It was a mini hurricane outside today so decided to venture into the Home Depot in Davie to find…read morestuff that I really dont need but want. The shelves did seem organized and one young female employee gave me a warm greeting in an aisle. The Ring display offers alot of video and audio security and did a retail vs online price comparison. The Ring Battery Outdoor Plus camera was $199.99 and surprisingly the same price on Amazon but with tons of similar security camera options at lower pricing with free Prime shipping. Attempted to gain some information about the Ring device from an employee but he informed me that he does not expertise in technical products but could find someone who could assist - I thought that was odd but maybe the expertise of staff is isolated only to specific sectors.

They set up numerous tables, and the classes fill up quickly. You sign up online and can stop by anytime between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. It is completely free for the kids. They provide regular sized tables as well as a few toddler sized tables. The staff supplies hammers and screwdrivers, and the kits include all of the materials needed to complete the project. They also provide paint supplies so the kids can decorate their finished projects. As an extra treat, each child receives a cookie and water. It is a great experience, and they host it every month with a different project. First time visitors receive an apron with the child's name on it, and a collectible pin is included with each project. It is fun to see the kids working on their creations and showing off the pins they have collected over time. Highly recommend!

While we were waiting for the self checkout register we saw a cool jellyfish lamp that was plugged in on display. We asked an Associate who was guiding people to open registers where they were. She checked and told us they had some in Electrical and pointed in the direction it We headed towards the Electrical area and happened to see another Associate and asked him about the jellyfish lamps. He didn't know what we were talking about but another Associate who was close by heard us and said that he knew where they were. He brought us to the aisle where the ceiling fans are. We looked on the shelves but couldn't find it. The Associate wasn't giving up and asked us if we wanted to look somewhere else which we agreed to. He brought us to another area where we ended up finding a couple of boxes of them! Shout out to Jimmy who is in charge of Inventory. What FANTASTIC customer service!

This is in stark contrast to other Home Depot's I frequent. I was very pleased with how helpful everyone was. Maybe the Big Boss was on premises? They had a large assortment of Hallowern decorations. Several were very elaborate. Right now they have a very good selection. They also had some good songs playing throughout the store. I found the three items I needed. The price on two of them was really fair. I will be coming to this Home Depot when I need something. I don't think I could have had a better experience.

Since I coincidentally didn't receive my lease renewal I removed it but now that's no longer a concern I will resubmit my original review which I still fully stand by: Ana was such a horrid and vile individual that I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone unless your goal is to bring someone else misery. She seems as if she incapable of providing truthful information or controlling her emotions when she is "overwhelmed" by phone calls. I will say outside of dealing with Ana the quality of the I received was crappy and dirty. While it is understandable the products are refurbished and not brand new it shouldn't look as if they were recently removed from a foreclosed home. The delivery driver Jason was more than kind and pleasant to communicate with. Hopefully he can guide Ana on how to be more like him when communicating with customers/clients. Having a broken fridge while being a breastfeeding mother is hard enough and unfortunately Ana used her position to not only drag out the situation longer than needed but be she was a total b**** to someone who just wanted truthful information. I initially tried to give Anna grace and thought maybe she was having a bad day as we all do but she is simply a vile individual as she dragged out providing a clean and functioning fridge for 25 days! Instead of reaching out to have negative reviews taken down simply read the criticism, see how you all could do better as a company so it doesn't happen again and then take those steps.

This December (2020--the refrigerator is about a year and a half old), it started to leak and then it stopped cooling in the same day. I called Fortney's and told them the situation. They couldn't even recommend a service provider to help me and offered NO service help whatsoever. They said they also didn't have any other refrigerators they could sell me. They were not even interested in doing business with me--someone who paid a lot for what was supposed to be a decent product from them. I found Kitchen Aid service providers on my own and all of them claim that Kitchen Aid knows that this particular product has a bad compressor, however, I was never notified about this by either Kitchen Aid NOR Fortnoy's. Unacceptable. One service company told me that they couldn't find any compressors for this appliance but if they could, the job would cost $2000. Meanwhile, I called the factory service 5 times in 2 days, as the compressor has a 10-year warranty which is clearly stated in my manual. I finally was able to schedule a certified service provider to come out to look at the refrigerator--for 11 days after it died--however, when I called to see if they'd have the part that seems to be in high demand, they refused to answer me. I asked for a supervisor to call me back, but to this day, no one has. I again reached out to Fortney's, who finally answered me via email and engaged a service company (Flamingo Appliance Service) to come out sooner than I had previously scheduled on my own. The provider came out and claimed that the part isn't under warranty, and when I said it was, just laughed and claimed they couldn't fix it because the part is not available. I have been given no answers in this experience, except for additional headaches. DO NOT GO TO FORTNEY'S.
