My wife and I purchased a Paradise Grill from the Plantation Store and Fulton , who is the Manager was exceptionally attentive and very knowledgeable about the Paradise product . The array of Grills that you have to choose from starts with the smallest grill available all the way up to a full kitchen with a Tiki Hut , outdoor bar and TV hookup . The service was great and the value of their product is beyond what I expected with an outdoor kitchen . DON'T PURCHASE! See reviews and photos! Not even CLOSE to Paradise $30k!!!!!! Read all the reviews in different places. What you'll see CONSISTENTLY is that their commissioned sales people LIE LIE LIE LIE and there is NOTHING that your "warranty" will cover. NOTHING! Within the first two months, only one speaker worked. Within 4 more months, only one red strand of lights that remains on 24/7. Then the rust. Every single piece of their "marine grade" tin. You've got cabinet doors that do to nowhere. They're simply cutouts in the cheap resin body of the bar and that's it. They are incomplete. The grill lid fell off. And then bit by bit the bar started to crumble and continued to do so. Oh, and lest you think for a second that all this wasn't brought to their attention, think again. Doesn't matter. They won't do anything. This product is GARBAGE and honestly it really is a shame that they can't be stopped somehow. Class action law suit anyone? I'm 100% open.

We visited the Plantation store and Justin was beyond our expectations. We felt comfortable with him, very professional and kind. We called our contractor to make sure everything will fit and Justin offered to come to our house to ensure of it. As new residents to Florida, we are looking to expand our outdoor viving space with an island equipped with a grill, smoker, sink and wine/beverage cooler. After visiting numerous suppliers, this store was the only one offering an affordable combination of recognized name brand components integrated into a functional stand alone cooking area. The salesman ( Fulton) was excellent in explaining the features of each and emphasized the skill of the installation craftsmen. He helped us in our selection and suggested configurations we had not thought about. We are in the process of deciding on the specific components to be included. For $9k which includes an instant $1k discount, taxes and a maintenance plan, I can take it home today...the wife will have to approve the color, which they have many.
