I ordered a 55 inch 4k set online and the order was filled and delivered by Best Buy. I decided to call them and see if they could set it up for me. I assumed that they would direct me to the Geek squad that is affiliated with Best buy. I expected to be around $100. Instead I was directed to Hello Tech. This was on Friday and they were able to get me an appointment for Sunday. And cost was less than I expected at 79 dollars. Sunday the tech arrived on time and got me set up quickly and efficiently. I now have my TV and Blu Ray player hooked up and I have eliminated all the stress and aggravation of trying to do it myself. I am dangerous to myself with tools. So if you need help with your TV or computer I highly recommend Hello Tech. They are reasonably priced and reliable and really know their stuff

I started looking for a locksmith, and I found Catskill Mountain Locksmith and scheduled an appointment. The woman answering the phone was very nice and communicative, and I'm sorry I can't remember her name. I scheduled an appointment, and we checked in once or twice before the scheduled appointment time. I met up with Ryan at a predetermined location. Upon greeting him, I could see that he was a really nice guy too. He had everything he needed in order to program new key fobs for me on the spot. He also helped me out by letting me know that I did not need to have new keys cut, which would have cost even more. By the way I was told by "others" that I would need to cut the keys as well....sure. Ryan was able to program two key fobs, and my original keys still worked. The whole transaction probably took no more than 10 minutes. I was able to pay him with a mobile payment, but he accepted all forms of payment, which was really convenient. Such a good guy, very professional, and he showed up on time and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Catskill Mountain Locksmith 24-7!

Everything is "can do" including very last minute packing help. Two huge trucks and 6 guys over 3 days. Michelle who runs the office is so pleasant to deal with and John the owner and both Scotts so engaging, fun, and respectful of women. The superstar (well, they all are) is James who ran the move seamlessly, as usual. At the end, I would gladly have all of them over for dinner. The crew was just superb.
