They have a few regular sandwiches that they make fresh (i.e. not premade), as well as a "build your own" option on the menu. My go to is their Italian sub on a crispy baguette. It comes stuffed with ham, prosciutto, and salami as well as a slice of cheese. You do get to customize the green stuff, which for me is fresh lettuce, tomatoes, red peppers, and their little cornichons (baby pickles). They also offer some yogurt parfait and chia seeds yogurt along with salads that are already made to grab for quick convenience. Where the hot food is has breakfast options along with some meals which they change that vary in fried fish, meatballs, grilled chicken, etc. I've had the pleasure of having a large range of their breakfast from the bagels with eggs and turkey to lox bagels and avocado toast.
