Michalada. YUMMY!

Decided to stop here for a beverage and the vibe. It is my 63rd BD and I wanted a beverage and some food!! This place is a great locals bar. Food is excellent and the vibe is festive. I have memories of coming here with my bestie on many occasions. Like the OG better than the DWTN. Just personal preference, but the OG feels more like a neighborhood vibe. The servers are always on point, and the food is always amazing. I have had burgers, mozzarella sticks, tacos, soup...all delicious. Worth the visit every time!!!!!

Getting over the hump just got better! Came here for R&B bingo on Wednesday and I was not disappointed. Great vibe, great dj, fun bingo games. The pizza is delicious served fresh and hot and the drinks are strong. I loved the escape during the week and happy to spend it with a room full of chill people. No crowded areas, no hookah no drama. They have events all week I can't wait to check them out on a different night

Chicken Tenders, Fries and Nachos

This bar had a really cool vibe, the big light up Neighborhood sign was cool bar decor. Our server was attentive, and we had some good drinks. I'd recommend the chicken tenders, they were fantastic!

Solid food and drink spot! I was pleasantly surprised on how great their nachos and Birria tacos were, and I can't wait to come back to try more of their food options. We sat at the bar on a Saturday evening, the service was great! Plus they had many TVs and a DJ (just in case anyone is looking for their next Sunday football spot!)

Found through my Instagram searching during Sonoran Restaurant week, this popular spot is lively and exciting to stop in at! The select 1 page food menu includes standard options as well as authentic local cuisine and items I've never seen such as the Jaas Taco. If you're a solo travel diner I highly recommend the street parking and stopping in to try the tacos, or public parking and exploring some of the other local options!

Food. Amazing. Drinks. Amazing. WE LOVE THIS BAR!! Get the shrimp toritos appetizer and street tacos, just SO good.

I originally came for the wings and Mexican corn, but unfortunately, the kitchen closes at 10 PM, and we arrived at 10:30. I settled for a margarita instead, which had the perfect balance of flavors. The staff was friendly, and the music was loud giving it a club-like atmosphere but the crowd was chill. There's a dancing pole in one of the booths. The place looks like it could be a lot of fun, just not quite the scene we were looking for that night. I'd still recommend it

Definitely your neighborhood bar with a twist! Great music, food delicious, amazing drinks. Our waitress was fun. So much fun we kept ordering drinks! Food cane out quick. They have a patio with heaters. Parking not am issue. Excellent experience overall.

I'm in town for a few weeks and I can honestly say that The Neighborhood is definitely my go to spot. They have the three things I look for in order to be a a frequent patron...great food, drinks, and service! I will start of by saying the Happy Hour is definitely one of the bests in the city. $5 Margaritas, Wings (get the Jack Daniels flavor), and Nachos...you cannot go wrong. If you order any tacos and have no fish/shellfish allergy I definitely suggest getting the battered shrimp tacos. The shrimp are huge and they do not just give you a couple, they give you enough to fill your tortilla. It's flavorful and filling. My next favorite are the Jack Daniels wings. The sauce alone makes my mouth water but the chicken is cooked to perfections. I would also recommend the Buffalo Chicken sandwich so you have some really good options. My only complaint is that the music is so loud. You can barely hear the person sitting next to you. I'm from Atlanta so I love hip hop music, reggaeton, and the top 40 hits like the no other but I want to enjoy the people I'm with, as well. I'm not saying turn the music off, I'm just saying turn the music down a little and the rest is gravy!

Tucsons #1 rated michelada.
Melany G.

I saw Google and yelp reviews saying this place was delicious and that they had the best micheladas, they were not wrong. My 74 year old mother in law and I wanted a drink and appetizers so we saw this and decided to check it out. Soooo glad we did. We pulled up and found prime parking in a full parking lot and were like ummm this place looks like a bar...it is BUT don't let that stop you it's worth the stop. We were greeted by the friendliest server who read us the happy hour specials and we ordered the best micheladas and got the birria tacos with beans and guac to share it was delicious. The bar is clean and the atmosphere friendly the dj was killing it, 90's 00' hits it was great. My MOL asked, "why is it so loud in hear?" I told her, "Because I brought you to a bar at happy hour on Friday." She laughed and said "me gusta muncho." N

We were seated and brought menus right away, for both cocktails and food. We decided to celebrate with margaritas: mango and strawberry. Both were delicious. Our server, a sweet and beautiful young lady, was so helpful, explaining things we weren't familiar with and offering suggestions. We decided to start with the shrimp and cheese-stuffed yellow peppers wrapped in bacon. They were so good! Although taking our time perusing the menu, I had already decided I wanted the whole red snapper with crispy skin. The owner came over to introduce himself and welcome us. We talked a bit and he said they had been open just a year and were still adding to the menu. For example they were going to make a quesadilla similar to the appetizer we had just enjoyed so much. He also brought the bad news that they were out of the whole fish and the next shipment was coming tomorrow. He said the fish filets were available and very good. He also suggested a combination platter of several things to try and that's what we went with. Before that came, a single Gobernador-style taco showed up: shrimp with cheese, onion, and bell pepper. Not sure how we ordered it, lol, but it was flavorful and delicious. We went with the mixed grill for two: grilled steak, shrimp, stuffed peppers, and marlin tacos, (minus the octopus - we just haven't reached the octopus level of sophistication... yet) with beans, rice, and flour tortillas. The beans were especially creamy and yummy. Everything was full of flavor and each item tasted different. The steak was well-seasoned but a bit chewy. We loved all of it, but the marlin tacos were our overwhelming favorite. The chef obviously believes in a little heat rather than spicy overload, so even those with a delicate palate should enjoy everything. So much delicious food but we couldn't manage any more, and packed up remaining steak, shrimp,, tacos, beans, rice, and tortillas.Looks like dinner for tomorrow. Even though we said we couldn't squeeze in dessert, our server brought a piece of tres leche cake for the birthday girl, boxed and ready to go. We couldn't resist a taste, so two tiny bites are missing. So creamy and decadent. The birthday girl took the rest home. La Perla's decor is light and inviting, with beachy colors and fish painted on the walls. The fish wallpaper in the ladies room is adorable. Bathrooms were immaculate, just like the rest of the restaurant. We are definitely going back soon.

We came specifically for Taco Tuesday and were happy with the food. The tacos were piled high and really tasty. We ordered the mahi and spam tacos, which were only $3 each. There are also more "fancy" taco options if you're willing to spend a little extra. One thing to note: the tiki drinks aren't part of the happy hour specials--it's mostly discounted food and beers. I also noticed the Scorpion fruit lunch being served and it looked fantastic--definitely something I'll have to try on my next visit. Love the wall of chianti bottles that lead to the bar and love that the staff dress up in casual Prohibition garb. Came here for girl's night and it was everyone's first time even at the restaurant but mine. I'd had dinner a couple times in the restaurant for my birthday and had the cheese wheel fettuccine alfredo. I asked if anyone was interested in trying it and so 3 of us split it which ended up being pretty perfect. It is hands down THE BEST fettuccine alfredo. We had many drinks come to our table, the first round being the homemade limoncello. Made with local Meyer lemons, it is deliciously potent. A must try. The bartender, Ryan or Brian, he made cocktails from the heart. A couple of gals ordered "dealer's choice" drinks and they were inspired by the drinker's stories. It was really a unique experience for them and I could almost see his mind working out the chemistry of the libations. Another must try, although I didn't because I had to drive myself home. I did have a coffee with Bailey's, Amaretto, and freshly-made whipped cream. Last must try if not on a coffee drink maybe on a dessert. One person in our party thought that the drinks were on the spendy side. Many of the ingredients were house made and all top shelf. I'm from Los Angeles so an $18 drink was a normal night at the klerb. Worth mentioning if that would be a deal breaker. Worth a go. I thought it was better than the speakeasy at the Sonoran House which was too bright and not intimate. You really like feel more like you're not where you're supposed to be at The Still. There is a curio cabinet with cigars that I think are for sale. The speakeasy opens up to the patio for all the smoke suckers. Great for a small groups or date night, maybe not the first date.
