I go to this club it's very nice and so are the coaches and all of the staff the park is kept clean and in good shape

SFK Academy works with children of all ages on a year-round basis. So far the best soccer experience possible within the 4 years my son has been there and now he is 7 years old. SFK gained my sons' interest in soccer and with its positive environment boosted his natural soccer skills. Thank you for such a great experience. It's an extremely well run academy with a fine professional cadre of coaches. This is one of the best programs my son has taken... I highly recommend the program to all. My son loved it! I can't think of anything they could do better. Super program. To keep my 7 year old happy, busy and looking forward to the next day is amazing! Coaches are great! it far exceeded what we expected it was going to be. Friends who have also used SFK have always said good things. Can't even begin to count the amount of times I've tried calling, leaving messages, and just simply trying to get ahold of someone to find out more information on their program. They've got a huge banner up advertising, and their phone number is big n' bold on it. But what's the point of all that if you won't even take calls? read more

SFK Family was truly an amazing part of our sons development last year. We got really close w coach andres who opened his time to help my son grow in his soccer journey. Him and his family treated us like one of the family and took our advice to heart and made more opportunities and times for our kids to start playing competitive soccer. This morning at 8:18 am I received this text from Andres (The owner's son). I am copying part of the text verbatim in order to relay the true nature of this operation: "Good morning Ms. Jennings, as you should know we do not offer refunds. You have signed this agreement at the start of the season. You have expressed your dislike and taken upon yourself to write out your review which you are more than welcome to do, however this personal vendetta that you believe is going on toward your son is absolutely false... We pleaded with the other child's family not to call the cops until after you had left ." Andres told us last night we would have our refund by Sunday once we told him our sons would no longer participate. He was heard by other parents that he would return our money on Sunday. This text illustrates the coercive mechanism that this academy employs that borderlines fraudulent intent in not returning our money after I chose to exercise my Constitutional First Amendment by writing a narrative review of our ordeal with this business. The unwillingness to refund our money demonstrates the absence of business ethics and moral values that the administration claims to uphold. They try to intimidate us by stating that the police is now involved and assigned themselves the role of sole arbitrators in an incident that occurred in a public bathroom and not during hours of the academy operation. They condone bullying and disruptive behavior as the kid and his "tight knit' friends often engage in water bottle fights, cursing and pulling down each others' shorts while coach Mauricio (U14) turns a blind eye and laughs because his son is part of that group hence this kid being the one locked in the bathroom by the other kids on the day of the incident. Again, the notion of family values in baseless as the owner demonstrates misogynistic behavior, the organization ignores facts and makes a decision to punish one kid and not the other who is the instigator but also part of the "tight knit" clique that brings forth greater revenue. Consequently, Andres has now expressed that we will be punished by not getting our refund because I wrote a review on them. Please reflect on that mentality espoused by this organization and stay away from this place if you do not want your children bullied and denigrated if they are not part of the "tight knit group". My son was vilified, denigrated and punished for defending me and the other kid was rewarded for insulting and threatening an adult because he is part of the "tight knit clique". This organization indulges in discrimination and intimidation and is run by a misogynist (Luis) as he refused to speak with me or answer my concerns but was happy to speak at length with the boys father. The only value this organization upholds and cherishes is the dollar value and revenue they get from their established "tight knit" groups. They condone bullying from their coaches as Coach Mauricio alienated and disregarded my son while praised the other kid. This organization displays shameful behavior and offers mediocre soccer training services for children as practice begins late and the children do not warm up but are constantly yelled at in the spirit of winning at all cost and no sportsmanship. This ordeal was a blessing in disguise as we are now fully aware of their sordid ways and monetary agenda. You don't pay extra for "tournament" game attendance, you don't matter! Their actions speak volumes of their shortcomings in integrity and family values as an alleged professional organization concentric in the family unit. Andres, applying their acclaimed family values, refuses to give us a refund simply because I wrote a review. Update- When I posted this review my original post was somehow replaced. In my first review, I gave extensive narrative about an incident that occurred between my son and one teammate after the teammate insulted and threaten me. The incident did not happen on the field or during practice. The boy and 2 other friends were rough housing and had locked another kid in the men's bathroom which is a significant distance from the field. Coach Alex (U8) had already yelled at these kids three times about horse playing in a dark and remote area of the park. I encountered the bathroom scene as I went to use the lady's restroom. I asked the boys what was going on and heard another kid yelling to be let out from the bathroom as the boys were entrapping him. One of the boys got mad at me for stopping them and proceeded to call me names and threatened to lock me in the bathroom. This resulted in an altercation with my son who happened to be near and heard this boy. My son told him that he was disrespecting his mom and the boy mocked him. The matter was brought to Coach Mauricio (U14) who is the coach for both my son and the kid and he is the father of the kid who was entrapped in the bathroom. Nothing came of this other than relaying the incident to the coach and the boy's father. read more

Our first son started playing soccer with SFK at the age of 3, he was part of their soccer academy for about four years (highly referred by two of his cousins which are all stars now) We were so impressed with his soccer development that we came back with our youngest son this year. We love the family ambiance the academy has and the strong coaching they provide.. We believe that when children start a sport at such a young age the coaching is imperative because they can either learn to love it or they can grow out of it. From our experience with our oldest, SFK taught him the basic skills, the fundamentals and the love for the game! Now we see the same excitement from our youngest! We look forward to our game days and the little ones do too! Also, we made some unforgettable friends from here, I'd say a true soccer family that is not easy to find! We also developed special relationships with the Arango family that we will forever cherish in our hearts! So a big thank you to SFK academy and we look forward to the next few years with you!! This soccer academy is the best thing that happened to my son. He has been there since he was 4 years old and now this academy is like family. They are family owned and operated which is a huge plus, because the owners know the parents and kids by name. My son is now 7 and we are still part of the SFK family. He has excelled tremendously in his soccer skills. There are practices 3 days a week for an hour and the times depending on the children's age group. Honestly, I did a lot of research all over miami for a soccer academy and I'm so happy and blessed I found SFK. And can't beat the price!!! Trust me if you want your kids to develop their soccer skills THIS is the place to put them!! read more

My son has been playing soccer with coach Luis and his coaching staff for going on 3 seasons and he absolutely loves it. Coach Luis is amazing with the kids and his staff is phenomenal.. we've developed a great friendship with the parents in our same team and it has been a fantastic experience for the parents as well. My son has been attending SFK at KSP for a little over a year now. Since he began, I have seen a big difference in his skill development and he has also learned the rules of the game of soccer. The coaches are very professional, patient, skilled and experienced, especially with the younger players and less experienced. My son loves attending practice and games each week. Family participation is very much encouraged which I also like. The coaches take practices and games very seriously and children must always be dressed in proper uniforms, which is a huge plus for me. Over all I'm extremely pleased with the quality of coaching and service from SFK. read more

SFK could be so much better. It is located in a great park and the parents are very involved.Unfortunately, the coaching and the administrative side fall short. This was a new experience for our son and sadly it turned out to be bad experience. The only thing SFK thinks about is winning, which is understandable but you also have to take into consideration that these are children. Also, this is not free as a parent you make sacrifices for your kids, and you are paying to see your child develop in the sport. In our case many of these kids have been playing in this academy for many seasons compared to our boy who had just started.In more than one occasion our son sat the whole game without getting at least 10 minutes of playing. Can you imagine how your child will feel? We can because it happened to us and seeing your child's face full of sadness crushes you as a parent. So, basically you are paying an academy to have your child benched. We played against other teams and this was the only soccer team that did not rotate their soccer players constantly to give everyone a chance. Parents their are many good soccer academy's but unfortunately this one is not it. Go somewhere else. read more
