We did not make a reservation and scored a nice table right at the end by the disco bathrooms. The service is insanely fast. It is also a super busy and very popular so this place is a well oiled machine. Everything that came out was excellent and unique. The creamy ceviche was ceviche, like I never had one before with plantains in it. The car was delicious and I don't even like red meat normally. The Bronzino was amazing and was like butter melting in my mouth and again came with something unique pepper sauce that we had to ask as well what it was. We opted for the chocolate dessert, which was good, but very heavy and very Nutella. This restaurant is popular and fast food, and reminds me of when I was living in Las Vegas. My honest review is 4.5/5! We started with the ceviche, and it was absolutely amazing! So fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Definitely a 5/5! The main dish was equally delicious, and the meat was cooked to perfection.my only negative comment is the tostones was hard and dod not seem too fresh. My drink was good, just a little too sweet for my personal taste. However, the real star of the show was the tres leches cake! It was probably the best tres leches I've ever had, and that's saying a lot! The service was fast and attentive, which made the experience even better. For my uncles birthday, we decided to visit Mordiscos steakhouse, a venezuelan steakhouse now here in Orlando! Our server, (I wish I could remember her name .. I know it started with an E) was incredibly patient and kind with our very large party. She constantly checked on us, and had such a positive and friendly attitude! The restaurant is beautiful! What a fine restaurant! We had dinner early on Thursday night. So the restaurant was not too busy. I ordered the current special $40 menu (see pictures) . This included appetizer, entree and dessert. Server explained everything on the menu for us. The Ceviche carnavelero appetizer was unique and wonderful. My entree was Brazino Chala which was huge piece of fish perfectly cooked and included a fresh salad. Dessert was chocolate piece of heaven. The ambiance inside is super chic. The bathrooms are unique and almost got lost back there with the light show, stop by even if you don't have to go. A few small complaints. Music was wonderful but too loud. Service was prompt, but on slow night everything came out before we finished the previous course. A little pricey (but $40 special was a steal), but pricey is expected so close to SeaWorld. We came to Mōrdisco to celebrate my new job, and it was such a fun night! The restaurant is gorgeous inside and has a dim vibe. We tried the Magical Dining menu, and everything was delicious. I had the branzino, steak tartare in bone marrow FAVE ITEM ON THE MEUN, and the Venezuelan chocolate marquesa which was like tiramisu with a crunchy cookie twist and not too sweet. Everyone loved the ceviche too! They were a little busy, so drinks and water took some time, but once they came, they came in twos lol. Definitely a hit. We went for magical dining and it's well worth the price. The service is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and lively. We started with drinks. The Isabellita was great! Not too sweet but sweet enough. And the old fashion was exceptional. We got the carpaccio and ceviche and they were delicious. The carpaccio came with an overwhelming amount of shaved Parmesan but I liked it. We also had the branzino and the rum bbq ribs. Visited mordisco with some friends for magical dining. They were super busy but we had reservations and were seated right away. The space is really nice and modern. They have a decent sized patio for outdoor seating and ample parking. The staff were very friendly and checked on us many times throughout dinner. They had an extensive menu and I look forward to trying more dishes. For magical dining, my group all got different items so we could all try everything. My faves were beef carpaccio, ceviche apps, branzino entree and the marquesa dessert. Least favorites were the steak tartare, ribs and papaya dessert. Some of the sides were a lil bland for my taste as well. But the drinks were really good and the mini arepas app (not on magical dining) was delicious !! The self-proclaimed Yelp happy hour queen has returned!! This review is strictly about their happy hour (Monday-Friday from 3-7pm)! I was honestly so impressed with it that I will absolutely be returning for dinner! I came in at around 5pm on a Friday, and there were plenty seats at the bar area. I love the big beautiful tree inside! It gives the restaurant just the right pop of nature since everything is really dark colored and upscale inside. The bartender was extremely nice, and serve was surprisingly very fast (but not too too fast). 50% off of any of the cocktails was great pricing so I ordered the Cocada Martini. It was sweet, creamy, and delicious. For my bar snacks, I chose the tequeños and picanha tostones. These were both incredible! I intended on bringing back half of this to my fiancé at home, but it was sooooo good that I ate it all. The tostones has truffle on it as well to level it up a bit which works really well. This review relates only to the bar cocktail experience. I met friends at the bar, who had already been here a while. I had been here before as part of a Yelp Elite event. I was weary of their cocktails (especially the martinis) being too sweet, so I specifically instructed the bartender on how to make my Cosmopolitan with just a splash of cranberry juice. I then conversed with my friends and 10 minutes later, one of them said "Are they making your Cosmo?" We looked over to the end of the bar and saw three gentlemen just talking to each other. (There was not a big crowd at this time of the night, especially at the bar.) I decided to walk down to their area and asked if anyone was making my Cosmo. The one gentleman I talked to apologized and went to make my drink. Something must have gotten lost in the translation or they only make Cosmos one way as the drink was way too sweet again. We decided to leave and requested our bills. My one friend questioned the bartender on why her bill was so high after three drinks. He told her they automatically add the gratuity to the bill. She said she wished she was made aware of this before she sat down. It seems a number of restaurants and bars are automatically adding gratuity when they hand you the mobile POS card reader device. Management should instruct the team members to mention this to the customer as part of the introductory process. You should NOT have to pay a required gratuity service if the amount doesn't properly reflect the service received. read more

Mordisco was a nice experience. I visited this past weekend for Bite30 with a few friends, and we all enjoyed our experience for the most part. In fact, we are all looking forward to returning (on a less busy night). So, the night we rolled up to Mordisco, they happened to be showing one of the World Cup games, and it was CRAZY BUSY. Despite how busy the restaurant was and the liveliness of the dinner guests, the staff was exceptional. They were super attentive and helpful. Also, despite the dinner rush, our food (and drinks) came fairly quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was extremely tasty. I am not super familiar with Venezuelan cuisine, so this was definitely a first for me. However, I ENJOYED the dish I ordered. I ordered the Camarones al Ajillo our way, which is Garlic-cilantro Shrimp, aioli, served with ciabatta bread. I also ordered a couple of their speciality cocktails to pair with my meal. As a table, we shared a lot of our dishes. So, I also enjoyed the Ceviche Carnavalero, Prime Picanha en Vara (which was SO DELIGHTFUL), and the Venezuelan Chocolate Marquesa. All in all, it was truly a really good dining experience. The look and feel of the restaurant is cute. It almost feels as if you are at a resort dining experience. It didn't feel like we were in Orlando. My only COMPLAINT would be parking! Parking was a HASSLE. I am hoping that on my future visit(s), parking is less of a chore, as it is located in a plaza filled with other restaurants and businesses. An experience of a lifetime, heard about this restaurant. I'm a friend of mine when I heard how good the drinks are. But once I checked it off of myself, she did not what she said me and my friends decided to order drinks and it seems like everyone enjoyed their drink. Afterward, we had the octopus and I can't remember the name of the other appetizer, but that was delicious as well. Then the main course came and the pil pil branzino is what I had. It was actually delicious and full of flavor. My boy had the steak and he enjoyed that, and my other friend had the lomo saltado. We started off our dinner with the Ceviche carnavalero. The leche de tigre was creamy and perfectly balanced with the acidity. The fish was tender and butter melting in your mouth. Incredible way to start our meal. For the entree, my party shared a parrillada. The picanha and new york strip exceeded our expectations. Steak was juicy and at the desired temperature. We also had a side of the crispy pork belly that was extremely crunch on the outside and with so much flavor throughout. The sides are also worth mentioning as the rice had a delicious garlicky flavor and perfect texture and the yuca was well seasoned and soft. Our server, Valentina was really attentive, sweet and made some really good recommendations and I ended up ordering one which was the Alaia Cherry and the arepas with diablito. Amazing crunch on the arepa with the right amount of filling. Safe to say, I have already mentioned this place to all my friends and I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. Our first time here - we visited for soft opening. Walking in the venue was loud and lively but not too loud that it wasn't enjoyable. The atmosphere and the staff were both bright and welcoming. We were seated immediately for our 930pm reservation. Not all of the bar drinks were available for soft opening so we ended up just getting tea and sprite for drinks. For dinner we had the beef bone soup with rice, two arepas - the queens arepa and the mordisco favorite picanha arepa, and the wood fired salmon with veggies. The soup and arepas were both fantastic! The queens arepa was a creamy combo of chicken, cheese and avocado. Perfectly balanced and not too heavy. The mordisco favorite picanha arepa was my favorite part of our dinner with the meat perfect cooked and absolutely delicious to bite into. The salmon was not my favorite dish as it wasn't cooked as much as I prefer though my partner did enjoy it. The vegetables that came with the salmon were lightly cooked peppers and onions which we didn't eat because they were pretty much uncooked. We ended up getting the basque cheesecake to go for dessert because it was late getting out. It was a little expensive at $18 but totally worth it! Thanks to having reservations we were seated immediately. It was a busy Saturday yet the server Camila was very friendly and checked on us every so often. Such an excellent dinner for my second bite 30 of 2026. I arrived late after accidentally going to the wrong area, but I was still greeted and seated to a table near the dining area. I decided to take their popular drink, the Isabellita (14 dollars), which was fruity with berries and passion fruit. And best of all, it was a good pour with that high quality rum they had. For the 38 dollars bite 30 promotion, I found out that certain items had a surcharge. Thus, instead of the ceviche, I chose the beef carpaccio. It was an excellent alternative and it had a generous amount of sliced beef with lots of cheese. It was so delicious, especially with the truffle oil they added. I savored every bite. For my main plate, the sea bass was grilled nicely with a tasty salad. The fish was tender, but did had a bit of bones. The salad was fresh with a great vinaigrette dressing. I took some of it home to enjoy the next day. For dessert, the chocolate marquesa was rich with Venezuelan chocolate mousse and cookies. I just had to finish it all. The service was great, and they were able to check up on me various times. The atmosphere was upscale, but still family and casual shirt friendly. The dining area was spacious, and pop dance music was in the background. What was more interesting was that the room before the bathroom has LEDs dancing, encouraging you to disco and dance! The steak tartare on the borrow was rich and delicious but it is an acquired taste. The truffle aoli was not strong bc the meat over powered it so could barely taste the truffle taste. The fish ceviche was done to perfection. The brazino filet was cooked perfectly and soft but it did needed a bit of salt. This was a nice portion size. They cooked the medium rare picanha to perfection. It also needed a bit of salt but the stroganoff sauce that pair with it perfectly. I was surprised. Onto the Quesillo, the Quesillo flavors brought back my childhood memories in Venezuela when I had my first Quesillo. The balance of the sweetness, the tart, w/ lime peel touch and maybe a hint of rum or brandy. It had just enough toasted caramel sauce. This was truly homemade. I haven't had a good lechosa over 10 years. This is one of the typical Christmas desserts made with green papaya and they go through a processed of candied. The trick is to get it sweet enough but not overly powered. They have done it to perfection. 5/5 Service: I think this where they could use some big improvements. The service was not bad but for a steakhouse, it needed to be better. They made a few essential rookie mistakes. I will start off that the waiter was super polite throughout the entire experience. But by then, The entrees arrived! We haven't even started on our appetizers and we didn't get napkins with it. I asked for napkins, then he came back it 10 minutes later. The menu has the same three course meal special year round it seems but we did save some money coming for Bite30 and also were able to take advantage of the happy hour - 50% off all alcoholic drinks. My friend and I didn't even get a glass of water, took 30 min to get a glass of water and one hour to get our cocktails, my food came out before his, he was so frustrated that when his came out 40 min later, he decided to take it to go. The food and drinks were delicious but the service was a 0. The manager needs to have a full staff, all hands on deck when they know they are going to be extremely busy. This is a scheduling issue rather than the waiters or cooks issue. This is how restaurants fail and close, when there not enough workers, which puts a lot of pressure on them, just because the restaurant wants to save money. The staff was very nice. The restaurant is very pretty and very clean. I would only say I feel like the tables and chairs are too close so trying to get out of my seat was a hassle. read more
