It was only $262 to feed four, what a bargain! I'm still leaving a 5-star review because you know it's expensive when you come here. Be warned, it's "shareables" which is some millennial term for "a way to charge you more for less." I forget what we got, I just remember it was expensive and goofy, like some kind of octopus or something. We did the trendy "frozen rose" desert because we'd heard so much about it. (shrug) Whatever. I paid a lot so that we could eat expensive food, leave hungry and watch a water show where one of the circles was down for maintenance. All that being said, why bother to leave a 5-star review? Because I paid a lot of money and I'll be d***ed if I'm leaving a bad review. I paid too much to leave it 4 stars.

This bar is an experience for sure. I didn't get the typical photo of the ceiling but when I tell you Universal out did themselves with this park and hotel it's phenomenal. Will go back again! Food came out hot and fresh or chilled if a cold item. The hummus in the photos is now a go-to appetizer. I typically don't like hummus but the waiter sold me on it and it was delicious. The entire menu fits the theme of Greek. After eating there was a beautiful Ariel view of the park Epic universe right on the patio. Expect when coming to the hotel to spend at least $75 at the bar which requires a reservation and leave with that receipt if you do not want to pay the $125 parking fee.

Bar Hellos completely exceeded my expectations. The drinks are absolutely amazing and so thoughtfully crafted. The Aphrodite is hands down the best drink on the menu and officially my all time favorite drink. The balance of flavors is perfect and it is beautifully presented. Plus, you cannot beat the view of Epic Universe! The farmers cheese is just as incredible. It is fresh, flavorful, and pairs perfectly with the drinks. It is one of those dishes that you keep thinking about long after you leave. The service is a little slow, but the staff is friendly and the overall experience is still wonderful. The quality of the drinks and food more than makes up for the wait. I cannot wait to go back and order both again.

Ambiance was . Very romantic up there with a view of Epic universe. The cocktails were good, and we got a charcuterie and cheese platter which hit the spot.

We had a great experience here and what a nice rooftop location overlooking the beautiful new Epic Universe park. We were able to get our reservation day-of for later in the evening, and they were even really helpful in adding a few people on when we arrived. We had a choice of insider outside, and we chose outside. They gave us a great table along the edge overlooking the park... There was a weird railing that actually made it hard to see the park, I feel like they should have high top tables instead... But regardless, it was really nice and we were very pleasantly surprised when we got to watch the nighttime show on the water in Celestial Park, which was incredible. Although I would say five star for the vibes, service, and atmosphere, I knocked a star for the actual food and drink. Nothing was bad, per se, just weird. There was nothing that we tried that we truly enjoyed and would order again, but I appreciate it the diverse options. Would definitely return for a great time, would order new things to try, but would definitely not come hungry.

Bar Helios crowns the top floor of the Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a sleek perch overlooking Epic Universe with a front‑row seat to the nighttime light show. The duck confit empanadillas and patatas bravas were the clear standouts. Rich, crisp, deeply satisfying plates built for sharing and even better when paired with the bar's thoughtful cocktails. The Medusa, with its mix of gin, za'atar‑infused agave, maraschino, lemon, and sparkling grapefruit, was bright and aromatic; the Prometheus leaned warm and smooth with Hennessy, amaretto, honey, and bitters; and Pandora's Box, built on golden‑raisin‑infused vodka, pear, clarified lemon, and sherry. The kind of drinks that all sneak up on you with its elegance. Between the view, the food, and the cocktails, Bar Helios feels like a rare moment of calm and sophistication above the theme‑park rush.

Stopped by for drinks and a quick bite. All of the cocktails were amazing. Delicious and unique. The place has an amazing vibe and the views of the Epic. universe park were amazing! Service was fantastic and we were well taken care of. Probably some of the best service I've had in a while! I was also super excited to hear that they hired the head chef from Pepperoncino to be the executive chef here. Pepperoncino is my favorite Italian restaurant and I can't wait to see what Barbara creates here! Definitely worth a visit!

Overall great vibes. Sabrina, the hostess was really great to interact with! Recommend the milky punch for cocktail or the Odyssean Garden for mocktail. For food the whipped farmers cheese was good. The best was fried halloumi. We also got the fried zucchini flowers and the patatas bravas which were our least favs but not terrible Loved the vibe and rooftop

The tomahawk steak was absolutely incredible perfectly cooked, insanely flavorful, and easily one of the best steaks I've had in a long time. The ambience was also amazing great lighting, upscale vibe, and a perfect setting for a special night out. That said, the service was unfortunately a major letdown. It was slow, inattentive, and lacked the level of professionalism you'd expect at this price point. Speaking of price, it is definitely on the higher end which makes the poor service even harder to overlook. If they can fix the service, this place would be elite. The food and atmosphere are absolutely there the front-of-house just needs to catch up.

GET ALL ABOUT BEETS!!!!!! It was amazing & I wish I ordered 10 of them! The view is simply breathtaking. The drinks are good but super duper expensive. The King Salmon dish was overrated. Pro tip: Get parking validated by the valet before leaving!

The new hotel overlooking the new Universal Studio Epic Universe. The bar itself is very nice - a circular bar in the middle beneath a starry dome rooftop, and the view from the terrace overlooking the entire Epic ground is stunning - I saw the night version but I'm sure the day version would be great too. Drinks are a bit too sour at first in general but as the ice melts they become better. Food options are limited - especially in the sense that they don't have any sides to order, so for example if you order the lamb chops it would be just the meat and there's no option to add carbs to it to form a full meal. I end up just getting a couple bites and plan to get some food elsewhere. But overall with the view this will always be an iconic bar to visit if you are here for Universal Studio!

Went here with a group for dinner and we had a few times to share and then each also ordered additional dishes as our mains. The food is definitely more tapas style in size than a traditional dinner. Food and drinks were all good. Our server was great and knowledgeable on gluten free options. The view of the park is great, but we couldn't see it from our table. We were able to walk outside at the end to watch the fountain & light show. Overall a good experience, but you definitely pay for the location so it's a bit pricey. Nice for a one time experience.

When I arrived with some of my dinner guests, we still had a wait before we were escorted to a private room. We encountered an issue with one of the servers and I had to request to speak with a manager. Rachel came over and we spoke about the unfortunate situation we were having. Rachel apologized and worked to get us someone else to take care of us. After that, we settled in and enjoyed the rest of our dinner. I ordered the Beef Empanadas, the Tequila Sunburn Glazed Salmon (comes with Mashed Sweet Potato and Green Beans) and a Dragon Fruit Margarita. The Dragon Fruit Margarita was delicious. I didn't want to get full before receiving my food so I took sips while we waited. It was hard not drinking it all too quickly. It was good. It was served in a glass with a sugar coated rim and lime wedge. The Beef Empanadas are an all-time favorite and never disappoints. I couldn't eat all my food so I packaged the rest to go. I was presented with a glass of ice cream topped with whipped cream and cherries. A candle perfectly placed in the ice cream was lit and waiting for me to make a birthday wish and blow out the flame. The night was not over yet. After dinner, we went outside and sat to listen to the live steel pan music. It was a wonderful way to end the evening. As the cool air embraced us so did the melodic tunes of the steel pan music. Thank you Rachel for salvaging the evening and remedying our unfortunate experience with one of the service staff. Your response and actions saved the evening and help earned this four star rating.

There is even a large fishbowl at one of the host stands with a Cowfish swimming about a giant hamburger. The menu offers so many choices, I found it hard to decide. Ultimately, I landed on the All American Bacon Double Cheeseburgooshi - a combination of a bacon double cheeseburger in sushi form. Hubby got a Bento Box that included a slider, sushi roll, edamame and more. I was a little worried that I wouldn't like my dish. It seemed a bit out there but once it arrived, I was beyond pleasantly surprised and loved every bite! Hubby also loved his bento box and we left quite full. They also offer a myriad of unique and fun drinks including one in a fish shaped glass with boba pearls and a Bloody Mary with, basically, a whole meal on top! This was a 10/10 for us - next time we are in Orlando, we will make time to return. Note that reservations are a must!

First off, the concept alone is wild. Instead of choosing between sushi or burgers, you get both. And somehow it actually works. The "Burgushi" idea sounds like it shouldn't... but it does. The bento box is probably the move if you can't decide. It gives you a little bit of everything and is perfect after a long park day when you're starving but also indecisive. We did this through the Ride and Dine package, which made it super convenient. Having a reserved meal time built into a Universal day just hits differently. It's a nice break from the chaos of the parks, and CityWalk has such a fun energy at night. The value feels worth it when you factor in the portion sizes and the overall experience. Food wise, the burgers are solid, juicy, and definitely not an afterthought, and the sushi is surprisingly fresh for a theme park spot. The menu is huge and creative, with everything from classic rolls to over the top fusion options, plus shakes and drinks if you're feeling it. The vibe is very "Universal." Colorful, slightly over the top, and a little loud, but it works. Think quirky décor, bright lights, and a mix of tourists, families, and people decompressing after a park day. Overall, not necessarily a fine dining sushi spot, but that's not what you come here for. You come for the experience, the variety, and the fact that you can eat a burger and sushi in the same bite if you really want to. Perfect for a fun Universal night! Was great for our needs to eat some dinner before hitting the park to throw beads!
