***miami spice menu*** Visited The Palm during Miami Spice month for their $60 menu which included an app, main, side, and dessert. I started with the shrimp cocktail (portion for this menu was 2). They were large and perfect. My main and side included an 8 oz filet which I order medium rare. Cooked to perfection. my side was a creamy savory creamed spinach. I ended with zeppole with 3 sauces. Nice and fluffy. Drinks were not included but I had a Pinot and finished with an espresso martini. Zito was the bartender and even though he was extremely busy he was very friendly and attentive. Hours are limited so this is not a late night steakhouse. It's more intimate with The Palm old school vibe.

Pete and Mike ensured we had a table as a walk on a Saturday night. Servers were attentive made sure the table was organized with the proper cutlery and beverages refilled. We tried the seafood tower ribeye bone in decadent potatoes gratin mushrooms and two desserts. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal customer service and the ambiance. The palms is a consistent perfectly cooked steak house which should not disappoint your dining experience.

The Palm - a stalwart in my life of eating - was my Father's favorite restaurant so we went to honor him on his Birthday yesterday. I was a little hesitant because of the sale to Landry's in 2020. Also, had never been to the one in North Miami so we gave it a whirl. Four to our party. Rez made and arrived to super friendly valet parking and greeted by the manager, Eric. Super accommodating with our preference of seating and sat us immediately (it's a smaller Palm than I'm used to and I loved the ambiance & coziness). Mariaj was our main host and shared the specials and her favorites on the menu. Menu has changed with a nice collection of Palm faves, more salads, seafood towers, the usual huge lobster (4lbs avail that night) plus interesting cuts like the Tomahawk, bone in filet and Lamb chops (which were amazing and pictured below). We started with the Calamari app and shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were the size of my palm (hahaha). Calamari was tasty and cooked to perfection lightly dusted with flour with added cherry peppers and grilled lemon. Their wonderful breadbasket has assorted bread sticks, pumpernickel raisin and Italian breads. Katerina was one of Mariah's helpers and she made sure that we had anything we wanted and did it with such a nice smile and way about her. Let's talk main course: My Mother had the 4lb lobster broiled with EVOO and garlic and it was sweet and tender. Beautiful presentation. Mom likes to crack her own although bussers are available to crack at table side! Husband went for the NY Strip with a side of those amazing mushrooms. Honestly, they were so good I was eating them as a side! Strip was cooked to perfection as mid-rare and he was very happy with the beef quality. Daughter (age 20) decided on the Rib eye and she said it was so tender and cooked correct to temp. Her side was a lobster risotto and well there was none left so there is that!! Like I mentioned earlier I had the lamb that is sourced from Colorado and I felt like I was in Breckinridge that's how high the quality of the meat was. My side of asparagus was done aglio y olio and grilled just the way I like it - firm and flavorful! We decided on key lime pie and chocolate cake for dessert. My mom stated she liked this key lime pie BETTER than Joe's I was shocked! Daughter said one of the best chocolate layer cake she had had in a long time! The place started to hop as it got to 7 although it felt like we were eating at a family restaurant because of all the friendly staff and patrons! There is a bar to sit at as well as private dining options. Had the opportunity to meet the GM Peter and he was super down to earth and seemed genuinely interested on my feedback and his employees. 4 of us and the bill was about $800. We were feeling self indulgent yesterday! The food was spectacular - they take Rez on Open Table. 9650 E. Dear Hillstine Management,…read more I'm writing to share my disappointment with our recent visit to Hillstine for a relaxing dinner and a birthday celebration, which unfortunately turned into a very unpleasant experience. From the beginning, we had an issue with the sun shining directly into our faces. We asked if we could either close the blinds or move to another table. The manager on duty, whose name I believe was Hanna, was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. She gave us a hard time about closing the blinds and refused to move us, even though there were clearly empty seats available. To make things worse, most of the blinds were broken. When we tried to escalate the concern, the general manager, Avery Colgan, didn't seem to care about what we had to say. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful--especially disappointing for what was supposed to be a special celebration. I would appreciate it if someone higher up in management could contact me directly to discuss this matter further. I hope you take this feedback seriously so that other customers don't have to go through a similar experience.

Absolutely phenomenal meal from start to finish!…read more Service was great I ordered a Coke Zero and as soon as she opened the can she heard how flat it sounded and took it and brought me a new one right away. We ordered the crispy tuna rice, dynamite shrimp, truffle salmon roll, and beef noodles and every single dish delivered. The crispy tuna rice was perfectly crunchy on the outside with melt-in-your-mouth tuna on top, balanced beautifully with just the right amount of sauce. Easily one of the best bites of the night. The dynamite shrimp were addictive crispy, juicy, and coated in a creamy, spicy-sweet sauce that had just enough kick without overpowering the shrimp. A little hesitant at first being almost $30 but it was worth it! The truffle salmon roll was rich and buttery. The truffle flavor was subtle but elevated the salmon perfectly without being too heavy. Super fresh and beautifully presented. And the beef noodles were comforting and packed with flavor. The noodles were perfectly chewy, the beef was tender, and the sauce tied everything together with a deep, savory richness. On top of the amazing food, the presentation was gorgeous and the atmosphere was warm and stylish perfect for a date night or dinner with friends. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu.

The setting in Bal Harbour is beautiful, very polished but still relaxed. It's definitely the kind of place you go for a nice dinner where you want things to feel a little elevated without being stuffy. Service was solid overall--attentive and professional, though at times it felt a bit rushed, like they were trying to keep the pace moving more than letting you fully enjoy the experience. Food-wise, there's a lot to love. The sushi was fresh and well-executed, and some dishes really stood out with great flavor and presentation. That said, a couple of items felt a bit underwhelming compared to the price point--good, but not quite memorable. Portions also lean on the smaller side, so it can add up quickly. All in all, it's a great spot with a cool vibe and very good food. Not flawless, but definitely worth going--especially if you're in the area and want a stylish dinner with consistently good quality.

We walked through the lobby to the restaurant, which is situated overlooking the Haulover inlet (far enough away from the nude beach so your meal is not ruined, LOL!). There is indoor and outdoor seating; both have great views. You can also sit at the bar. The vibe is upscale nautical. The server was great; friendly and just attentive enough! We opted to sit inside as the humidity level was near 100% and there were storm clouds brewing. If you opt to sit inside, bring a cover up as the AC is working very well here! During our meal, the usual afternoon storm arrived and provided a dramatic show, complete with theatrical lightning! We had the ceviche and watermelon feta salad to start. The ceviche was super fresh and beautifully tart. The watermelon on the salad was at peak ripeness! Next, we had the chipotle rubbed shrimp tacos - two tacos with two giant shrimp nestled inside alongside avocado. I did not partake of the cheeseburger, but Larry needed a nap when we got home, so I think it did it's job. The fries that came with it were excellent. I'm not a fan of flan - I dislike the texture - but the taste and presentation were beautiful. The sorbet was a surprising standout. They were out of blood orange, so I was offered mango or lime instead. I have a mango tree that fruits all summer and I am sick of mango at this point, so I opted for lime. It was unbelievably delicious! Tart, creamy even though it's dairy free, absolutely refreshing! In all, Artisan serves basic food executed very well in a beautiful setting with expert service. Well worth it!

Lovely staff all around attentive, warm, and professional. The ambiance inside was on the quieter side and felt a bit stale, with not many people around, but still pleasant. We chose to sit outside for the much nicer view, which definitely elevated the experience. We decided to try the Miami Spice menu, honestly, that's the main reason we picked this spot and it turned out to be a great deal. From appetizers to dessert, everything was enjoyable. While there wasn't a standout "wow" moment with the food, there were no disappointments either just a solid, satisfying lunch. Outside of the Miami Spice pricing, the regular menu does lean on the higher side, so for us, this special menu made it well worth it. Overall, it was a nice afternoon out with good food, great service, and a beautiful view.

We were traveling with our 7-month-old (his first trip!), and I specifically wanted somewhere close to our hotel but still special. I found Morla while searching "best restaurants in Bal Harbour," read through the reviews and their story, and immediately booked. Full disclosure: my husband is not a big seafood person, so this felt like a bit of a gamble. But he does like Peruvian and Mexican flavors... and somehow, Morla completely won him over. By the end of dinner, he said it's one of his favorite restaurants in the world--and we've eaten at quite a few 2-3 Michelin star spots globally. We booked the first seating, which I'd highly recommend if you're dining with a baby. The space feels trendy but still intimate and warm--not stuffy at all. You can really feel that it's a husband-and-wife-run restaurant. To my surprise, my husband went for the tasting menu (again... with a baby in tow ), and every single course delivered. The seafood and ceviche were incredibly fresh, and the flavors were so thoughtful and unique without being overcomplicated. Portions were perfect too. We left satisfied, not overly stuffed or still hungry (which honestly happens a lot with tasting menus). I don't drink right now since I'm nursing, but I had a few small sips of my husband's wine and even that was excellent. What really stood out, though, was how kind and welcoming they were to our baby. We didn't see other kids there, but we never felt out of place. Sharon and Rúben were so warm -- smiling at him, engaging with him, and making us feel comfortable the entire time. No weird looks when he got a little fussy or when I needed to nurse, which any parent will appreciate. All in all, worth every penny. Thoughtful food, genuine hospitality, and just an all-around memorable experience. Would 100% come back.

The Truffle Wild Mushrooms Polenta was incredibly rich and silky, deeply earthy without feeling heavy. The Pappardelle Tomato was perfectly cooked, vibrant, and comforting in the best way. And the Cabbage "cacio e peppe"? Unexpected, bold, and absolutely addictive. The raw fish dishes were also a highlight, beautifully sliced, ultra-fresh, and paired with bright citrus, herbs, and crunch that elevated the fish without overpowering it. The grilled fish was crisp on the outside, tender inside, and plated with a smooth, flavorful puree that tied everything together effortlessly. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is a whole vibe.
