Stopped by to check them out and were very happy with our stop! My husband ordered chicken tacos and I ordered the 3 Amigos. The tacos are cooked to absolute perfection, they're probably the most tender tacos we've ever had. Chips & salsa were also great!! Service is excellent, food comes out quick, and food is delicious and fresh. We came on a Tuesday, and they celebrate Taco Tuesdays by adding one extra taco to your order of tacos! Woohoo! I couldn't help myself, the photo only has two of my four tacos. They were too good to stop for pictures lol.

Crispy Chicken Flautas, Ribeye Tacos and Fish tacos .. ALL DELICIOUS!! Highly recommended this location.

Although it wasn't a Tuesday I was craving Mexican food; it is one of those dishes that always hits…read morethe spot..heck burrito size not just tacos. I'd been working late during the pre Christmas rush and was starving. This location being on the way home, I stopped by. For one, I get it that it was close to closing time, but I didn't get "that chant" (Ok, "Welcome to Moe's" ) Whether the urban legend of the free meal if they don't say this is true, I guess J won't know. All the burrito names are different from those creative ones back in the early aughts, and mine was fully loaded with chicken and well flavored (hence not going lower than 3 stars) I really did like that their pico is nicely tart and the tortilla soft. I came in around 830 and closing time was listed at 9. I had to get my order to go and eat it in my car. Burritos are generally messy, and I wasn't offered utensils so I ended up having to eat with my hands as I wasn't even offered utensils. They were out of tortilla chips and though I asked for a soda cup, most of the ones in the machine were already out. I was essentially charged for a water cup. Thus its place is in "Placeholders" and "Issa K"..

I've been seeing the coming soon sign at the Moe's on Biscayne in North Miami for at least a year…read moreor two now and was so happy to see that the location is now opened! We went to Moe's on a weeknight for dinner and were greeted warmly and placed our orders at the counter with a minimal wait. All entrees were mostly under $10 each, with a couple being less than $15. All include a side of chips. I ordered the Stack, on the higher end of the price range and the portion size was huge! I could only eat half of it and took the rest home. You personalize your dish accordingly with add ins such as veggies, rice, etc., so add as much or little as you like, it's all the same price. They have a very efficient line operation so it moves the line of customers pretty quick, but not making you feel rushed either. You can also add queso at the end, prices start around $2 or so for a small size. You have to get the queso though, it's a must! We look forward to coming back regularly, both service and food is great, and you can't beat the price!

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for us this morning…read more Last evening, we decided to give our business to a small business owner's restaurant for today and picked The Chef. We wanted something casual and quiet. The menu looked good with various selections to choose from. We have never been there before. First thing this morning, we googled the time it would be open. It said 11:00 am. We got there about 12:10pm. The place was locked, and nobody was inside. No signs were posted. We waited a little while, but we were hungry. Another couple drove up and tried to open the door but saw that they were closed and drove away. We decided to go next door to TFTS and eat there. Another couple came, and the man was irritated that The Chef wasn't open. They ordered at TFTS. When we were done eating, about 45 minutes later, we went next door again to check, but The Chef's place was dark and closed. So, that is that. I'm not sure we will be back.

This time around it was a little weird…read more So it was late and we know this spot is open and have had decent food when we've slid through. But this time things were off. I asked the homie if we could have crispy tacos and he said he can only make the chicken tacos crispy and not the beef ones. Which i thought was a bit weird but I was like whatever, we're hungry lol. I ordered the crispy chicken and the beef tacos and waited for our food. We took it home cuz it was late and we didn't want to sit and eat there. Once we got home we opened up the bag and it was crispy chicken tacos, but they were chicken tenders like inside a tortilla. Which was weird, and it didn't have any sour cream, which was also weird because the taco pic had sour cream in it. Anyway, i went and was excited for my beef tacos and my gf said, why does it look like it's one piece of meat? I thought maybe it's steak, like one big piece like the chicken. It was a burger patty in between a tortilla. Now i don't have anything against fusion but this definitely makes want the pic they had lol. That's just some weird combos, the menu didn't really have good descriptions of what was being served and it definitely didn't say half a burger patty in a tortilla lmao. The food was ok, it would have been better if we had been drinking and smoking maybe? But we don't do that, we were just hungry. I wish I could give yall a better rating tbh i know this place has been there for a hot minute and I remember when they had just took over with the name change. But you can't serve burger patty or chicken tender tacos. That ain't right lol

WOW! Paquito's Mexican Restaurant in North Miami Beach is AWESOME. A couple of friends had sung…read moreit's praises and we decided to go and have dinner there last night. I wish I would have found out about them sooner because it's the freshest, yummiest Mexican food I have ever had in Miami. In the corner of an unassuming little strip on the south east side of Biscayne Blvd and 163rd Street you would likely miss it if you didnt know it was there. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and sat at our table by a attentive, super nice waitress. The restaurant was cozy, not too big not too small and quiet enough to chat comfortably. No long waits for drinks or food either. And the food... OMG so fresh and flavorful. I swear if I snuck into the kitchen I'd find a mom or grandma cooking the meals! My pals Juan and Jorge who'd been there plenty of times before were right when they said the food was great. We each got something different but everyone raved about their meals. We had the best guacamole with chicharones (pork belly not the dry bagged kind) was a very pleasant and tasty surprise. My friend Soni had a Taco Salad (see pic) I had the Burrito. The entrees were all made with the freshest ingredients and portions were plentiful. No one left hungry. LOL Full or not our table of five shared a Churro with Vanilla Ice Cream and Dulce de Leche, and a Fried Ice Cream. The prices were very reasonable for the amount and high quality of the food. I drove from Key Biscayne and would gladly do so again. If you're ever in the area do you and your tummy a favor and check out Paquito's. You won't be disappointed.

Very professional gentlemen with a great sound. I'm not sure if that little girl is part of their group and is always there but she CANNOT sing. If she is part of their group, they should fire her. Aside from the borderline screaming this girl was doing into my party's ear, she does not have manners. She grabbed my arm and pulled me while I was eating because she said she "wanted to dance" but I was trying to eat and ended up spilling my food on myself. She had an attitude if you don't cheer for her or applaud her. She came back after she finished singing and asked us for a tip when the actual mariachi band did not. SO SO SO RUDE!!! Absolutely never coming back. And neither is anyone in my family/party. Such a shame, the band sounded great without her. And the food was decent. Wish I had tried the dessert but I wanted to get far away from that child and her father who was videotaping us the entire time!! Do not come here unless you want to be harassed!!

Taquiza is nothing short of spectacular when it comes to their authentic blue corn tortillas. Coming from a hospitality family, Tyrese who was on his first day of training made sure our table and every guest interaction with tables around were satisfied and full. Asking about recommendations, he was able to explain the flavor palates provided with tacos and drinks. Though $5 a piece for tacos, seems a little steep this is like a reasonable Miami price considering others are about $8 for one in other places. We tried the crispy fish, al pastor, carnitas and Arrecha tacos. They were spectacular, and the guacamole with totopos thick crispy but fluffy blue corn chips. We even ordered a dozen blue corn tortillas to take home for $9. I think this is amazing price considering their authenticity. We even had their horchata and I loved it bringing me back to my childhood days. Give Taquiza a try, though some reviews here are not 5 star satisfied, I promise you won't be disappointed trying this place out at least one it twice whether you're a tourist or a regular. They are also pet friendly! A big win for the Beach community!

We sat outside and it was a beautiful day, which definitely made the experience better. That said, it's not beachfront, and there's construction going on right where the outdoor seating faces. Finding the restaurant was honestly a bit of a mission because we had to go around all of that. We did get seated right away, which was great. From what I could tell, there was only one server handling everything, so she was clearly busy and service was a bit slow. Food wise, it was really good. The carne asada tacos were flavorful and well done, and the guac stood out too. Their chips are house made and thicker than usual, which is different but still good. Overall, I'd come back. Good food, nice vibe, just be prepared for a slower service depending on how busy it is.
