That's what separates the fly-by-nights from businesses which have been around for 30+ years. I recently damaged my flatscreen 32" LED TV, which is only a year old. Rather than buy another new one, I figured I'd try getting this one repaired. I called Mcvey Electronics twice around lunchtime, got an answering machine both times, and didn't leave a message. He took the initiative to call me back anyway, seeing that I had called, to see if he could help me with anything. Try getting Walmart or another big business to call you back. That shows quality, personable service. I spoke with the gentleman regarding the problem with my TV and explained that there was an impact strike beneath the LED screen. He was honest and up front, explaining that I could buy a new TV for around the same price it'd cost to repair this one. He could've attempted to repair it and charged me hundreds of dollars, but instead he chose to give me honest advice - and probably cost himself a repair job in the meantime. I am an electronics and radio enthusiast. I'll use Mcvey Electronics for any repair work that I ever need done, simply because his response time was fast and because he had the integrity to save me from a costly repair.

But anyone who is reading this should know that David Paron, at this point, has my daughter's computer and has made no attempt to return it. In my humble opinion--that's stealing. DO NOT use this service. David is not dependable or honest. We have gone to his office. There is never anyone there. David seems like he's a lovely guy, and I'm sure he is. But until he returns my daughter's computer is nothing but a common thief. Lastly, I gave David my computer first. When returned, the computer was improperly assembled and a screw was missing. He offered to refund my $150 payment and is now reneging on that. I really thought this was a nice guy. Came back and brought a fireplace/ entertainment center which was poorly assembled and yet still paid off early after only two weeks of having it. Store manager gave me my receipt and signed that the cash price was paid. He committed fraud and rent a center was calling me to pay more money. Showed the new store manager my paperwork and he stated yes here's another victim. He stated that the previous store manager did that because it would hurt his sales for the day or week. As though is a reason to commit fraud. After three weeks they finally get it set and cleared up in their system. I go back to by a bunk bed. Bed arrived and missing bolts and screws. Top bunk is so unstable I'm scared for my son to even sleep on it. Evan came back and got some of the hardware installed. Hats off to Even. I went back to buy a table set to try and give them another chance. Mind you I had just brought one two months back but I wanted this amazing one I seen in the store. Table set arrives two days late because the store manager refused to deliver when they told me they were going to.( See the customer service here, District manager has yet to call me back) Mind you missing work and money. Then they only send Evan on out. So I paid for a service and I'm moving and assembling my furniture with the Evan. Missing hardware again. Chair cracks as I sit in it and then I turn them all over and guess what? Missing 12 screws in all the chairs. Call and make a complaint and Evan comes back out. All the hardware is different sizes. He screws in the bolt at the bottom of the table and it comes through the top of the table. Ruined my new set. No chairs have all screws. They call me after only having the table in my apartment for three days stating that the payment is late. I walked in on Wednesday as Evan apologized because he knew they messed up and paid off my damaged and raggedy table set. I will be going to Shapiro's where my dollar is valued and appreciated. Horrible store manager and District manager as well for not following up with a valued customer.

His repairs will work for a day, and immediately stop working probably due to lazy repair methods. Once you contact him to tell him that his repairs are faulty, he will then tell you to research how to fix it yourself and not offer any sort of refund or any sort of guidance to you, and then ignore your calls, or even answer the door. I'm upset about this poor business practice, and hope people reading this will think twice before contacting Paul for computer help...
