Extremely friendly, quick and professional. I had brought 2 old laptops in to see if they were worth fixing - they immediately knew what was wrong with them and gave price quotes for each. One of the laptops I didn't end up fixing and they recycled for free. The laptop I did get fixed took less than 24 hours and they called right away to let me know. They have a good supply of refurbished laptops which would have been my next stop had they not been able to fix my old one. Incredible service and prices. Did not even charge when our "new" laptop (2007) died after 9 years and could not be fixed (hey, my desktop is 2000 so 2007 is new!). Fantastic replacement prices and you're "talking" to people who drive a $500 car. I will say they don't answer all emails which I find ironic for a computer shop, but otherwise extremely happy with deals and speed/quality of service. The people do such good work, so quickly and efficiently, and let you know right away when the work is done. The prices are fair, and most recently when I needed advice following a repair, they provided it free of charge even though their own work was flawless. I love dropping my iPhone apparently. I called these guys with a severely cracked screen (you could see the camera from the back, chunks were falling out, and I was getting SIM card errors) and they were very transparent - told me they could fix the screen but not sure about the rest. Showed up, left my phone with them, got a couple beers at P&G's, and I was back in business 45 minutes and 100 bucks later. No more errors. Screen works great. All is well. This place is so much cheaper and easier to go to for a computer fix than the Apple store, and I didn't have to lug my computer all the way to Danbury. My whole screen was replaced, the computer cleaned, and a loaner given out (free of charge) for around 250$, and was ready the next day. I would definitely come back here again! read more

My laptop suddenly went dead, so I ran over to Computer Hut and they did a sequence of very simple things that got my laptop working again in 2 minutes! Like magic! And they didn't charge me. I'm impressed and will certainly go to them again the next time I need computer repairs. read more

Computer Hut repaired my Mac Air in a short time and kept in full communication throughout the service not to mention was far more reasonably priced than other local competitors. Not to mention, sooo many used electronics for sale that my wife had to pull me out the door before i started buying Bose speakers and used Ipads that i had no need for but the prices were too good to resist. I wanted to get the ram on my 2009 MacBook Pro upgraded from 2 GB to 8 GB, the young man I spoke with told me they had it in stock and gave me a half an hour wait time and a $100 charge. Very easy and efficient, definitely would go back. read more
