Love visiting this restaurant. Always a favorite with my parents and grandkids. Great atmosphere so relaxing. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is great with ample portions. The fresh hot bread is always a treat. But everyone looks forward to the ice cream finale. They even have vanilla for those who don't care for spumoni. We've had exceptional servers here this week!

My friends and I went here for dinner last night after a long day of competition at the convention center. We made a reservation expecting it to be busy but it ended up being fairly quiet. We were seated immediately and had time to look over the menu and order food and drinks. I got the chicken fettuccine alfredo and the strawberry mocktail (I can't remember the name now). The mocktail was alright but it had a pretty strong flavor that blocked out a lot of the strawberry taste. The alfredo sauce was good but the chicken and mushrooms were incredibly salty. The broccoli was bit undercooked as well. I had to eat the chicken and mushrooms separately from the pasta because they were so salty I couldn't taste anything else. The ice cream we got at the end was the same as always and didn't really have anything notable about it. Our server was nice and attentive. The table was clean as was the rest of the dining room. We parked in our hotel parking garage and walked about 7 minutes to the restaurant because we knew there wouldn't be any free parking around downtown. It was a cold walk and didn't feel entirely safe since it was nighttime and there were some people milling about shouting. Overall this was a fine experience. I'll remember it for the laughs I shared with my friends, not the food.

9.2.25: First time at this location for my friend's birthday dinner and since we live in North Idaho, it was any an hour ish drive. We were starving and hoped the wait was worth it. I used Google's online reservation system, which was really simple and easy. When we walked in the door, we were greeted and told the hostess we were in 15 minutes early. She was able to sit us right away. It wasn't too busy at first but picked up by the time we left. Ambience was quiet and lightning was on the dim side. It made for a relaxing environment and we even got sat at a booth with a window. Our server, Scott, right away said he would be right back. After a few minutes of scanning the menu, Scott returned to take it drink order and thanked us for our patience. Since cotton candy is my fav, I couldn't resist not ordering the Cotton Candy Limeade. It arrived with cotton candy on a stick, which I wasn't expecting and loved it! The limeade itself was really delicious and not too sour. My friend ordered a vanilla Italian Soda and liked it so much he ordered a 2nd one, which was perfect because now we both have souvenir glasses. Scott was awesome enough to give us two fresh clean glasses to take home. So with Spaghetti Factory's 3-course setup, I went with the garden salad with thousand island as my appetizer, traditional spaghetti with manager's choice of two sauces: Mizithra Cheese & Browned Butter and traditional Marinara Sauce, as my entree, and traditional spumoni for dessert. My friend ordered the lasagna and a side of 2 meatballs (he was quick and I only got a pic of 1 meatball lol). As for an appetizer, we went with the Sicilian garlic cheese bread. My salad was good but nothing out of the ordinary. The garlic cheese bread was phenomenally awesome. It was soft, hot, and cheesy--the marinara dip was nice and rich and complimented it very well. My spaghetti arrived picturesque-like and they did a great job keeping my 2 sauces separate. The noodles were perfectly tender--al dente to a T. The Mizithra Cheese and Browned Butter sauce is so flavorful. Although not really saucy, it's my first choice if I'm not feeling saucey. The melding of flavors explodes your mouth with tasty goodness. It almost reminds me of a dry white Alfredo. Let's not forget about the marinara sauce with its rich robust tomato flavor blended with just the right amount of spices. I thoroughly enjoyed my spaghetti plate and ate it all. Boo for no leftovers lol. My friend said hands down it was the best lasagna he's had in years. Because everything we ate was so flavorful, he said the meatballs were great but pretty ordinary. The spumoni scoop of ice cream for dessert hit the spot. I love pistachio and it had a good pistachio taste and enjoyed the 3 distinct flavors versus all 3 flavors just blending into weirdness. Scott was a friendly server, checked on us at all the right times, and overall added a nice vibe to our dinner. We left so full I think I waddled outta there haha. We'll definitely be back!

It was a really busy night, but we were seated relatively fast. Service was prompt and our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sitting in the train car was really fun, especially for our daughter. The only cons are finding parking. I also think there are more authentic spots for Italian, but it was a good family friendly choice.

An old classic. The mizithra is a must have. Trust me. The clam sauce or also great. Every time I'm in town visiting family we come here. It's incredibly family friendly, large group friendly, and wallet friendly.

Amazing spaghetti amazing service with a smile and delightful food. The inside of the restaurant was amazing.

Shining spotlight for me was the cotton candy soda drink. Never quite saw something like it. It was good too! I tried the lobster ravioli with the Cesar salad and scoop of spumoni ice cream. I wish the ravioli was more lobster / seafood flavor, and keep in mind the price point to the smaller entrees and sides. Cesar was probably my favorite thing and the spumoni ice cream was okay. They forgot the bread which is sad because that's always my favorite part. Next time!

Our tuff waiters Ella and Yvonne -- ts lowkey rizz

I entered the establishment without a thought in mind other than hunger--but what awaited me was much much more. I found my way to an exquisite booth and ordered the entree number 3 (spaghetti with delectable meat sauce), accompanied by a refreshing and ice cold water and fizzy Dr. Pepper. The room felt homey but I still felt respected. One of the members in our party, is diagnosed with autism and felt respected and welcomed in this fine establishment. (Yvonne and Ella, you'll know who I'm talking about) Overall Yvonne our main waiter managed a huge amount of orders from our team with high skill and fast service (like a boss ) while still telling us stories of the facilities past and interesting superstitions. One of our teammates also got broken up with and was given a complimentary ice cream. Thanks Ella (our other chill ahh waiter)!! They also kept us safe from the ghosts in the tunnels. Chill ahh waiters, chill ahh ambience, and some chill ahh food. Would eat here again!

Parking is street parking only, and it gets tight once the restaurant gets busy. The atmosphere started out quiet but quickly turned lively as the night went on. The space feels clean, cozy, and homey, a good mix of casual and upscale without feeling stuffy. Service was excellent. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server was friendly, professional, and perfectly timed, attentive without hovering or rushing us. For food, I ordered the Brussels sprouts with jalapeno, ham, and parmesan, also had the butternut squash agnolotti with sage butter. The agnolotti was well made and rich, though a touch on the sweet side for my taste. The Brussels sprouts were fine, but the mild jalapenos caught me off guard. My friend had the chicory salad and really enjoyed it. In hindsight, I wished I had gone with something a little lighter too. Overall, it was a good meal with warm service and a comfortable atmosphere. I would go back, but next time I would explore another item on the menu.

But this restaurant is very pricey for inconsistent food. We've been twice now- didn't love it enough the first time but wanted to give it a second chance. The lemon pasta was divine the first time- but my carbonara was unflavored paste- I literally thought I had COVID and lost the ability to taste food but everyone else's food tasted good so that theory didn't hold up. This time I ordered the lemon pasta and instead of creamy, delightful and tasty it was a little bland and watery. The waitress "fixed it " by offering me more Parmesan to thicken it. I'd added prawns- they were nice. My companion ordered the veal parm- the tomato sauce wasn't amazing and the breading was a bit heavy. He wasn't impressed and didn't finish the dish. The risotto was just OK. Again, it's very pricey for just OK. The food isn't trash but if you've had great food you don't want to pay so much for just ok. We would rather spend the money at Luna or Francaise or Wooden City. Dessert was yummy. The first time we went we arrived first seating and it looked like the AARP theater crowd, the last night we went seemed like a galantine's preview! So if you're there for the drinks, appetizers and ambiance it's quite nice. I can't endorse it whole heartedly because the entree's weren't consistently good enough to give the full 5 stars. Service was fine and we tipped accordingly. Good luck!

I felt as if our server should have told us immediately that this was a shared option, but even then to make every person pay $57 is nuts for the portion of food that you receive. We are content creator, so we happen to record every dish that we received. ( the leisurely) First thing they brought out was roasted nuts and marinated olives. (6/10). Some of the olives were hard, but the roasted nuts were pretty good. 2. My wife is allergic to shrimp so they were gonna bring out the grilled ponds but instead the chef decided to bring out brussels sprouts. (2/10). It was awful. I almost gagged legitimately, and my wife felt the same, the brussels sprouts also had a foul smell to them as if they were spoiled. - it was paired with the winter salad. In my opinion, that was the second best thing that they brought out. It was very rich in flavor, colorful as well. 3. They then brought out some pasta. Tagliatelle Pasta. This is the best thing that they brought out. The noodles were fresh and the meat choice ( roast) paired very well and it was mildly flavorful, enough to swing both ways but we'd say it swung in the right direction. I'd give it 8.5/10. 4. They then brought out steelhead trout with couscous and cauliflower with roasted carrots. - I think the audacity to give two full grown adults. A 1/3 portion of fish is quite literally disrespectful. It was so disrespectful until it just made me want to leave even more than I did whenever they brought out the brussels sprouts. The piece of fish itself was not seasoned, but it happened to pair slightly with the couscous and whatever sauce. It was quinoa actually.. (6.5/10) flavor wise. I hate really complaining about food, but this was so underwhelming.. that I may have contested the bill if my baby didn't poop out of his clothes during the visit. I will likely update this review with all of the photos once we upload the video just so everyone get an idea. ---- Overall, we would've been much happier, ordering individual dishes off the menu. I don't want to shit all over this place because I do believe it has potential, but I would not advise anyone to do the leisurely. The couple behind us actually didn't eat any of their food either and they apparently chose the same option and she was very upset so I'm glad that we weren't the only ones. I don't think we will return back to this restaurant. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.

Let's get to the nitty gritty, the food quality was very good, taste was a knock out. The pasta and sauce was good enough that I was looking for specific tastes so I could recreate it, that's what I hope for in a restaurant!
