Love it is my favorite when I visit Miami. I'll come everyday if possible. Steak sub is delicious hamburger is also really good.

It's not quite the same anymore. It's good, but used to be great. The service is still the same, friendly and always warm. The last time I ordered was 2024, and I got a chicken sub. It was really good, but I still preferred the steak bomb. Now... 2025... I ordered a steak bomb with all the trimmings and it was simply okay. I did notice that they switched their lettuce from iceberg to romaine which is really good. The quality of meat seems to have gone down. I'd still give them another try but I can't say I'm a fanatic for super subs anymore. Next time, I'll try the chicken again :) read more

I ordered a chicken Philly. It was so good, it was made right in front of me so I was able to see everything. The staff were very pleasant and I would definitely come here again if I'm in the area. Sad to see their front door was run into, so hopefully they get a more permanent fix soon! Other than that, delish! read more

This was my first time here and the owners are super sweet. I ordered 2 philly cheese steaks, mango juice, and a mix of fruit punch/Pina colada. The bread for the sandwiches was very fresh and the ingredients on the subs were as well, the steak was seasoned but very tough and we wound up taking off the steak and eating the bread with the veggies. I will definitely return to try something else and because the owners were so sweet I will return. They even offered to help me to my car. read more

I do not understand why anyone would recommend this place. They use sub-premium ingredients and not much of it, they seemed surprised I wanted it toasted, it was not inexpensive. Publix sells a much, much better sandwich. read more

First time trying this place after living in the area for 10+ years. I'm upset I didn't find it before! Steak and cheese sub was so good.

I kept seeing great reviews for this place, so I decided to stop in one day since it's so close to my house. I did not find that the quality of the subs was any better than other sub shops. If anything, I prefer getting a better quality sliced meat at Publix. I did enjoy their bread more, but that's about it. The place is small, so it's only to grab subs to go, and expect to wait. I was the only person in there and I ordered two subs and it still took me about 15-20 minutes from start to finish. I ordered a cheeseburger sub and a turkey sub, so I know they had to cook the meat, but the hamburger patty was super thin, so it really should not have taken as long as it did....I guess it made sense after I ate it though and my hamburger was WAY overcooked and super dry. I also left smelling like the shop, and it was not good. I don't know if it was a mixture of meat and toppings or what, but that smell stayed in my clothes and my hair. I had to take a shower when I finished eating just to get the smell off me. As an FYI- they're cash only with no ATM nearby. This is really close to my house, but I probably won't come back. Between publix, chain sub shops, and then a few mom & pop sub places in the area- this won't be my first choice. read more

I travel from Miami Beach to go eat at this place. For under $7 bucks I get the best grilled chicken sandwich ever. Just thinking about this gets my mouth watery. I am always the only whitey to be there, but I could care less. This place is amazing. For under $4 bucks you can get the cold cuts sub, but really this is what you have to get. Chicken Sub with onions and honey mustard sauce on the meat. Then- all the trimmings, event the hot stuff. Just say out everything. I could eat this everyday. Just writing this review makes me want to go over there. I think the owners are salvadorian, but Im not sure. They arent the friendliest, but they are quick and efficient. I will start by saying I am a sandwich connoisseur . I LOVE sandwiches and I am officially cheating on firehouse subs , subway , publix deli , jersey mikes , Quiznos , and all the other places I love . This is a gem that is probably often overlooked . Do yourself a favor and GO ! Trying to stay away from red meat so asked if instead of a hot ham and cheese I could get hot turkey and cheese . Glad they are so accommodating. Got white cheese and "all the trimmings" . Added on jalapeño. Got salt n pepper , oregano and oil & vinegar . It was soooo full . They don't even bother trying to close it and ruin all their magical work . Just roll it up and wrap it and out the door ! It was soooo amazing ! The two older guys working there are so great ! It's across from a high school and it was a group of about 7 boys there that were loud and all over the place . Once he got them their orders and they left he apologized on their behalf saying "boys will be boys" lol it was classic . If you love sandwiches like I do then you MUST stop by . No seating . All to go but it's so freaking worth it . And if it's two of you eating I suggest sharing one sandwich . It's SOOOOO big . Thank me later lol . Stopped in a few months ago, nobody else there. Friendly guy behind register takes my order--basic cheesesteak sub--he smiled and nodded, then threw about 4 lbs of bacon on the grill. I waited for about 4-5 minutes and didn't see any sub action happening, air thick with bacon smoke....since I hadn't paid yet, I just left. My boys, 7 and 9, were like, maybe you shouldn't have asked for all that bacon. My sub didn't have any bacon! I said, and we busted out laughing. One star for the memory bc we still laugh about that weird bacon sub shop every once in a while. read more

I started coming in High School back when they first opened. I'm 47 now. I cant forget the food but more importantly, the owner. I hadn't been there for years after moving away when school was over but one day, 20 YEARS after I had moved, my son and I were down there in NM showing him my old stops, and Ill be dammed, it was still open!!! So, we went inside to eat. Walked in, and THERE IS THE SAME OWNER FROM MY CHILDHOOD!!! Not only that but, he actually remembered my order, VERBATIM, after over 20 years of me being away!!! So me and the kid had lunch, on the hood, like the old days. I tell you in all honesty, it was a defining moment in my life. A "FLASHBACK" in sights, sound, taste but emotionally too. Hands down my favorite sub place. Love the cheeseburger subs, takes me back to middle school and high school.

IMO, this is the best sub shop in Dade county. The prices are excellent, food quality is second to none and the customer service is fairytale like. I've yet to have a bad tasting sub from this place, from the Cheese steak to the Chicken breast, everything is top notch.
