George Gomes answered the phone and offered to come out to my house on 08/28/24- that day wasn't good for me, so George offered to come out same day (08/26/24) since I was already home. George turned up right near the beginning of the 3-4 p.m. window that he advised, he looked at our pool and pool accessories and discussed options with my wife and I. He answered all of our questions, he was not in a rush, and he explained whatever we didn't understand initially. We asked for a written quotation and got it later that same day. We previously made numerous phone calls and received other estimates and experiences as a reference. Eagle Pools was the best experience and so, it was a quick/easy decision to go with them. We made the 50% deposit on 08/27/24, the pool heater and concrete slab were delivered to our house on 08/28/24 for the 08/30/24 install that I requested. On the evening of 08/29/24, George let us know that the technicians would be at our house between 08:30-09:30 a.m. on 08/30/24. They were in my driveway at 08:45. They double-checked where we wanted to install the heater, discussed options and got to work. At 10:00 a.m. they were done. Initially, when they called me, I thought that they had a question or needed something. I was pleasantly surprised that they were calling me to give me a quick tutorial and to hand over the paperwork for the unit. We have lived in multiple states all over the U.S. and this experience would have been excellent anywhere. However, it stands out even more here in South Florida where people don't turn up when they say they will, or do what they said they would, or turn up without everything needed for the job. Eagle Pools turned up when they said they would, they did what they said they would at exactly the price that was quoted initially. The technicians turned up for the installation with all the parts and tools needed for the job. A few hours after the installation, I had questions about the unit and messaged George. Fifteen minutes later, he called me on a conference call with a technician and they answered all my questions. I haven't needed to call since. We are thoroughly impressed!

    I have had Pool Troopers maintaining my pool and large fountain for the last 1.5 years. They have…read morebeen terrific until this last 2 months. Two months ago, they have become horrific!! I have called headquarters twice now reporting the lack of service. They have assured me that the local service supervisor would get back to me. Initially he did. I told him that the fountain has been green for 2 months. No one is adding chemicals. I told him that the person maintaining the pool is adding chlorine. I have a salt water system and salt should be added, never chlorine. I even reported that I told the service person 3 times of this problem, but his English is not good and only responded by saying I only add chemicals. Gates have been left open. Pool equipment has been damaged. I contacted HQ again about this situation and I was told that the local people would get back to me. That was last week and I am still waiting. The fountain is still green. No chemicals have been added. They are still charging me for service and I am receiving their standard email stating that the pool and fountain have been serviced and there were no issues. Although the pool is crystal, the last time they put salt in the pool, they did not care how thy did it. Salt was poured all over one of the children's float in the pool. Simply sloppy ad very unprofessional. I am still waiting for a phone call, an email or text from them to understand why I can no longer receive acceptable service!!!

    Our pool maintainer suddenly moved out of state, which was devastating because he was reliable,…read moreconsistently provided us with great service, communicated service updates (with pictures) after every visit, and monitored, serviced and replaced support equipment, as required....basically a one-stop -shop.....PLUS he was a SUPER nice guy!! I was not looking forward to trying out "new guys". In my experience, there's a lot of "popular" trade service providers who will talk a great game but after you sign up, certain services cost extra $$ on top of regular fee, the quality of service is inconsistent and communication with "decision makers" is awful. Yelp is my go-to to find great restaurants and service providers. 360 Pools sparked my interest because even though there were only 2 reviews, both were 5 stars and the customer commentary reflected the sentiments I was looking for in a provider. When I called 360 Pools, Vincent answered right away. He was polite, courteous and professional. He understood the situation (2 weeks no pool cleaning) and told me he would call Daniel (his partner) to see if someone could come that same day. Daniel came to our house that same day, after his work day had ended. He spoke with me and my husband, evaluated pool and equipment, then gave us a very affordable quote (on par with my previous maintainer). Daniel, then offered to clean pool immediately! My husband told him he didn't have to because it was getting late, in case he had a family to get home to. Daniel insisted on staying, cleaning up all the debris, checking chemical/salt levels, cleaning, basket, filters, and troubleshooting creepy crawler. He left us with a perfectly pristine pool! As prior military we have very high expectations of work standards. In our minds, it is a waste of money to pay for subpar service because you end up picking up the slack, left by the "provider". So, when someone comes along and EXCEEDS our expectations and standards, we are loyal fans! The one caveat I have, which may not bother some people, is their invoicing process. Customers will receive their monthly invoice PRIOR to services being rendered. I understand a "deposit" or a percentage of the total sum is sometimes required for large construction or landscaping jobs but to ask me to pay the whole bill before any work is done is a completely foreign concept to me and I am not a fan. I firmly believe that no matter the size or type of company, recurring services should only be invoiced after the completion of task or service, allowing the consumer to provide positive feedback or to communicate to the business that expectations have not been met. Payments being remitted after work has been completed encourages businesses to consistently maintain customer service expectations. I voiced my opinion to Vincent and he took it under advisement, so perhaps this process might change. All that being said, we are very happy so far! We can now sit back and enjoy our pool because the people taking care of our property are doing it BETTER than we would.
