I recently bought a house on Las Olas that it needed a lot of renovations inside and out. A friend of mine referred Pools N More to renovate my pool and deck. Josh and Scott came out and were very friendly and took the time to go over the whole project in detail. I installed a marble pool deck, had my pool resurfaced in dark rock blue, upgraded my pool automation equipment, installed new color lights, and glass bowl water features. They also repaved my driveway with marble pavers and artificial turf -- the total job was around $130k. Everything came out awesome! The crew was clean, skilled, and hard-working. Josh and Scott were some of the best contractors I've ever dealt with. They were very organized, stayed on top of the job everyday, and were incredibly responsive to any questions/concerns I had. They managed their multiple crews efficiently and kept the project running smoothly with little to no downtime. Been doing business with this company for over 30 years now. They have always been responsive to any repair issue and helping keep the pool running. Our pool finish lasted 12 years and in December we decided to refinish the pool surface. It was a pleasure dealing with Carlos who handled and coordinated everything during our redo. He handled contacting the City and all the paperwork. The actual installers were hard working and very careful with the surroundings and cleaning up as they went along. Just went to this pool store because my husband is working and he is usually the one that takes care of the pool. My pool was green I went to this place and a person by the name of Lewis took care of me, he knew exactly what I needed . Didn't over sell me in things I didn't need. We are new to owning a pool. John, Chris and Shaq are very nice and knowledgeable. They guide us to the right way to add the correct amount of salt and acid to the pool. Shaq has come out a few times to show us what the lights are for on the pump. He also installed a heated recently. Unfortunately, now the temps have dropped a bit and is too cold to go in the pool, lol. We highly recommend this company. read more
