Customer Service: When I reached out to address these issues, the response was [slow, dismissive, or unhelpful]. was request to pay again for the same job what was done 5 days ago. My concerns were not addressed in a timely or satisfactory manner. Overall Value: Given the quality of the work and the service provided, I feel that the restoration was not worth the cost. The result does not reflect the professionalism or standards advertised by the company. Had to hire another company more professional honest who did exactly what the privies company promise. I had to pay for the same job twice. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. The restoration work did not meet the expected standards, and the lack of effective customer service has left me disappointed. I hope this feedback helps others make a more informed decision when choosing a tile restoration service.

STOP! GO NO FURTHER! HIRE ANDRES OF PRODAMAGE!…read more So here I was just three weeks out from my move from Chicago down to my new condo in Florida when I was informed that there was a major mold problem that required remediation. I asked our building manager if she could recommend someone, and she gave me Andres' name and number at ProDamage. I also got quotes from three other companies, but Andres' quote was the most thorough, and when I had questions he responded promptly and in detail, and he was always very patient with all of my questions. I decided to go with Andres, even though his quote was not the least expensive, and he did not disappoint me - Andres and his team did a superb job. Even more importantly, I have to say that rarely have I met such a hard-working, conscientious, dependable, honest, and pleasant young man. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that everything was in order for my arrival last week, and I will never forget that. I am very grateful that I was introduced to Andres, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Five stars on Yelp doesn't do him justice - 100 is more like it.
