They were at my house for a free estimate within a day. Other companies wanted to speak with me first and then tried to charge me for the estimate before even visiting my house. The staff from 24/7 Service Pros was very helpful and prompt. They immediately inspected the spot I thought was mold and informed me it was just a mark from some welding the previous tenant had done on the AC unit. They also provided some general recommendations to help prevent any mold in the future but confirmed we didn't need their service at this time. I truly appreciate companies that tell you what you DON'T need as much as what you do need!

We were introduce to Inovec through our homeowner's insurance, who recommended them as part of their recommended contractor's program. We were a tad leary of this program, and went in with the impression that any company they recommended would be more loyal to the insurance company than us as homewoenrs, but this couldn't have been further from the case. In the end we were beyond grateful to be connected to Inovec, as an unexpected upside to being in the situation where we needed construction services! Inovec definitely put us first, listened to us, and worked with us to do what was best for our needs, home, and family. Thanks for an impeccable job!
