Crazy because when John leaves the buisness & me (the trainee) in it unattended for 2+hours your not thinking about how it could affect the franchise & the funds behind it. when John, Chris & Allan vape in the store your not thinking about how that could look on the buisness from a customers point of view. Now I'm going to expose the truth...1.) if you want a FREE BATTERY for your fob just write "LT" & "063" on your battery for a free change... 2.) this company will bleed you out your money on warranty batteries & tell you that you don't have warranty on them leaving them with money and you unsatisfied so don't fall for it! 3.) They will make mistakes on the phone and blame it on the customers "lack of care" for the device basically saving themselves making it a problem for YOU but not them. 4.) They will ignore you when customers call store phones EVEN IF your infront of them at the counter because to them over the phone customer are more valuable than walk-ins. 5.) it's recommended that you order your own items, batteries plus bulbs will literally look up what your trying to find on Amazon or EBay and charge you double the price they see on screen for that product & the reason why they do that is to make extra money so don't let them order it, better if you order it yourself.

Today, I learned that what once was is gone. I went in for a battery because mine was mostly dead after 3 years only to meet a gentleman by the name of, KARIM, who only gave me 2 most expensive options when I knew there were 4 total. (JUST TO NOTE THAT I HAD TO STAND THERE WAITING IN A NON EXISTANT LINE BECAUSE KARIM WAS TOO BUSY ON HIS PHONE) I bought the one I had researched and walked out with him expecting him to replace the battery and only offered to put it in the passenger seat. I asked, do you not install them anymore to which he replied not in the rain and not on my model of truck (2022 chevy colorado). The rain i could understand even though the website says they will install in the rain ( I would have come back later) and they have installed my battery on my 2017 chevy colorado before with no problems. I tried to start my truck but since the battery was dead and wouldn't start Leaving me stranded in the parking lot with a new battery on the passenger seat and dead one still attached. After 5 attempts I was able to get it started and leave. I called aaa and had to pay an extra 75 bucks to replace the battery. The aaa tech said that there was no reason that they couldn't replace the battery and it was complete laziness. Anyone in need I recommend that you go across the street to Advanced auto where they actually do the job they say for free for free and not cost you an extra 75 dollars a batterynthat was supposed to be replaced for free.

It was also no surprise that the battery it took was unusual and rare. I didn't want to go to my dealership, J. M. Lexus as they had checked my battery 2 days before during an oil change and said it was good, which it wasn't. Besides, J. M. Lexus has changed and their workmanship has become rather sloppy. So, I telephoned around and came up with O'Reilly Auto Parts which had the exact battery I needed. I went there and was treated very politely and professionally. They immediately went to work, removed the old battery, and installed the new one while maintaining a charge on my car so that all the instrumentation would remain working. I have nothing but praise for O'Reilly Auto Parts, their good workmanship, and how I was treated.
