Miami's Best-kept secret for Mexican food! The host and server were kind and attentive. It had a very relaxing vibe where you could have a conversation without hearing the party next to you. The best part was the food and drinks though! We tried the margaritas, octopus, salmon, skirt steak, and esquites (jumbo corn) which were all delicious! The kids also loved the blue corn tortillas. I personally would head on over here instead of the Cheesecake Factory across the street nine times out of ten. A real authentic experience! read more

So so good! I met my friend at Aventura mall for lunch and we decided to try Jacinta. The restaurant is located right near the parking garage across from the Cheesecake Factory. We walked up and were seated right away. The restaurant has a huge outdoor seating area as well as an ample indoor seating including tables and booths. It was very empty but it was also about 2:30pm, in between lunch and dinner. The waitstaff was extremely attentive offering water and drinks right away along with fresh chips and two types of salsa. The chips were hot and fresh, so crunchy and delicious. Salt was provided on the side. Both salsas were flavorful and the green one was a little spicy. I ordered a spicy mango margarita which knocked my socks off- nice spice and generous alcohol. On to the food...we ordered the guacamole and esquites for appetizers. The guacamole was delicious. Unfortunately we sent back the corn because it was bland and lacking flavor. The kitchen remade it for us and the second serving was more flavorful, although I would not order it again. Finally we shared the mole enchiladas. It was a portion of three which was perfect for sharing, especially after the appetizers and chips. The mole was mild with good flavor but did not have the kick I am used to. Despite this I really enjoyed it. We didn't have room for dessert and I forgot to take pictures because we were so hungry. I would definitely go back to Jacinta again next time I'm in the area. read more

Fantastic fantastic place. I eat here a couple of times a month. My favorite Mexican in all South Florida. The crab enchiladas on the Miami Spice menu are incredible! read more

The food!!! Wow. Beginning with the chips and their green and red salsas! On top of that, we had the guac and their queso. Delicious both. Their regular reposado margarita was delightful and main course was incredible. There were many, but the favorite was the churrasco steak. It was perfectly seasoned. Delicious fries, their fish, shrimp and brisket tacos were also very good. We didn't have dessert but we left with happy bellies. Definitely a great find! Elevated atmosphere, with comfortable chairs. Very clean and not the usual noisy establishment. Our server was knowledgeable and consistently checking our food as it came out, and attentive. read more

been seeing and passing this for weeks now and decide to try this quiet Miami Summer. Walking in it's was y on the eyes very modern casual. The margaritas were great not to sweet not too icey. They offer complimentary home made tortilla chips butter flakey with salsa and raw sea salt, amazing. We had the panko shrimp tacos generous portion, chicken flautas the three were large, and last brisket enchiladas that our guy could not finish but was delicious. This is hands down best Mexican restaurant in Miami. The outdoor and indoor vibe is stunning, Beautiful, and cozy. This is part of same owners of Koko in the Grove, Bakan in Wynwood plus 2 locations in Madrid and Palma de Mallorca. No wonder they are the best they know their clientele and Mexican cuisine! Jacinta please save a table for us! read more

Randomly discovered Jacinta and was so pleased because it quickly turned into my New favorite Mexican restaurant in Aventura. The fresh tortillas, salsa and chorizo queso are outstanding/delicious. I also have tried the skirt steak and colossal shrimp tacos (yum) The service, food and ambiance really make your experience at Jacinta top notch. read more

Delicious flavors! We tried the tacos for lunch. I had the Chilean seabass tacos, which were delicious with pickled coleslaw, generous portions of fish for a taco. My mom ordered the duck tacos, which were also flavorful with dates, toasted almonds, and goat cheese. Churros were decadently rich, with chocolate inside, coated with sugar and accompanied by ice cream and a coffee syrup. Lovely and spacious outdoor seating area, friendly service. Great new addition to the mall dining options! read more

Located just outside the mall, we were happy we stopped here to watch the FIFA watch party on the patio and eat some delicious food. Right from the start, the service was amazing. We were nicely greeted and service was on point throughout the night. They had a large screen set up outside on the patio with sound as well as the game on in the dining area. The margaritas were all delicious and fairly large but one horchata had a slightly bitter taste. The server pleasantly swapped out the horchata for a new one and apologized for the mix up. The food itself was also great but the stand out was the blue fin tuna ceviche which was one of the best we have had. Absolutely get this if you go there. You will not be disappointed. The enchiladas had mixed reviews with the verde was a little dry. The suizas enchiladas were very tender and had a nice balance to it. The skirt steak had a great outside sear and was cooked perfectly to medium This is a great restaurant to check out if you're nearby and even better if you're there for a good watch party. Enjoy! read more

A beautiful looking restaurant that matches the classy ambiance with excellent dish presentation! Portions are reasonable & packed with flavor. Prices are also reasonable. Service was good excellent. Servers were super attentive & helpful. Food came out fresh & fast! They have a lot to offer, even though the menu isn't overwhelming. The desserts were ok - but fell a little flat compared to the appetizers & entrees. I would suggest using the calories & your money on sharing an extra entree instead of buying dessert here. We tried 3 different enchiladas - and they were phenomenal. The rojas being a standout favorite despite appearing the most basic on the menu. This place isn't afraid of flavor. Dishes like the mole or the gusanos de maguey pack a flavor different than other items on the menu that can expand your palate for Mexican food if you aren't super familiar. The chapulines (grasshopper) appetizer sounds super adventurous - but the taste is pretty standard. Good, but something that could be achieved with anything crispy & salty. The gusanos sound even more adventurous. But be wary of the market price. If you are a foodie, I suggest you pony up the cash bc the flavor was different. It won't change your life or stick with you - but it's good to have in your tastes rolodex. A great find for us - especially at a mall. Will be revisiting any time we're in Aventura. read more

This place feels like elevated Mexican cuisine. The presentation was beautiful and everything looked very appetizing. For my taste, the tortillas were a bit oily and lacked flavor, and although the tacos looked great, the taste did not fully meet my expectations. Portions were reasonable and not oversized. The sauces were the highlight for me, very fresh and nicely balanced. read more

Aventura - 3.5* - First time to this elevated Mexican restaurant located at the mall across from Cheesecake Factory. Beautiful expansive interior, and patio; excellent service. Complimentary tasty chips and sauces brought to table. Very good menu options. Delicious cocktails, chilean sea bass tacos were a hit - truly a beautiful piece of fish but accompanied with a meager portion of black beans and rice that we felt needed seasoning; and the duck confit enmoladas were good but we also felt the mole' sauce needed more flavor. Overall, a nice experience. read more

Went here on Saturday night every table outside was taken and a few inside. The quality is very good the tortillas and chips are homemade. The service was decent definitely could be a little better. Ordered guacamole that was served right away but queso fundido took a lot longer and was very very oily from the cheese. I ordered cauliflower tacos. Would be nice if there were a few more things added to tacos. I like they have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. The restaurant is very nice and a great location in the mall. I wish they also had sides on the menu to add to entrees. read more

We ate bugs, enchiladas, and yummy desserts! Everything was AMAZING!! Honestly, if you hadn't told me they were bugs/worms I wouldn't have known. They were crunchy and took on the flavor of the other ingredients. If you're looking for major flavor from the insects you won't get it (which is a nice transition into experimental cuisine). But the green enchiladas were a MAJOR hit!! The others were less favored but still yummy. And the churros were perfect!! Excellent service, beautiful setting/ambiance, and delicious food! I don't think I expected it to be so nice!! Definitely a place to have a nice meal with the family or on date night. read more

Beautiful setting. Authentic, personable service throughout our visit. Delicious guacamole. Shared the whole fish, the portion was small, but well-prepared, the server said size varies depending on the catch, but the price is the same. They should consider charging by weight instead. Lovely restaurant to add to my rotation. read more

Food was excellent! It's tough to find such a good Mexican restaurant here near Miami, but luckily this place delivers. We had the green enchilada called Suiza and it was phenomenal. The ambience and décor are beautiful, and I can't forget to mention the staff -- they were amazing from the moment we walked in to the moment our food was served. We had a great experience at Jacinta De Mexico. The restaurant has a great outdoor seating section and nice vibe inside. Our server was attentive and offered great suggestions. I appreciate the vegetarian and vegan options they offer - and they are delicious! We started our meal with the sopes de jobita - perfect two people to share. For our entrees we ordered the cauliflower pistachio mole and cauliflower al pastor tacos. The "mole" was a green spicy sauce over a large cauliflower stake and the tacos - three tacos... Finally, an amazing Mexican spot in Aventura! The service is great, there's plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, and it's very family-friendly. Best of all, the food is top-notch--fresh, flavorful, and not greasy or heavy. You leave satisfied, not with a stomach ache. Highly recommend. Finally authentic Mexican in the area! We went last weekend after finding out they just opened and are from the Bakan ownership. We have been to Bakan in Wynwood many times and CoCo by Bakan. Absolutely incredible they opened up here and it didn't disappoint. Similar menu as Bakan but some items were different. We will be back this week and often. This is a New Mexican Restaurant that just opened in the Aventura Mall, weather you are seating inside or outside the atmosphere of the restaurant is great. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, our waiter was there helping us in our selection. Great service!! The food you have to be very careful can be very very spicy. The serve is really mediocre. You have to ask for everything that doesn't even introduce you to say they salsa and they don't give your chips. You have to ask for chips. How can we eat salsa de spice you have to be careful it's extremely spicy so far. I don't know if I can come back because it's not that three dollars. This place is absolutely PHENOMENAL! From the ambiance, to the staff, to the food and craft cocktails, everything was a perfect 10/10!! Upon arriving we were greeted by the loveliest hosts, who led us to our beautiful table. Very shortly after being seated, we were greeted by the manager who was so friendly and knowledgeable. With her guidance we all picked out a cocktail (all made with fresh squeezed fruit juices!), and all were delicious. Everything we ordered was so fresh & insanely delicious!!
