I was "floored" by how quickly I was able to get laminate wood finish for my new office and the very reasonable price especially considering that rocket speed turn around. Mr. Bailey was very patient with my partners and I as we had lots of questions and disagreements. (being lawyers and all) We had a tough time choosing between all the great options he had available. We were choosing between the last four choices and Mr. Bailey himself participated in a fun game to help us make a final choice. I would work with Don Bailey for any of my floor needs again and again. From the very first visit to install of floors - NO HEADACHES. Debra from the Biscayne location stopped everything she was doing and spent at least an hr educating us on the company, the process and working with our budget. She answered all questions without making us feel dumb and were extremely patient. We were moving to Ft. Lauderdale so she referred us to Sergio in the Broward location and he was just as awesome. Between the two of them they let us take as many samples as we wanted so we could really visualize what we wanted in our new home. Sergio even went the extra mile and dropped off extra samples which was a pleasant surprise. We needed to have our floors done within 15 days since we were moving in, they had them done with days to spare. The workers that came to install worked efficiently and did 3 bedrooms within 3 hours. OMG! Super happy with Don Bailey Carpet & the excellent customer service they provide. Flavia was quick to help us figure out which was our best option. We went looking for remnants for a 3 year olds bedroom. She even offered to come to our home to measure the room to make sure it was a perfect fit. Mind you she doesnt get commission off remnants. But she still went above and beyond. Because after a horrible experience with Dolphin Carpet & Tile we were grateful to finally find what we were looking for. I know it is hard to fall in love with a carpet and flooring store but I have. I have never had better service, better pricing , top notch professionalism, and reliability as I have had. My salesperson is Vincent and HE IS THE BOMB!! He knows his stuff and best of all he loves working for Do Bailey. He has been a with the Bailey's since he was old enough to work. This family business does a spectacular job. Ad prices are good because they deal largely in remnants/ They've done two jobs for me over the past three years (in two separate apartments), the latest today. I had loads of furniture and personal stuff -- even in closets I wanted them to carpet along with the living room and bedroom -- and couldn't imagine "gettting the place ready" for them or putting it all back. They understood, and said they'd do all that for me -- and they did! It was AMAZING! How they managed to do it all in such cramped quarters I can't imagine. But I didn't ave to lift A FINGER. In a matter of a few hours, exactly as promised and better than I could have imagined, it as done. The before and after photos, if you would see them, would knock your eye out. I assume I could have saved some money if I had really worked at it. But I could not be happier or more satisfied. read more

Did not have them do an installation, so I cannot comment on the quality of work they provide, however, the customer service I received was horrible and turned me off from the company all together. First of all, I was contacted by the company to scheduled an appointment, which I made for the next day at 9:30am. Later that evening I received a phone call stating that 9:30am would be too early, because the person was opening the store and would be the only one there, would 10:30am the latest be okay, which I agreed. The day of the appointment, around 10:15am, I received a call from the person that I spoke with the evening before, informing me that she would not be coming, another gentleman would and that he had left 5-10min prior to her calling me and was on his way. I received another phone call around 11am from the gentleman explaining to me that he would be the one coming by, would anyone be at the house, as he was just leaving the store because they were busy and he had to deal with CUSTOMERS...needless to say he finally showed up around 11:30am, took measurements, but could not give me prices on the samples that he bought with him, since he "wasn't the one that prepared them," so he would send me a quote within the hour. I did not receive the quote until 1:30pm! To top it all off, the quote emailed to me wasn't even for the area he measured but for another customer. I contacted the office and notified them that I received the wrong quote, they took my information and here we are at 6pm, no quotes! Now, I am not a difficult customer, I understand things come up, sometimes you're short handed, but those inconveniences should not be passed onto the customer, as if this is what happened deal with it, it's not my fault. I would never consider doing business with them again, even if they were the cheapest in town! read more
