that we could hardly get through with the cake cutting. After we thanked everyone for coming we were finally allowed privacy to speak to the workers and to the owners over the speaker phone. During this conversation my wife was able to detail the whole night and how they made what was suppose to be an easy, stress free event into total disarray. After some back and forth the owner agreed and said "do not worry about the payment, you can leave". Sickened, we left. My wife and I got home after buying dinner through a drive through. While we were eating, we received a phone call from the police!!! With them wanting us to return to the circus for the rest of payment. We refused as that's not what the owner agreed in with us before we left. All in all the owner denied our conversation which was heard by his two employee and a security guard. This place is owned by people who are not concerned for their clients or the experiences to be had. It is unfortunate because my wife and I both agreed before the cops were called we would give them another shot. read more

I celebrated my son's 3rd birthday (Gigantosaurus theme) here and it exceeded my expectations! Decor was beautiful and the service was amazing. All of the kids had a great time and the parents were pleased at how clean, spacious and fun it was. I believe that their birthday package was priced correctly, being that they included a lot of things. The staff was on point when it came to cleaning and organizing. This place was awesome. The service was incredible. We had our sons bday party there and Marianne went above and beyond. The whole staff was amazing. The de orations were better than what we wanted. My wife picked certain things and when we got there the owner had made us additional gifts that were not included. It was a great gesture. As all the kids had fun we were given wine and more wine. They were always making sure we were attended. The place was immaculate. All our guests had positive things to say. The hot dogs were amazing. I'm so happy we used them. Absolutely appalling place full of rules and regulations where the staff is curt and seem to be rather annoyed there are children around.

Very disappointed with this place. The first time we tried to go was before the pandemic around 8pm and was told they were closing; business hours say until 10pm-11pm. I decided to try and go today around 7pm and yet again was told they were closing yet they're business hours say different. Don't think I'll ever try to go there again nor recommend it to anyone read more

They make up their own rules for play. My 5 year old son who is very tall was playing in the toddler area with his little sister. The toddler area has a sign posted that the area is intended for children from 1 to 5 years old. From a distance I see an employee approaching my son with a ruler, telling him he exceeded the height requirement. Since she could not approach me, the paying parent, I went up to her and told her he was 5. The sign has no height requirements at ALL. I guess they feel it's ok to discriminate because of their unwritten rules. Next time we will just take our business to good ol' fashioned Dave & Buster's. read more

Terrine terrible place! Don't waste your money . We were told a day prior to our visit to arrive at 6pm because that's when a party they were having ended . We arrived right at 6pm and had to wait 10 mins to go in. Then they were cleaning inside and my son could not play on everything without being disturbed by cleaning staff. We were told another party was starting at 6:30 and had to change chairs to allowed the party guests to sit . Mind you , 6:40 and my son still has not been able to use all games. They don't care about regular customers, only if you're having a party. They make walk ins feel like garbage. read more

Place is nice and clean (obviously new), but I wasn't impressed. First of all, the place isn't very large, but that wasn't really my issue. What angered me is the obligatory "socks" policy for both children AND parents. I totally understand children needing proper footwear, but we (the parents) were completely prohibited from entering the premises because we weren't wearing socks either! Yet, Chuckie Cheese and Cool-de-Sac could care less. Furthermore, there are no signs or notifications informing young moms rocking sandals of this policy outside the door, so once you arrive, you pretty much are forced to sit in the waiting area unless you decide to buy a pair (mind you...even sitting in the designated "parent zone" table area requires socks, though I have no idea why). We were also charged a whopping $20 for entry, yet there is no food supplied other than some chips/cold drinks. I also didn't like the fact that parents aren't given bracelets matching their children's identification. Unlike Jump-a-Roos, or Sunset Place's "Just 4 Fun", which tags both parents and their children for security purposes, this place has no identifiers for parents. So when I asked what's to stop a complete stranger from walking off with your child, the employees couldn't answer. Either way, you can tell Marinas is a startup business still needing to work out some kinks, but the place still has great potential. read more

We love this indoor park! My kids and I went several times during the summer and we had so much fun. Very clean and pretty! We loved it so much we booked my daughters birthday party which is coming up! We can't wait! I would recommend families with kids to check it out but call first to see if they have a party going on. read more
