Wonderful experience. Ordered the tasting menu, as it was my first time. Dishes never stopped. Every dish is better than the previous. Large portions. Some dishes are spicy, and some are not. Everyone rated this place 5 out of 5. Wine made the experience unforgettable. Every dish adds to the taste palette and changes how you enjoy your food. Enjoy.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! It is the best restaurant I have been to in Miami, a true hidden gem. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is a lovely, cozy, chill vibe. It's dimly lit with lots of wood, plants, and ambiance lighting. The music playing was at a really tasteful volume and added to the very chill atmosphere of the restaurant. We truly enjoyed every song that came on. The owners are Ruben and Sharon Morla. The night we went, Ruben was there waiting on the tables. He is so knowledgeable and kind, we had a wonderful experience with him! We are hoping to see Sharon the next time we go back. You can tell that they love their food and their restaurant! The menu offers two tasting menus and then the regular a la cart menu. I love a good tasting menu, and we have been so excited to try this place, so we went with the first option. The first dish brought out was the ceviche tostada. It was nothing short of amazing. After the first bite my boyfriend said - oh, this place is legit. We went through the rest of the menu and everything was absolutely incredible. Chef Ruben has achieved such balance in every dish that is exceedingly hard to find at other restaurants. The array of dishes also left us so satisfied and not over-full. This restaurant deserves to be fully booked, every night of the week. Truly the best restaurant in Miami! I cannot wait to go back!!

Ring the bell, and a door opens. You have now entered magical space created by a wonderful couple Ruben and Morla. Art and setting is top notch! We had an exclusive chef's table service from Ruben. He is from Baja, Tijuana area and Morla is from Peru. Dinner is to share crafted masterpieces of culinary excellence with your guests. We spent over 3 hours enjoying excellent and some specially crafted dishes just for us! Ruben and Morla - thank you a ton for a great experience. I will be back again when in Miami. And hope to see you in San Diego!

    Baja fish tacos. Excellent!

We had an excellent meal here last night. Tapas style, fantastic flavors, everything perfectly prepared and beautifully presentation! The service was very attentive and friendly, knowledgeable about the food and its cultural origins. This is only day three in their new location which is lovely. They know their stuff!

What an amazing restaurant! Great service, great atmosphere, great food, and romantic! The food was fantastic!! So fresh and delicious! Prices are aligned with downtown Miami for sure, but the overall experience makes it so worth! The guacamole w/ octopus was very flavorful--I wish it would have had some more pieces of octopus; The gauc. to octopus ratio was off (for me). 4.5 stars The Branzino Tiradito was refreshing, the acidity level was spot on (I prefer lots of lime on any ceviche like dishes)! The leche de tigre it was in was amazing! 5 stars! The tacos were our least favorite dish. I was alright. Nothing special about it in terms of flavor. The Branzino Griliado was awesome! Such amazing flavors between the fish and the cilantro sauce! The potatoes we great as well! The entire dish just made so much sense and was very memorable! 5 stars If you are able to, Morla is a must-try spot in downtown Miami hands down. Note - they do not have a full bar. They only have a selection of wine and beer, and the wine must be purchased by the bottle. Paid parking lot right across the street.

A couple of friends invited us to try Morla Restaurant which opened downtown Miami about 8 months ago, they had been there a few times and loved it so we went together and ................. OMG what a great discovery, absolutely amazing !!!!! Thank you Skip and Laurie The place is gorgeous inside and outside there is a little patio for outdoor eating, really beautiful Ruben the owner and chef greeted us and cooked for us an incredible dinner with his modern creative dishes, we had Nikkei Salmon Ceviche, Filet Mignon Anticucho, Wood Fire Octopus, Pear Pasta, Branzino Tiradito, Branzino Griliado and Miso Salmon, everything was just incredible, the chef's passion came thru each dish which was an explosion of different flavors that just made each and every dish just perfect I highly recommend it and I will be back very soon @morla_restaurant

What a wonderful find! You wouldn't think it from the outside, but the restaurant is beautifully decorated and such a nice vibe inside. Our server was great, fast and efficient. They do not have a very extensive menu, but everything we tried was fantastic. They don't have a liquor license, and the wine list was pretty small (1 bottle per varietal), but the malbec we tried was great. The food is tapas style, with most of the plates being good for 3 or 4 people to taste. The pear pasta was good, but the passion fruit sauce was a bit too much with the pear flavor. Highly recommend: filet mignon anticucho, octopus, fish tacos

I adored everything about this dining experience. One of my top favorite restaurants in Miami as of today. Ambiance, food, service, all exquisite. The space is gorgeous, classy, cozy. Perfect for our girl date e but would also be perfect for a date date. Service was very well paced. They came just often enough and spaced out each dish nicely. The food though. Don't even get me started on the pear pasta. So delicious. We also shared the mushroom dish and the cheese plate and all were wonderful. They only have a few wines by the glass. We went with Malbec and it was good. We shared three dishes and each had a glass of wine. $60 each with mandatory 18% gratuity. Normally wouldn't spend this much on myself but this was such a treat. Well worth it for the quality of the experience.

Station 28 Bistro is a lowkey restaurant with AMAZING food. Not only is the decor lovely (and super cozy) but the service is great as well. This place did NOT disappoint. I wish I hadn't gone to happy hour before dining here so that I could have had more room in my stomach to try more dishes!!!! The way they do flavors here is soooo good, I feel like each dish was full of so many well-paired flavors. The pear pasta is a MUSTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!! It's so unique and the favors are beautiful. The pasta is a perfect texture and I loved eating each bite. I would definitely order this again a hundred times. The wood fire octopus was also great. The flavors in this dish were amazing. From the pineapples to the mashed potatoes to the perfect texture of the octopus, there is literally nothing bad I can say about this dish. The Branzino tiradito was not my favorite. It was good and I loved the Peruvian corn and the flavors but felt the fish had a bit of a fishy after taste. However it's still a solid dish and beautifully plated too! I WOULD HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. It was so refreshing to dine at a lowkey restaurant with very quality food. The rose sangria is also very good!

Dear Hillstine Management,…read more I'm writing to share my disappointment with our recent visit to Hillstine for a relaxing dinner and a birthday celebration, which unfortunately turned into a very unpleasant experience. From the beginning, we had an issue with the sun shining directly into our faces. We asked if we could either close the blinds or move to another table. The manager on duty, whose name I believe was Hanna, was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. She gave us a hard time about closing the blinds and refused to move us, even though there were clearly empty seats available. To make things worse, most of the blinds were broken. When we tried to escalate the concern, the general manager, Avery Colgan, didn't seem to care about what we had to say. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful--especially disappointing for what was supposed to be a special celebration. I would appreciate it if someone higher up in management could contact me directly to discuss this matter further. I hope you take this feedback seriously so that other customers don't have to go through a similar experience.

Absolutely phenomenal meal from start to finish!…read more Service was great I ordered a Coke Zero and as soon as she opened the can she heard how flat it sounded and took it and brought me a new one right away. We ordered the crispy tuna rice, dynamite shrimp, truffle salmon roll, and beef noodles and every single dish delivered. The crispy tuna rice was perfectly crunchy on the outside with melt-in-your-mouth tuna on top, balanced beautifully with just the right amount of sauce. Easily one of the best bites of the night. The dynamite shrimp were addictive crispy, juicy, and coated in a creamy, spicy-sweet sauce that had just enough kick without overpowering the shrimp. A little hesitant at first being almost $30 but it was worth it! The truffle salmon roll was rich and buttery. The truffle flavor was subtle but elevated the salmon perfectly without being too heavy. Super fresh and beautifully presented. And the beef noodles were comforting and packed with flavor. The noodles were perfectly chewy, the beef was tender, and the sauce tied everything together with a deep, savory richness. On top of the amazing food, the presentation was gorgeous and the atmosphere was warm and stylish perfect for a date night or dinner with friends. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu.

The setting in Bal Harbour is beautiful, very polished but still relaxed. It's definitely the kind of place you go for a nice dinner where you want things to feel a little elevated without being stuffy. Service was solid overall--attentive and professional, though at times it felt a bit rushed, like they were trying to keep the pace moving more than letting you fully enjoy the experience. Food-wise, there's a lot to love. The sushi was fresh and well-executed, and some dishes really stood out with great flavor and presentation. That said, a couple of items felt a bit underwhelming compared to the price point--good, but not quite memorable. Portions also lean on the smaller side, so it can add up quickly. All in all, it's a great spot with a cool vibe and very good food. Not flawless, but definitely worth going--especially if you're in the area and want a stylish dinner with consistently good quality.

We came here for a mid-week Spice lunch and were not disappointed!…read more The Ritz feels like a beautiful cruise ship! We walked through the lobby to the restaurant, which is situated overlooking the Haulover inlet (far enough away from the nude beach so your meal is not ruined, LOL!). There is indoor and outdoor seating; both have great views. You can also sit at the bar. The vibe is upscale nautical. The server was great; friendly and just attentive enough! We opted to sit inside as the humidity level was near 100% and there were storm clouds brewing. If you opt to sit inside, bring a cover up as the AC is working very well here! During our meal, the usual afternoon storm arrived and provided a dramatic show, complete with theatrical lightning! We had the ceviche and watermelon feta salad to start. The ceviche was super fresh and beautifully tart. The watermelon on the salad was at peak ripeness! Next, we had the chipotle rubbed shrimp tacos - two tacos with two giant shrimp nestled inside alongside avocado. I did not partake of the cheeseburger, but Larry needed a nap when we got home, so I think it did it's job. The fries that came with it were excellent. I'm not a fan of flan - I dislike the texture - but the taste and presentation were beautiful. The sorbet was a surprising standout. They were out of blood orange, so I was offered mango or lime instead. I have a mango tree that fruits all summer and I am sick of mango at this point, so I opted for lime. It was unbelievably delicious! Tart, creamy even though it's dairy free, absolutely refreshing! In all, Artisan serves basic food executed very well in a beautiful setting with expert service. Lovely staff all around attentive, warm, and professional. The ambiance inside was on the quieter side and felt a bit stale, with not many people around, but still pleasant. We chose to sit outside for the much nicer view, which definitely elevated the experience. We decided to try the Miami Spice menu, honestly, that's the main reason we picked this spot and it turned out to be a great deal. From appetizers to dessert, everything was enjoyable. While there wasn't a standout "wow" moment with the food, there were no disappointments either just a solid, satisfying lunch. Outside of the Miami Spice pricing, the regular menu does lean on the higher side, so for us, this special menu made it well worth it. Overall, it was a nice afternoon out with good food, great service, and a beautiful view.

The Truffle Wild Mushrooms Polenta was incredibly rich and silky, deeply earthy without feeling heavy. The Pappardelle Tomato was perfectly cooked, vibrant, and comforting in the best way. And the Cabbage "cacio e peppe"? Unexpected, bold, and absolutely addictive. The raw fish dishes were also a highlight, beautifully sliced, ultra-fresh, and paired with bright citrus, herbs, and crunch that elevated the fish without overpowering it.
