The first time I called, my call was answered by a kind lady named Valentina. She was extremely courteous and helpful. It took less than a minute for her to transfer me to the showroom. Once I was connected, a guy named Richard answered, and oh boy, he really knew his stuff! After speaking with him for a few minutes, I got so excited that I decided to visit the showroom and see what they were talking about. Wow! They have almost every type of sauna you can imagine. I purchased a two-person traditional sauna. I kind of regret not getting a bigger one, but I might get another one for my guest house because it is so worth it! The price was great, and they also offer financing, which I plan to use for a beautiful hot tub I saw in the back. That puppy was calling my name and winking at me! Anyway, I love my sauna, the staff, and most of all, the excellent attention and customer service. Now I understand why they have been in business for 21 years. Highly recommended!

Prices are very competitive and while we were there I had seen quite a few items we will come back for. They had sculputed wicker loungers that could go in pool or nearby. Also out door heaters were well priced but it never gets cold enough to use this past Winter. Even great pricing on one armed umbrellas amazing how much the pricing here has come down. My Dad and I have been patrons of the store for 32 years ever since we moved to Plantation in 1983. So I'm not just making this up because of one bad experience. I went to Paul, the owner of Majestic and also Crystal Pool Supplies, and explained the situation to him. He and my Dad were very friendly until he passed away a few years so I thought Paul would understand and help me out. I was dead wrong. He not only backed Roger but told me to take him to court when I asked to be compensated. 32, yes thirty-two years and that's how he treats one of his most loyal customers. So ask yourself, how is he going to treat you when something goes wrong.
