He was responsive and came to our home that next day to assess the problem so he could make recommend a pool heater . He did and provided options . I have been a long-time customer of East Coast Pool, buying my pool chemicals each week after the solid advice from the team behind the counter. I have also used them to purchase and install Filters and pumps over the years. I have come to depend on this team to keep my pool safe and clean, and they always have my back. When it was time for my pool to be refinished I tuned to East Coast,once again. They removed the old brick surround,all the tile and refinished the pool itself. I cannot fully express the professionalism, quality of the work, and attention to detail. Would not recommend this company, stay away at all costs! Do not know how these people stay in business. Recently had pool renovation (re-tile & re-finish & new Led light). The entire renovation process was very disappointing from start to finish. Oversight and responsibility for anything was virtually non-existent. During renovation debris & chemicals were dumped into planting beds surrounding pool (killing many plants), which was never cleaned up by East Coast Pools. No electrical ground on pool light at the switch. Defects in new pool finish took close to 3 months to finally correct, given the excuse the water table was to high to drain the pool - only refusing to make final payment were the defects addressed- the water table at its highest all of the sudden at this time was not an issue. The new Led pool light went out after 1 month. East Coast Pools would not honor the warranty on the pool light until $200 ( $7,000 renovation) for the debris clean up and plant replacement that was withheld from final balance was paid in full. East Coast Pools finally Extorted the final $200 to get warranty work completed all the while taking absolutely no responsibility for anything (disgusting)!! read more

East Coast Pools just re-tile and re-finished the inside of our 15 year old pool. They did such a good job. Removing the old tile and preparing it was neat and organized. The men that tiled the pool were kind and professional and the men that came to spray the diamond bright were also very respectful. The tile is beautiful and it was done in a timely manner. John has been out here almost every day to check on the pool. We've been going to them for many years and will continue to go to East Coast Pools on Donald Ross and Military. Thanks guys! read more
