From the moment I arrived, they helped me unload everything in addition to setting up which was amazing! I was concerned 30 minutes set up time was going to be too little time but with all of the help it was just right. All of the staff were so helpful and wonderful. They cut the cake and help you hand it around which was a plus. The transitions in between games was seamless. My son and the 34 kids had a blast. Loved the fact that this place is weather proof and caters to most kids ages from 3-11. Everything was great! At the end they helped me pick up and packed all my gifts. It was amazing! Super grateful. Definitely recommend this place.

They all had an amazing time with bounce houses, indoor glow in the dark dodgeball, freeze dance and basketball. The best thing about All Star, by far, is the amazing group of employees. We were running late and arrived a little frazzled and close to the party time. They had all of our decor, food and setup ready in less than 10 minutes after unloading it from the car. They led the games, got everyone ready for cake, served the cake and just generally had the best attitude. And at the end, they packed us up seamlessly. Awesome. Have your party here!

Parking is free and plenty of it! They have small horses for the kids to ride on for $5 - total of 4 horses. Then as you keep walking around you come across other rides - each ride $3 or you can pay $10 for 4 rides plus $6 for unlimited time in their massive bounce house. I like the set up of the bounce house because it has a bunch of foldable chairs in front where you can keep a close eye on your child/children. My family got there around 1:45pm and spent 3 hours walking, enjoying the time seeing my nephew on the various rides. If you have children from ages 2-7 years old this is a good place for them to burn some energy. Everyone we came across was very nice and helpful...I can definitely see my family and I coming again.

The place is really cute with lots of slides, xbox games, a movie simulation ride, and more. They offer a hotdog cart for an extra price. They were Venezuelan style hotdogs and these were tasty. I'm honestly surprised by all the 5-star reviews because our visit was nothing like what I expected. I don't know if we happened to come on a bad day, but the staff spent more time policing parents than creating a welcoming environment. I understand that rules are important, and I have no problem following them. However, there was a constant feeling of being watched and corrected, even when we weren't doing anything wrong. The moment that crossed the line for me was when a staff member grabbed me by the shoulder to get my attention. There is simply no reason for an employee to put their hands on a guest. It was completely inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. If you're looking for an indoor play place for your children, I would recommend considering other options. Based on my experience, the customer service here was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, which took away from what should have been a fun day for the kids.

In addition to this, they let kids of all sizes go inside while the little ones are there (wrong specially when you don't let parents do that). All in all, the place is weird and somewhat unpleasant -- a wannabe place for sure; one I won't be going back to ever.

They don't sell cooked food but have a good selection of snacks (even uncrustable sandwiches and apple sauce) and drinks. The line to check in was quite long and a bit chaotic. But the staff handled it well. There is no staff supervision and the place is huge. They also turn down the lights and add disco lights and loud music for birthdays. So I could see how this place might be too overstimulating for neurodivergent people or too challenging for parents with kids that need a lot of supervision.

This was such a unique set up in that there were areas for the kids like normal, amongst all the regular arcade games, but there was also a full bar and area with pool tables, etc. I really liked that the trampoline area was split into age groups AND that they were supervised by a staff member. These types of places are notoriously unsafe, partially due to the inherent danger of trampolines, but also because of the difference in age and size of the kids in one area. I felt like my 4-year-old was safe, and that the "toddler" trampoline area was perfect for her age. Another great thing was the food. We had pizza and croquettes, and everyone raved about how good the food actually was which was unexpected for it being a kid play place. Some of us also had margaritas, and that was also great and they did not skimp on the alcohol. (This made sense later when I realized it was an actual bar). The downsides, and the reason I am giving it 4 stars: 1. Most of the staff at the front desk, of which there were many people, were not friendly. At least 5 were standing there at the "party check in" as I waited, looking at them. None of them looked at me or made eye contact, including a girl typing away at the computer in front of me. I realized later there was a designated party check in person, but any of the other girls could have acknowledged our existence and let us know that person would help us. (The party check in person was super friendly, fortunately, and very helpful). 2. Several of the game machines were broken or not functioning, and even the machine to check balance and add of the card was out of order. 3. The games were expensive. I'm used to having unlimited play game cards for birthday parties, but this one was limited to 500 pts... which sounds like a lot until you realize the claw machines are 50, and some other ones we did were 36 a pop. It goes by super fast! 4. Our friend's party was at 2pm, and set up was supposed to start at 1, but the team wasn't ready. So my friend was setting up her party as it started at 2 pm. In all, though, we enjoyed our time here and will definitely rely consider returning as our child gets older.
