I planned on getting carpet installed for free from a big box store but realized "free" wasn't actually free at all. I stumbled upon Isaias while looking for a carpet installer and am so glad I did. I called to set up an appointment for a measurement on a time crunch. Janet had me text her my information and she replied back in a few hours with her availability. After I reached out to 3 "allegedly" reputable tile installers, I found Isaias Flooring, I read the Yelp the reviews and thought this would be a great opportunity to give a local business some work. I'm happy I called! Janet replied within minutes and immediately scheduled a time to come do measurements the next day. Giovanny and Janet both showed up and immediately Giovanny took his measurements, then he and Janet discussed, and they gave me an overview of what the job consist of along with suggestions. I had an estimate emailed to me later that night and I felt the price was very fair for the amount of work I had. Once they left, my mother and I had a very good feeling about them. 5 days later Giovanny started working on my shower and bathroom floors. Over the course of the next 4 days all I saw was respect, professionalism, knowledge of workmanship, and a master at his craft. Giovanny was extremely respectful of us working from home and kids going to school virtually. He made sure the room he was working in was covered in plastic as to protect anything from getting any dust on it. Giovanny was there early and left late during his time re-tiling. He shows up to work and pays very close attention to all details. He takes pride in his work and it certainly reflects in the finished product. I have absolutely no complaints about anything. You will not regret hiring Isaias Flooring for your flooring or tile project. My bathroom looks like it came out of HDTV after he was done with it. What can I say... I'm a first time homeowner and after having a terrible experience with my previous floor installer I decided to look for someone new on Yelp and came across with Isaias Flooring. When I saw the awesome reviews I decided to give it a try. After I spoke with Janet she immediately scheduled an appointment for the following day and was given a reasonable quote. After I met Jovany I immediately knew that he was going to do a great job. He said something I liked "that when he works on his jobs he does it like it's for him" he also said in three days he can have everything done and he did. He reinstalled my son's bedroom laminated wood floors (which were coming off from previous guy that did the work), did my stairs, installed all my closet doors (9), the baseboards in all bedrooms and installed a new toilet. Besides all the little touch ups from previous guy of the job that was done bad. I was impressed how fast and detailed his work is. Janet was great also communicating with me updating me with the work being done at my home. Great customer service, I can 100% recommend this company for anyone looking to have work done at home. Wonderful people, fair price, and quality installation. Our project was not without challenges, but Jovanni and Janet strived to adjust what needed adjusting until everything was just right. They installed 6"x36"wood plank tile floors throughout the house and made sure it was level and had a minimal grout line. They installed shower tile in two baths, again paying extra attention to the details my wife and I had asked for. I would give Isaias Flooring more stars if I could. I contacted the company after having spoken to about 7 other companies to obtain estimates for porcelain tile flooring but never felt confident about hiring any of them. When I first spoke with Janet, I immediately had a good feeling. Jovanny came that same day to measure the area (1000+ sqf), I received the estimate a few hours later and I hired them promptly. The best choice I ever made. Some of the other reviews had some key words that originally prompted me to contact Isaias Flooring, "wonderful people", "quality work", "pride", "trustworthy", "honest", "first class tile work", "competitive prices", "super star", "perfectionist". I agree with all of them. We encountered a few problems due to unleveled floors in our house and other smaller structural problems and we knew that telling Jovanny to do whatever was needed as if it were his house would solve the problem to our satisfaction. There were never any surprises about extra costs. Also, worthy to mention, the fact that I am not a Spanish speaker did not matter at all.
