We had a bad experience with the Pembroke Pines location where a sectional that we paid for was…read moresold out from under us. The salesperson there never told us that if an item is not picked up/delivered within a certain time frame, that it goes back in stock. Well we REALLY liked the sectional that we were supposed to get so we came to Plantation to take a look. This is smaller than their Pines location but they had our sectional on display. We told the salesperson our experience with the Pines location. He knew that if you didn't take possession within a certain time frame, that it goes back in stock. We also found out that what we were told by the Pines salesperson that the lounger could be placed on either side was incorrect. It only comes the way you see it so it's a good thing that that's how we wanted it set up. We bought a sectional and also a bedroom set which included a King size bed, dresser and 2 nightstands. The sectional was delivery shortly after Thanksgiving and the bedroom set was delivered 2 weeks later. The sectional is perfect! We noticed a really small chip in one of the dresser drawers and let our salesperson know. He put in a ticket and they set up a dresser exchange. The new dresser that came out had what looked like a little burn mark on one of the dresser drawers and one of the top dresser drawers didn't line up where you could feel the edge past the dresser frame. We didn't accept that dresser and had another date set up for delivery of another dresser. That 2nd replacement dresser didn't make it out of the truck as the delivery guys noticed that the dresser had a small chip in the top corner. Well, third time is a charm because we finally got a perfect dresser! We recently went back and ordered the matching chest for our bedroom set. We decided to pick it up since their warehouse wasn't that far from us and also to save on the delivery fee. The pick up process was very easy. All we had to do was scan the QR Code on our receipt and enter the date and time that we wanted to pick up. Once there, you click on the Check In button to let them know that you're there and you enter your vehicle info and the spot # you're in. They bring your item out and load it into your vehicle after checking your ID and receipt. We are very happy with our purchases and happy that the damaged dresser wasn't an issue. We only wish that we had more money to spend on some artwork and other furniture!
