This business opened very recently and is a God-send. The people are very friendly. Customer service is great. They fixed my MacBook Pro for much less than I was quoted by another Mac repair shop and they fixed it in a very short time frame. They fix PCs here too, as well as phones, and a variety of other electronic devices. They also sell used computers (and other great things worth checking out) that have been looked over to ensure great quality and even offer warranties on them. This is the place I will always go for great repairs, great prices, used computers, and wonderful service. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place and the people running it. In-keeping with newer ways of communication you can email or text questions. You can call too. I was able to conveniently do all my preliminary questioning through emails, which were responded to in a short time-frame. And everything went smoothly from initial communication, to having my computer fixed, to pick up, etc. There were definitely things where I was able to know for sure I was being treated fairly and not BS'd about anything. I know I was treated honestly (there were potential issues that would have cost more and I could have been told those issues existed and I would not have known the difference...but I wasn't treated that way) and that goes very far with me. Anyone in business who treats me well, gives me good service, and is honest has my loyalty for life. Very polite people and great service are to be found here. If you have any computer, or electronic device that needs fixing, give this place a try. I could not be more pleased that this place opened, that I found it, and got my computer serviced here. read more

I managed to spill the entire contents of tea over my laptop while in a backpack. The machine would not turn on, even after letting it dry upside down for 24 hours. I had a large work presentation in two days time. A proper disaster. The folks at the Hut sorted it out, replaced a frazzled part (which he showed me), explained the issue clearly, and also returned the machine cleaner than it's ever been. 2 days, a few hundred bucks and a saved professional life. Amazing. Thank you! read more

"Jeenius" Jeremy and co-tech Samantha (yay for also employing a terrific woman tech!) are as good it gets. Truly personalized, always honest service, super fast, and the most reasonably priced, excellent repairs. Only after Computer Hut had repaired Macbook Pros for me and friends I've sent there did I dare buy a refurbished laptop--and only from Computer Hut. Cheers and thanks! read more

Idk about that guy to be honest. He sold someone an iphone watch 23 for $200 to a sweet young adult w a disability. Had only been used a few times. Was still in the condition he got it. He had only used it once or twice resold it bk to them only got $75 and he owner had a bad attitude about it and with him. He made out like a bandit yet he seemed mad. Absolutely Unbelievable. read more

I think all the 5 star reviews sum it up. I'm just happy when I encounter an honest business that pairs it with good customer service. I have an external hard drive that needs repair. They were able to determine that the drive was beyond their level of expertise and recommend a couple of data recovery services. I won't hesitate to use them again when I have computer repairs. read more
