Mike runs AV Electric, and to say he's a great electrician is honestly an understatement. He's an…read moreamazing human. He's worked with everyone in the music industry (not naming names, but everyone), so whether you need a studio, a full house, a spa--he's your guy. But the reason I'm writing this review isn't just about his stellar work. After many years of being lucky enough to call Mike my electrician, today I got to call him a superhero. Now look, please don't expect this kind of thing if you're a new client--but today I had a total catastrophe (non-electric--think delivery truck chaos threatening to take out trees and possibly my house), and Mike, seeing me majorly panicking, stepped in and saved the day. No hesitation. He's a problem-solver extraordinaire (and really strong!!). He's also just a really proud dad and husband, and that energy shows in everything he does. I don't mean to sound cheesy, but you want this human on your team. If you're lucky enough to book him, you won't regret it. And for the practically minded--he's fair, efficient, and has a solid and reliable crew. Excellent work- the real deal. Thanks for saving me today, Mike!

Rob was friendly and courteous and most of all worked quickly and did a great job! He's a stand up guy- he pointed out a small scratch on door that he didn't have to which could have resulted in a returned door. Fortunately, it was barely noticeable and the install was great- Thank you Rob Give him a shout out you'll like him Middletown

Hudson Valley Home Media Can't Be Trusted We made an error…read moreand sent them more than they paid for. They refuse to return or pay for the product. They contacted us urgently looking for six NetGear access points because they were unable to obtain them through their normal channels. We located and reserved the units for them. They requested a price below our cost, which we declined, and they placed an order for two units. Due to a fulfillment error, we mistakenly shipped six units instead of two. When we discovered the mistake, we immediately requested the return of the four additional units and offered to cover the return shipping. Hudson Home Media refused to return the units and refused to pay for them, stating that they considered them "unsolicited merchandise" rather than a shipment error. They also stated they would not pay because they believed we should have sold the original units at a lower price. Based on our experience, Hudson Valley Home Media can't be trusted.
