This was on Friday and they were able to get me an appointment for Sunday. And cost was less than I expected at 79 dollars. Sunday the tech arrived on time and got me set up quickly and efficiently. I now have my TV and Blu Ray player hooked up and I have eliminated all the stress and aggravation of trying to do it myself. I am dangerous to myself with tools.
