After I reached out to 3 "allegedly" reputable tile installers, I found Isaias Flooring, I read the Yelp the reviews and thought this would be a great opportunity to give a local business some work. I'm happy I called! Janet replied within minutes and immediately scheduled a time to come do measurements the next day. Giovanny and Janet both showed up and immediately Giovanny took his measurements, then he and Janet discussed, and they gave me an overview of what the job consist of along with suggestions. I had an estimate emailed to me later that night and I felt the price was very fair for the amount of work I had. Once they left, my mother and I had a very good feeling about them. 5 days later Giovanny started working on my shower and bathroom floors. Over the course of the next 4 days all I saw was respect, professionalism, knowledge of workmanship, and a master at his craft. Giovanny was extremely respectful of us working from home and kids going to school virtually. He made sure the room he was working in was covered in plastic as to protect anything from getting any dust on it. Giovanny was there early and left late during his time re-tiling. He shows up to work and pays very close attention to all details. He takes pride in his work and it certainly reflects in the finished product. I have absolutely no complaints about anything. You will not regret hiring Isaias Flooring for your flooring or tile project. My bathroom looks like it came out of HDTV after he was done with it. It was a pleasure getting to know him personally, watching him work and I will be reaping the results of a great retiled shower and bathroom. Janet and Giovanny answered all my questions without hesitation and there were no blurry lines. Very accommodating. I am having them come back to do the 2nd bathroom. Isaias Flooring is 5 stars and I've already recommended to a handful of friends. read more

I have used them for a couple of houses over the years including a complete renovation. The renovated house went from a 0 to a 10 on the quality scale. They do amazing work. Giovanny takes great care in his work and will make sure it's exactly how you want it. His wife Janet takes care of all the business stuff and also makes sure everything is correct and fair. They make a great team. I will not use anyone else and would absolutely recommend them. They are wonderful people. Very honest and very fair. I could not have asked for a better company to do my work. Thank you Giovanny and Janet! read more

I planned on getting carpet installed for free from a big box store but realized "free" wasn't actually free at all. I stumbled upon Isaias while looking for a carpet installer and am so glad I did. I called to set up an appointment for a measurement on a time crunch. Janet had me text her my information and she replied back in a few hours with her availability. I was thrilled that someone could make in the evening on a weekday! Omar came out as scheduled and Janet had my measurement/quote for labor the next day. The price was more than fair. Again, Janet came through with a convenient date/time. Omar picked up my materials from a local flooring business on my behalf, arrived on time and did an amazing job. Loved his choice in music too! I would recommend Isaias to anyone looking for flooring installation in the Orlando area. read more

Isaias Flooring is a family owned business known to me for countless year. They operate in Miami and Orlando, Florida as well as Pigeon Forge Tenneessee. I asked them to come to remodel a cabin in Pigeon Forge Tenneessee which needed to be completely upgraded. They replaced staiway, viewing deck railing, installed kitchen backsplash, revamped the fireplace, installed knotty pine tongue and groove in walls, decorative ceiling beams, properly disposed of all debris, assisted in the process of picking colors, textures, finishes and purchasing. Isaias flooring also refinished exterior wood and installed new landscaping. They delivered all work done to perfection in a very professional manner, timely and within budget. read more

I hired Isaias flooring to replace all floors in my 2 bed condo with tiles as well paint the entire place. Having heard so many nightmares about contractors in Miami I did a lot of research meeting with various companies first. I instantly got a really good vibe off Janet and Joany at Isaias flooring and wasn't disappointed. Their quote was very reasonable and they were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Janet was fantastic in helping me pick the right materials and colors and dealing with all administrative aspects. Joany and the rest of the team that worked on the project were so friendly, hard working and diligent. The final result is simply stunning -- I couldn't be happier! Another important aspect for me when selecting a contractor was finding someone trustworthy. I can honestly say I would trust these folks implicitly! I will definitely be calling them again in the near future for some further projects I have in mind and I would highly recommend them to anyone else! read more

What can I say... I'm a first time homeowner and after having a terrible experience with my previous floor installer I decided to look for someone new on Yelp and came across with Isaias Flooring. When I saw the awesome reviews I decided to give it a try. After I spoke with Janet she immediately scheduled an appointment for the following day and was given a reasonable quote. After I met Jovany I immediately knew that he was going to do a great job. He said something I liked "that when he works on his jobs he does it like it's for him" he also said in three days he can have everything done and he did. He reinstalled my son's bedroom laminated wood floors (which were coming off from previous guy that did the work), did my stairs, installed all my closet doors (9), the baseboards in all bedrooms and installed a new toilet. Besides all the little touch ups from previous guy of the job that was done bad. I was impressed how fast and detailed his work is. Janet was great also communicating with me updating me with the work being done at my home. Great customer service, I can 100% recommend this company for anyone looking to have work done at home. They are trustworthy and honest and definitely going to do more projects at home with them! Million Tanks Janet & Jovany you guys rock! read more

Wonderful people, fair price, and quality installation. Our project was not without challenges, but Jovanni and Janet strived to adjust what needed adjusting until everything was just right. They installed 6"x36"wood plank tile floors throughout the house and made sure it was level and had a minimal grout line. They installed shower tile in two baths, again paying extra attention to the details my wife and I had asked for. If something wasn't quite right, they fixed it to make sure we would be happy at the end of the project. I wish all contractors were as pleasant to work with as Jovanni and Janet. read more

I had them install tile in my condo , on my balcony and on the walls of my bathroom as well as install new baseboards through out. I'm very happy with the work that was done. Everything looks great and their prices were very competitive. I would use them in the future as well as recommend them to anyone looking to have work done. Janet who runs the office was great to work with constantly updating me by text and email on the progress as well as sending me pictures along the way. This was important to me since it is a rental property and I live in Broward and the condo is in Dade. read more

I would give Isaias Flooring more stars if I could. I contacted the company after having spoken to about 7 other companies to obtain estimates for porcelain tile flooring but never felt confident about hiring any of them. When I first spoke with Janet, I immediately had a good feeling. Jovanny came that same day to measure the area (1000+ sqf), I received the estimate a few hours later and I hired them promptly. The best choice I ever made. Some of the other reviews had some key words that originally prompted me to contact Isaias Flooring, "wonderful people", "quality work", "pride", "trustworthy", "honest", "first class tile work", "competitive prices", "super star", "perfectionist". I agree with all of them. We encountered a few problems due to unleveled floors in our house and other smaller structural problems and we knew that telling Jovanny to do whatever was needed as if it were his house would solve the problem to our satisfaction. There were never any surprises about extra costs. Also, worthy to mention, the fact that I am not a Spanish speaker did not matter at all. Janet was always available immediately to translate or advise if if needed. Thank you Janet and Jovanny!! read more
