The food was sooooo good and different then anything that I have really experienced! Everything was cooked to perfection and the meat that my parents got literally makes me salivate just thinking about it! The service was awesome and our waiter was very nice! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is nice but still chill![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Fairly classy looking steak house in a strip mall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the house cut of meat, picanha. It was cooked perfectly with some delicious sides. The food was definitely salted and seasoned well. The real odd part of the meal was that a drunk named Francisco sat next to me at the bar where I ate. He kept telling me that today was his last day drinking and he was going to get his act together tomorrow. Cool story bro, tell it walkin, Christopher. The steak though was the exact perfect meal that I was looking for. And with 2 sides only cost $27. The place is legit. I would go back if I lived around here. Which I don't.

Dinner was good. Service was family friendly. This place was recommended by our Uber driver. Lots of food and very strong drinks Nice little find in Orlando

Valery is amazing! Great service and amazing drinks!

There with my family this week. I'm there for the first time. It was phenomenal. First want to talk above our server ADONIS. He was the best!!! Very professional, personable, and extremely helpful. A nice guy who never missed a beat. Wasn't easy taking care of five people. Thanks again ADONIS, much appreciated. The Porterhouse and the Ribeye Steak and the Churrasco Outside Skirt Steak were GREAT. All were cooked perfectly, medium rare, I lean more to the 43 ounce porterhouse. Because the 30 ounce ribeye is cooked on this flaming cart, it'll still cook if left on the cart. But very flavorful. Put the rest on another plate. The server can slice both if you'd like. It is easier for you. The porterhouse will remain the same, won't still cook. The porterhouse is worth the extra few bucks You can always take the rest home. The Chicken Espetadas is on a skewer served tableside. Grilled perfectly, so moist and flavorful. Can easily share this dish as well as the steaks. All vegetables, the Yucca Fritas Maduros, Papas Fritas, the Guasacaca, Their French Fries and salads were great. The Beef & Chicken Montaditos appetizer, Don't miss that. Two desserts were the best, Tres Leches and the homemade Quesillo!!! Wow, great. The espresso Ristretto (double shot) We will be back when visiting family in Orlando. To the manager; Adonis was a great server. He is an asset to the restaurant and company.

Stumbled upon this restaurant when the sushi place we were originally going to had no availability. The place was full of customers and very lively, The service was great. Ordered the half boneless chicken with a side of plantains and Caesar salad. The Caesar salad could quite possibly be the best I have ever had. The chicken had good flavor. We will definitely be back.

Me and my family go to Da Silva whenever we're in Orlando personally we really like this restaurant [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and super clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food is very very good the steak is always perfectly cooked, ceviche ALWAYS hits the spot must have every single time, the chicharrón is also good but make sure to ask for it extra crispy so it's not soggy. Service is ok not the best, could use some improvements. All in all Da Silva is a must try anytime you're in Orlando!

    So good! Ribeye steak 30oz

We came here for the first time and we had a great time. Food and service was was on point. We started with trio sampler and it has fried arepitas, 3 chicken wings and 3 bbq ribs. It was well marinated and so flavorful. For the main dish we got the 30oz rib eye. The presentation was great. It looks like they cook the steak a little and they cook it more infront of you. It was juicy and delicious! I also got the avocado salad, it was perfect match with the steak. Overall it was good and we'll be back again.

Not as good as the Katy, TX location but good just the same. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Smaller and not as crowded.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great steak, great smoked pork chop (I had a T-bone, grandson had the chop so we shared with each other). Pedro was our server and was great. Overall a very good meal (there were six in the party) and the service was spot on.

The restaurant was full of guests dressed to impress and speaking in hushed tones. All the steaks and chops around the room looked amazing with great aroma. The lighting is dim, but the large windows let in a lot of light to read menus. I recommend a table for two by the big windows overlooking the pool (and 9pm fireworks) or a comfy booth along the wall with the same view. We appreciated the perfect timing and temperature of our dishes. Our amuse bûche was a yummy ceviche packed with seafood. I would definitely order it if on the menu. The crudo appetizer was a standout dish - so fresh and flavorful, and beautifully presented. My smooth, delicious, piping hot sherry-infused lobster bisque was poured over a sizable slice of lobster, at the table. My dining partner was impressed with the delicious taste and temp of their Iberico Chop. I adored my perfectly seared and moist sea bass with fluffy gnocchi in a decadent, rich and creamy mushroom sauce (I substituted sea bass for escargot). The large, indulgent lobster mac side dish was an excellent compliment to both mains. It was flavorful with plenty of lobster; and the delicious crust on top would make amazing cheese crisps. Servers walked around with a variety of fresh, warm, yummy breads -- though 14 Prime breads in Jax taste better. The arrival of the crème brûlée flambée was reminiscent of a bananas foster presentation in NOLA. Unfortunately, the flames were the most interesting aspect of the crème brûlée. Flavor was not particularly special, and chocolate at the bottom tasted like pudding. Dessert was just 'ok' at Bull & Bear & Oscar's. Another small nitpick was the lack of black napkins for black outfits. Service was professional, yet approachable. Servers gave great recommendations without unnecessary upselling. They worked in teams, so there was always someone available to assist. Open 6-10pm daily, our reservation secured the table all night -- no rushing to turn tables over for the next guest. Some dishes include table side preparation, so prices reflect showmanship (e.g., lobster bisque poured at the table; table side César salad preparation; meat board & Dover sole table side deboning and plating; crème brûlée served in flames; strawberry ice cream created table side). We look forward to returning again and again.

It feels nice and relaxed in here no matter the weather outside. Again, we enjoyed the experience but the service was fairly slow. Our server was awesome and truly made the meal more enjoyable. I'm hard of hearing, and when they noticed I was struggling, they kindly relocated us to a quieter spot in the corner where I could actually hear my wife. That kind of attentiveness means the world. Throughout the evening, our server was helpful and engaging, and started us off with some bread for the table. It seemed fresh baked with a crisp crust and wonderfully soft in the middle. For our entrées, we had the Chilean Sea Bass, which absolutely melted in our mouths, and the 10oz center-cut filet, which was perfectly cooked to order with no fat or tendons -- just pure quality. You can tell they take pride in what comes out of that kitchen. They finished our meal by bringing out a special plate for my mom with a trio of strawberry sorbet, a chocolate cookie, and banana foster. It was beautifully presented, and that banana foster was fantastic! We will definitely consider ordering a full-sized one on our next visit. Overall, Eddie V's delivered an outstanding experience -- from the atmosphere to the service to every single bite. We'll absolutely be back.

Great Brazilian Grill Experience -- Definitely Coming Back…read moreMy wife and I came here for the full churrasco lunch experience, and it was excellent. I would give the overall experience a 9/10 and five stars. There was a great variety of meats, including different cuts of steak and sausage, and the servers kept bringing fresh food directly to our table. The meat was flavorful, tender, and cooked nicely. The grilled pineapple was also very good and worked perfectly between the different meat selections. The salad bar had plenty of choices, including fresh vegetables, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, and other sides. We also enjoyed the bread, fries, and sauces served at the table. The dining room felt clean, comfortable, and upscale, but it was still relaxed. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. We paid $92 for two people before tax and tip, which was a fair price for an unlimited Brazilian steakhouse lunch of this quality. Overall, this was a great experience. It's clear the staff takes their work very seriously - hearing about the specials almost felt like a sales pitch - and the atmosphere is meant to be upscale and well executed. I recognize that as a vegetarian, I am nowhere near the target market for this menu. That being said, I found my entree and the bar's available ingredients lackluster, but the sides and dessert were delicious. The bread, glossed with butter and very fluffy, was divine. The waiter took my drink order, I asked for some options for a cocktail that were off menu that he'd have to check on, then the rest of my table got their drinks 15 minutes later, and I was told what I ordered wasn't possible. Not sure why drinks took so long or why I wasn't notified sooner, as this made our pacing a little odd. I ordered a blood orange heavy cocktail off the surprisingly short menu, and it was just ok - not a mix of flavors I'd normally go for, and very punchy. The greenery sprig was a visually appealing touch though, although it was a bit heavy handed on my neighbor's drink. My salad was yummy, with an interesting addition of potato chip like curls. The red wine that was ordered for the table was one of the best red wines I've ever had, very enjoyable, and I never normally like reds. The wine selection seems vast here - the menu is a true binder - and some options go over $2k for a bottle, so even the most extravagant tastes will find something they like here. My waiter gave me the tiniest bit of attitude upon finding out I was a vegetarian. Listen, sir, I didn't pick the restaurant, I know I don't belong here - yeesh. He did inform me that a cauliflower steak option was available, which I took him up on, but it was not listed on the menu anywhere. They should really add it to be more inclusive of all types of diets - it's 2026, you need to offer an entree that isn't meat, even if you're a steak and seafood restaurant. I'm never really that impressed with a cauliflower steak from anywhere, but this was one of the most bland I've ever had. It wasn't filling and the sauce had barely any salt or flavor to it - very lackluster. The desserts were amazing - I forget what we ordered other than the Creme Brulee topped with macarons and Butter Cake (OMG! WOW!), but everything I tried was yummy. It was a pretty busy spring Thursday night when I visited, but everything seemed to take quite a while to come out. A friend was dining separately at another table, and when we bumped into each other in the bathroom while waiting for apps, we both remarked on how long it was taking for food and drinks to come out. The atmosphere was also a bit chaotic - we had to wait in a cramped, awkward entry hallway for 10 minutes past our reservation time, which was a weird way to start the dining experience- they need a better waiting area. It was also very loud in here, which is not what I'd expect for such an upscale place - I could barely hear people across the table from me. It cheapened the overall feel. The price points are certainly impressive if you're wanting to come here to impress a date or business partner. Some bits were excellent, but the entree fell short for me. If you're getting what they specialize in, you'll probably have a better experience, but you'll also be waiting quite a while. I feel like the only person I know that isn't raving about this place, and although it puts on quite the show, there's some room for improvement. I WILL be dreaming about that bread and the salad's potato curls, though....
