However as our installation proceeded in several rooms over the next few months the initial kindness I encountered seemed to wane. There was poor communication at times, as well. They do floor preparation before the installation, use top notch products and are very accommodating with time. Every time that I've needed to deliver a work ahead of time they've move their schedule to fit me in. Also they're very trustworthy, which is really important, I know I can leave them doing the installation by themselves. They also clean after themselves. I quoted them 1000 square feet, even thought I know it was more like 800. They gave me a price of $400. Then they decided to add an additional man cause they had to move furniture which was clear in my photos which came out to $550. They did not remove the nails from the boarder and didn't clean up after carpet removal. At that point I decided to go with someone else for the flooring there after. I do not recommend this place.
