Don Bailey Flooring has been around forever and is one of the most respected companies in the industry, including highly respected by their competitors (my former employer was a competitor). Nick M, one of the flooring specialists, was able to ask the right questions and guide me to the exact product, color, and price point I needed: luxury floating vinyl planks with a 15-year warranty. Nick is a consummate professional: easy going, customer-focused, and incredibly knowledgeable not only as a salesman but about the entire process.
