    Banana pancakes and potatoes

The server was good but the food was horrible. I ordered an egg white omelet well done and it came out twice really runny. The pancakes were half cooked and the potatoes were not cooked thoroughly. It is to bad because I came to this restaurant last year and it was awesome. The quality of the food has definitely gone down and you would have thought the manager would have come over but nope! All she did was just site across the room and just look at me! I will not be returning

Service was slow (they forgot about me) waited at least 20 mins b4 I even was asked for drinks. I had to ask for service. Unfortunately the food that usually is great was underwhelming this time. I'd give it another try maybe it was an off day.

Great food, ambiance, and service. Loved the easy online waitlist check in. The seasonal pumpkin spice pancakes and side of bacon were especially good. Great pre game fuel!

The avocado toast was bad. The toast was soggy. The avocado was over ripe. The tomato had better days.

Tried this on President's Day for brunch and I have mixed feelings about the experience. We went into the restaurant - which if you haven't been here since it was Luigi's it looks totally different now - and we waited at the host stand for a solid 15-20 minutes before someone was able to help. Their systems were down and thus they were only able to accept cash or the QR code thing to pay. After finally getting seated the BEST waitress helped us. She was seriously so much fun and had the best sense of humor when talking to our table. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed (yummy!). I also ordered the senior plate - bacon (perfectly crispy), egg (2/10) and blueberry pancakes (one of the three was severely undercooked so I didn't eat it, but the other two were perfect and delicious!). Overall this was a great experience. If the scene when getting to the host stand is different in the future and their systems are up this will be a solid five stars. Three stars for this visit. I'll be back, though!

Who comes to this place and doesn't order the pancakes, this guy. I had the smothered breakfast burrito, and it was excellent. The verde chile sauce was tasty, I'm sucker for good breakfast burrito. Dylan waited on me and he was awesome, gave me the waiter's thumbs up for my order. He wasn't wrong the breakfast burrito was perfect. He was quick with water refills. It's great spot for breakfast, walking distance from the hotels. ***Flight Attendant approved***

Disappointing Experience @ The Original Pancake House in Spokane, WA. While we finally had the opportunity to find out that the food was delicious, the disappointment of watching other patrons, who came in after us, get served their meals, finish eating, and receive their checks before we even got our food, was beyond frustrating. Not just one party was served before us, three separate tables were. Mind you, we were a party of two and had a simple order, as seen in pictures. We did get our coffee refilled by an employee designated to do so, but our waiter did not check in on us or our order for an extended amount of time. By the time he did come around, our food was just coming out, a wait of about an hour and a half. We don't mind waiting whatsoever, if it is understandable, but in this instance, we were skipped over and sadly forgotten about. We will not be returning due to this discrepancy. One and done.

This place was good. Nothing special Or out of the ordinary, just good food with reasonable prices. Good portions and staff was great. Was busying at Gonzaga and stopped here before our flights home. Kept me full so I didn't have spend outrageous money on airport food. Absolutely will go back!

Food: ordered the vegi omelette with fruit and English muffin... excellent. Service was top notch Inside was awesome with a lot of things to check out. Has a vibe of a lot of history with the older style building... super nice inside

While 9am on a Saturday is the start of a busy period, it's hard to imagine worse food or service!

The inside as shown in my picture is very charming and old timey. Allow time to wait for a table unless you are just one or two like I was and able to grab a seat at the bar. I was able to sit immediately. The staff is very amiable and the hostess made the recommendation that I try the Caprese Benedict, which had fried tomatoes in place of bread, fresh basil and blood orange balsamic drizzle. They offer the option of one or two Benedict, which is nice if you aren't super hungry. They also give the option to smother the hashbrowns and cheese, which I obviously opted into. The menu is absolutely massive though, so if Benedict's or even breakfast aren't your jam, you should be able to find something that suits your fancy. Also worth noting that they offer a very wide variety of gourmet flavors of house-made juices (7 or 8) for mimosas, like honeydew melon mint which I tried as a soda with soda water since I was driving.

They were extremely pleasant over the phone and my kids ordered on many days and they were even more helpful when speaking with my kids. The food was some of the best hotel breakfast we've had and we've been to many hotels. Very surprised it's in Spokane. The potato wedges were so moist and flavorful ketchup ruined them. The eggs Benedict were so addictive we ordered those daily. The lox was made from smoked salmon which made it safe for everyone. Side of fruit was ultra fresh. Food is simple but delicious.

There is a $25 breakfast buffet that is QUALITY and well worth the price for an adult. That is what my husband got, it has scrambled eggs with cheese, juicy sausages, crispy bacon, fruit and a variety of drinks. I opted for their signature riverwalk omlelet and tge sauce was incredible. It was $18 and portion sizes made it make sense. Side note the jam for the toast was also amazing. Our waitress Krystal was super attentive and even had a fresh side of potatoes made for me instead of just grabbing from the buffet. There is also seating right outside the restaurant in the hallway of the hotel for if you bring your dog. All in all id say its a good bfast spot even if you aren't staying at the hotel

Started off with a Perfect Peach & Huckleberry Lemonade Mimosas that were divine! Everything on the menu sounded amazing so we ultimately decided on the chicken and biscuit with country gravy, the Honey Gochujang chicken sandwich with fries and the verde Hash with eggs on the side. The chicken and biscuit was a winner but be prepared for the food coma afterwards- worth every bite! Their fried chicken is perfectly seasoned and moist. I'm glad we shared the chicken sandwich because it would have been too much , too sweet, on its own. I was Expecting to get more heat but it was mostly sweet- could have used more of a tangy slaw and house dill pickles for texture and acidity. The title with Honey in it should have tipped me off. The Verde Hash was the best hash I've ever had and a generous portion. The use of roasted poblano peppers, red peppers, carnitas and potatoes was taken to next level with the feta cheese on top! Great flavor profile and big enough portion to share. I can't forget to mention the delightful server who patiently gave suggestions and went out of her way to make our first Bruncheonette Experience memorable. Tip- put extra time on your parking meter because you're going to need to take a walk after your meal.

Shared the Verde Hash and Vegetarian Breakfast Burrito (which we had as a bowl to make it gluten free). The hash was amazing, had such good flavors, and a generous portion of meat and the potato medley. The burrito flavors were pretty good, but wish it came with more tots since we didn't have the tortilla to go with it. It was definitely enough (maybe a little too much) for two people to share. Would absolutely have wanted to try more items! The host and waitress were both super friendly and our waitress was the perfect amount of checking in (at the right times), asking correct questions, and noticing our needs. She was so excellent!!
