My dinner at the Palm was so awesome we went there twice, two nights in a row! I got the 18 ounce New York strip, medium well, unbelievably delicious. Asparagus, awesome. Baked potato, the best. Meatball appetizer, delicious, well seasoned. Cheesecake and Tiramisu both awesome. The only thing that kind of sucks is this whole bottle Diet Coke thing. That's non-sense. We want delicious, well mixed, well carbonated Diet Cokes. Other than that, everything was awesome. The server we had both nights was Joyce. This chick is on fire! Palm Orlando is the best. Keep Rockin'! #MattJasonRocks #KeepRockin

Overall, we had a good experience and I'd rate it about 3.5 out of 5 stars. The service was friendly and the staff was very accommodating with our large party, which we really appreciated. The ambiance was also nice and created a pleasant atmosphere for dinner. The food was good, and one helpful thing to know is that the menu is served à la carte, so sides are not included with the entrées and must be ordered separately. I didn't realize that before visiting, but the side portions are generous and large enough for two people to share. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience with solid service and a nice setting, though there is still some room for improvement.

A Legacy Reimagined: Mixed Experiences at The Palm Post-Landry's Acquisition I've been a loyal Palm patron for nearly 4 decades, with family ties dating back even further. This review reflects my third dining experience since Landry's took over. Initially, I was disappointed to learn about the takeover and the loss of my accumulated 837 Club loyalty points, which weren't transferable to Landry's loyalty program. A $25 membership offer didn't fully alleviate the impact. That all was immediately after the pandemic shutdowns, so could have been much worse news to learn, and we still gave a couple of more goes to see if the allure could be recaptured. Next visit left little to remember, other than the par able rolls from the first post pandemic visit were still a thing. Not even the good kind, the kind you expect to be mass produced by Sysco. My recent 20-year anniversary dinner highlighted both positives and negatives. The atmosphere was largely unchanged, but service was inconsistent. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, but the back waiter seemed inexperienced. We waited 5-7 minutes for seating, and table maintenance was lacking. Food was a mixed bag. First, the bread situation changed again and is now a sorta kind of focaccia with an oil and cherished red pepper flake set up. Very weird choice by the chefs, but ok. Wasn't anything to sore home about and if your gonna do a focaccia, then at least make it in house as it's super easy to pump out for any kitchen. I digress and still miss the original artisan bread selections and homemade butter, but life goes on I suppose. The new crab cake recipe was mediocre and not sure if the odd bread crumbs were air fried or what, but definitely not the original pan seared prep and set up and far, but the quality and taste of the crab itself were superb. The Oso Buco was a bit confusing and hidden by way too many pasta pearls which was disappointing, while the Palm Duo was cooked to a perfect medium as requested and tasted like the original seasoned streaks. My lobster tail was also tasty and cooked perfectly, however I do suspect that I was more like a 5oz, maybe 6oz tail and not the advertised 8oz. Still great though. The 4-tiered chocolate cake was dry and crumbling, likely several days old, considering they comped it for our anniversary, can't complain too much. The marinated cherries on the side though, were simply heavenly and the serve snuck me a few extras, so that's a huge plus. Wine selection was limited and seriously disappointed that after easily 100 visits in my adult lifetime, they remove my go to dessert accompaniment, the 5 Putanyos Royal Tokaj Aszu. It's Not the best Aszu, but certainly the most widely higher end brand available in the USA. Will just have to wait for my Aszu fix this summer when I'm back in Tokaj. However, the 2023 Caymus Cab was a highlight, especially at only a $100 for a one liter edition for the 100 years of Palm promo. While very young still, after it breathed a bit, it lived up to the Caymus name and a bottle worthy of throwing into my collection to age for another 5-10 years for optimal drinking. Oh, the sides: Creamed spinach and potatoes Au gratin. Both are new recipes and were so so compared to the originals. Had some leftovers and they definitely tasted better for lunch the next day. Post-dining, I received two calls from the Palm, but the feedback process felt insincere. Overall, The Palm under Landry's shows potential, but needs refinement to recapture its former excellence and continue to live up to the price point expectations. As a restaurant consultant, my standards may be higher than most, but for this legacy institutional name, I'd be happy to help them address these issues and restore the brand's reputation, but that is up to their powers that be. In the meantime, all we can do is wish them the well and hope for best. We shall see.

We came here for a Christmas meal, as a party of 7 (five adults and two children). Our reservation was at 2:45pm, so it was a late lunch/early dinner. The restaurant was decorated lovely for the holidays, and the staff was friendly and responsive. The food, however, was not very tasty. We ordered LOTS of food, including several items not pictured (i.g., black truffle risotto, lobster bisque, carrot cake, tiramisu, wedge salad, mashed potatoes, chicken parm, an Arnold Palmer and an espresso martini). Only the 6yo liked her meal. The 4yo complained that the chicken tenders were spicy. All of the adults rated their food as "just okay" and the desserts as not good. The carrot cake was reportedly dry and the tiramisu was lacking. It was almost completely missing the ladyfinger layer. The portion sizes were good and our waiter was excellent. We also ran into an issue attempting to purchase a gift card with the holiday bonus special. The manager took care in speaking with us and explaining the issue. Given that no one truly enjoyed their meal, I'd opt for a different restaurant over this one. I'm certain we could have found food people enjoyed at a lower price point.

You can't have a bad meal at The Palm. This was the best steak I've had in a very long time. My only complaint is that they don't offer dry-aged beef. I ordered the New York strip Oscar style, and it was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, tender, and everything you'd want from a great steak. We also ordered the steak carpaccio and the thick-cut steakhouse bacon. The bacon quite literally melts in your mouth and is absolutely divine. For sides, the hash browns are an absolute must. We also tried the corn Cacio e Pepe, which was fantastic and a fun twist on a classic. The service truly stood out and elevated the entire experience. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed without ever being intrusive. From start to finish, everything was seamless and professional. I can't wait to come back next year when I'm back in Orlando.

Massive meatball! My son's favorite app.

We go to The Palm at Universal's Hard Rock Hotel a few times a year. We always go on my birthday and they never disappoint! Joyce was our server last night and she was amazing. Dinner is always spot on. I always get a steak and my husband gets the sea bass. And a special shout out to the bartender that made the perfect Jack and Coke. The team made my birthday dinner really special as they always do!

Hmmm, so we came here for our anniversary dinner. Our server was fantastic. I mean the entire experience was great. They gave us a cute little happy anniversary card. The wine I ordered was good too. But let's talk about the meal So I'm an idiot and didn't tell them about my allergies. No worries, they quickly replaced my meal and didn't make me feel like the idiot I was. The shrimp was massive! The wine sauces was amazing. I'd come here again. Thanks for the great vibes. Maybe next time they will have a picture of me on the wall.

The atmosphere and our waitress Jessica was fantastic I never asked for a refill once and she was always around but it over bearing too, the food was amazing I had the chicken Parmigiana and my partner had the waygu lasagna we also had a side of bacon smoked Mac and cheese, it was amazing portion sizes the food was so so so good the chicken was fried just right it was Al around an amazing experience and it was even better then what we wanted

    Seared Sea Bass
 pomegranate glaze, asparagus, egg-fried risotto

The fish was a tiny piece and the risotto was terribly salty. I eat Sea Bass often so I can only blame it on the chef not tasting the dish before it left the kitchen. The atmosphere was the same, but looking a little tired. Service was okay. Overall very disappointing. I will not go back.

Bojan was our server and he was spectacular. He explained the wine list and menu to us and asked if we needed any assistance in choosing / had any questions about the menu. My only complaint of the evening is our appetizers seemed to take a tad bit long to be served, but everything else was fabulous. I ordered the tequila lavender cocktail, which is nothing like I've ever tasted before. It had coconut cream, lime, tequila, and lavender. It was delicious. We started off by sharing a Caesar salad and Parmesan truffle fries. We also were served bread service with a side of garlic oil. The caesar salad was served with a Parmesan pita crisp, and the fries were very crunchy and delicious. We split two entrees: the salmon and the vegan stuffed shells. The stuffed shells were fairly small, with only 4 in the entree, but was nonetheless flavorful and delicious. I almost forgot it was vegan! The salmon was a large cut and served over a creamy risotto and was my favorite of the evening. It was delicious. We ordered the lava cake for dessert and Bojan went the extra mile by placing a birthday candle inside of it and ended up providing the dessert on the house! This was so special and we appreciated it so much.

He loves a good steak and I believe the name drew him in even more so we spent our last night here for dinner. I really was kind of torn on what to get so I asked the waitress for her recommendation and she recommended the meal that I ordered. I must say I was not a fan at all and I cannot be upset with anyone but myself I had no business ordering that definitely wasn't good at all... I should have just either stuck to a ribeye or strip or a piece of salmon and caled it a night or had a liquid dinner... But my husband said my meal looked good but I wasn't impressed at all so that was totally my fault. However my husband enjoyed his meal he was super duper happy with it. The service was cool it wasn't busy at all during this time during early September nevertheless a great atmosphere although it was quiet when we went but I'm sure it can liven up. The dress code was pretty much relaxed. Plenty of parking even though we did catch a Uber ride from our stay at the Sheraton Vistana so if you're in the mood for something tasty check out the reviews check out the pictures and see if it's somewhere you might like to try. Service was good though. I must have ordered the wrong things this time, and I was there for happy hour. The crab rangoon squash blossom was kind of fishy. I was expecting something that looked like or was housed in a squash blossom, but it was a fried ball of gloppy crab filling. I also ordered the jalapeño popper deviled eggs. It was a stunner, but this is not the app for you if you're not all about the yolk. It was yolk on yolk on yolk. I wanted something to brighten it up, like a pickled veggie or pickled onions maybe. I've had better taste experiences at The Monroe before, but this wasn't one of them, unfortunately.

We continue to visit Eddie V's on a weekly basis and can't say enough about this place and the staff. We love to sit at the bar, and we feel like family with the entire team. The management team also makes us feel like family. The name of the restaurant says it is a seafood restaurant, which it is, and they do seafood wonderfully. But do not forget to try the steak. They have filet, bone in strip, and bone in ribeye that are better than other high end steakhouses in the country. We do not have a single hesitation in recommending this place. If you go to the Orlando location, have a drink at the bar and you won't regret it. Special shoutout to bartender Chanti who provides such a welcoming environment that keeps us coming back, we love you! The management team is great too. Rachel, Justin and Gary all have taken the time to get to know us personally and that really keeps us wanting to come back frequently.

We were ushered in almost immediately by the host who was very gracious and friendly. The place is very clean and well maintained with classy decor. We appreciated that they have eye friendly, warm yellow lighting for the dining area at evening and not the bright white lights that feel somewhat disorienting. We tried the Tuna tartare for appetizer, the full churrascaria experience for the husband, the fish of the day with lemon butter sauce for me, a classic old fashioned and a Brazilian old fashioned. Everything that was served to us was absolutely delicious! The husband particularly LOVED the flank steak. He said he's never had flank steak so tender and juicy. The sides offered with the churrascaria experience were also to his liking. Especially the brussel sprouts topped with maple syrup. The fish of the day was very well prepared as well. The seasoning was on point. The fish was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. The tuna tartare was very different from what we're used to but was really good with the avocado and arugula it was served with. The old fashioned were very nicely prepared too. The Brazilian old fashioned deserves a special mention here. It takes Cachaça instead of the usual bourbon and the flavors were so good, so delectable that we'd probably go back for more of just that. LOL! All in all, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return here as well as recommend the place.

The space is very broad and we felt quite comfortable at our table. Regarding the food, everything was good. Half of our group went with the Full Rodizio Experience, while others ordered from the A La Carte menu, and everyone was satisfied with the quality of the meats and dishes. However, the overall experience felt a bit disorganized. While our server was friendly, the service was not as proactive as you would expect from a high end steakhouse. We had to constantly ask for water refills and specifically request to have the table cleared and cleaned, as it wasn't being done automatically. It's a beautiful spot with great potential and delicious food, but the attention to detail and service flow definitely need some refinement to match the quality of the kitchen. A solid choice for groups, but be prepared to be more vocal with the staff regarding your needs.
