Our next family adventure take us to Downtown Doral with a rating of 4.7 and more than 1,272 reviews in Google maps, located in the center of Doral city, this park have a playground for kids and a great place to doing outdoor activities used for family events and others. The government of the Doral used this place to organize different events and every season of the year for residents of the city and visitors.

Great park location cause you can grab to eat in Downtown Doral which is a great place and then swing by this park so kids can burn their energy. The park is vey clean with lots of shades. I love that it is gated for little kids, so they don't run away. There is lots of parking all around the park and many times they have events for family.

I live nearby and it's not a huge park, it's right in the middle of downtown Doral, it's well kept and clean, large space to picnic, playground for kids, benches to sit, a loop sidewalk around, overall it's real nice. They do have evening lights up to make it nice looking at night. Huge cultural center is right next to the park that is currently under construction. There's art sculptures around for this Lux art initiative they are doing. Main attraction is the rock sculpture called "Micco", it's cool looking during the day and night, at night they shine a light show on it with some audio sounds. Pretty cool. Events are sometimes held in the park, it's right next to the main street for downtown Doral, around the corner from Publix, didn't step in any land-mines as people seem to pick up after their dogs, no parking lot if you are visiting, street parking it is or nearby parking garages. Nice family vibe all around for a downtown setting.

We mostly went for the playground. It's really worth the visit. They have different areas for younger and older kids. Fun stuff to climb and slides. There's also the grass area outside the playground they can run around in as well.

Doral is really turning into a place worth visiting. A new downtown main street is filled with trendy restaurants and shopping. Anchoring the street is this three acre downtown park that has been open since 2012. On the path leading to the government center sits a massive sculpture named Micco by artist Michele Oka Doner who is from Miami Beach. Doner's has her larger than life sculptures installed around the world and her work is in the collections of the Whitney, The Metropolitan Museum, the Art institute of Chicago and the Perez. Micco is a Miccosukee word meaning wise leader. The sculpture is meant to symbolize a "Gateway to the Everglades". Park amenities include wide open lawns, a shaded playground, oval footpath, and picnic tables. The park sits adjacent to the Doral Government Center so at night you can watch the buildings light show from the park. The city uses the Downtown Doral Park to stage events like movie night in the park and they decorate it for the holidays. The park is open seven days a week from sunup to sundown.

I like this park. It has two different playgrounds (one for older and one for younger children) but because the Holiday fest is set up there's only one entrance to the playground and very limited parking!! It's kind of ridiculous. The school across the street is mass chaos during pick up and drop off times. You have to go to the garage and pay just to go to the park and it's not even very close. It's still hot in December and the limited shade still makes this not the best to hid from the sun

A lovely park with nice paths, concrete tables and seats, beautiful trees of all sorts, and a tall Christmas tree with lots of decorations throughout during the season. This is a wonderful place to get some exercise and enjoy the outdoors. They have done a perfect job creating this place. There's a cool playground for kids too.

After rolling out of the nearby Dragonfly restaurant after an asian infusion meal to hit all the senses (see my review) my son and I went for a walkabout. This park is very pleasant, clean, green and pretty. In the middle of the park is a huge man made (I think) rock formation/ stone piece of art (see my pictures) - whereby you can walk under. A nice lil spot.

Very relaxing location, not too busy most days. The only reason I took away 2 stars, is that they don't allow pet dogs and they don't allow fishing. I understand why they would do this, but then you effectively eliminate more than half of the people who would want to come here. Pointless for many.

I'm to happy for the city of doral. How much and importantly is growing. This park has different public parking on the street. Impecable and they also have a playground. Great place to walk around and have some great quality outdoor time.

Downtown Doral Park in Doral is a well maintained park that is a great place to go for some fresh air and plenty of space to move around. I really like everything that this park has to offer and it is a perfect place to go to relax. Good experience coming here each time.

Park is very nice and has a cute playground and open area for family to have a picnic or a nice stroll in the park!

On days I choose to not smell like my lunch, I eat at the park! They have little concrete benches with tables where you can sit and chat, eat, daydream, sleep or just stare into the fluffy marshmallow clouds. This park is small and the area around is not built up enough where there's much of anything going on. I've stopped by a few times taking advantage of the weather and there's been about 2 to 4 people at most. It's in the middle of a soon to be residential/industrial area in Doral. Playground is new and the grounds are well kept. Overall it's a nice little change of pace from the usual hustle and bustle of the area.

This park is so pretty and clean. It's great for a stroll with your kids or a quick workout. One of the nicest parks in Doral for sure.
