    Chicken Caesar salad
    George G.

I went to lunch with a couple of customers who had apparently been there several times before and recommended we go for lunch. The place is large with ample seating both indoors and outdoors. The ambiance is somewhat loud as one would expect from a brewery. The service provided by Reyann was great, she was friendly and checked on us throughout our visit. I had a Caesar salad with chicken and left fully satisfied. The lettuce was fresh, the chicken tasty and the croutons were light and crunchy! All in all, a good business lunch.

This place was good! I was hungry and needed a beer and I got just that. Service is friendly. There are two sides of this place. When you walk up, going through the left door will be a more chill and quiet vibe. The main seating area is the door to your right. Both sides have tvs. Ordered the pub fish tacos. Tortillas were delicious. The batter was perfectly fried and there was plenty of toppings on it. The salsa that comes with it is delicious. Only thing I would have done different would maybe substitute the side of beans and cheese with something else. Those tasted canned. I ordered a flight of beer. They were cold. Blonde was solid. The raspberry golden ale tasted a bit like medicine... the red ale was a solid red ale and the nitro was smooth. Glad I came here.

Great place to enjoy happy hour! Happy hour menu cost between $7-$10 and had a good variety of apps. The Mac n cheese with green chile was the star of the two items we tried. Portion sizes were great. Drinks were also good! They have quite a few TVs so a good spot to catch the game. Service was attentive.

Come food the food. The beer is just okay for this craft beer lover. But the food menu is great and should satisfy all in your crew. I enjoyed the tortilla soup and sandwich and others enjoyed the burgers and Mexican food. They have salads as well as veggie burgers. We always return to this place for a dinner whenever we visit Tucson.

Delicious lunch after walking around the street festival. I had the fish tacos. Very good. That salsa is spicy good. We tried the potato skins and they were very good as well. A little skimpy. Hubby had fry rub wings and delta red them very good with a good dry rub. We will be back.

Wonderful food. The porch was nice as the weather was great and the dogs really enjoyed it.

Our hotel manager recommended Barrio Brewing. He said it was worth the 20 minute drive. He was right. It's a large place, not fancy by any means, but a nice, casual atmosphere. It was quite crowded but we were able to find a table. We started with spinach and artichoke dip. It was good, just a little different than we're used to. Our mixed drinks were also good. We split a Rueben sandwich which was delicious. The corned beef was extremely lean, which at so many places is not the case. There also was ample sauerkraut, another rare feature. Their own brewed beer selection was wide. I loved their porter and my wife enjoyed her light IPA. The service was very good, our server was friendly and outgoing. We'll be back!

Bone-in chicken wings with cilantro tequila dip

Good place to stop after a TCC event. Stopped in after a Sun eve hockey game on the way home and the place was active, but not crowded, so prime parking was plentiful. The dinner crowd had just left or was leaving. We were looking for something light to eat since it was late for dinner and we also didn't want to be out late. We found 2 seats at the bar and were promptly served- nice. We quickly received two ice cold pints. Inside is dark and kinda divey, but it was nice for quiet conversations. Barrio has a nice selection of shareable appetizers, of note are the "Southwestern Egg Rolls". These are crispy, deep fried egg rolls with a chili, beans, cheese type Texican filling cut into small bites and served with a mild salsa dip. Definitely hit the spot. Also a hit were the bone-in chicken wings with the cilantro-tequila dip. There were about 10 wings in the order and came hot from the fryer. Not overly spicy. The combination of the two appetizers were just right to split as a light meal. Combined with the two beers, the total was $41, pre-tip.

The Hazy IPA! Fruity and with a bite. My go to for food -- esp wings!

First time here. Cool spot near the train tracks and industrial area of Tucson. The brewery is in this old large turn of the century warehouse that serves a wide selection of brewskies and some good food. Our hostess and waitress were able to accommodate our puppy so we sat outside and enjoyed the warm Arizona winter holiday weather. Good place to come to see football or practically any sporting event. They have large tvs inside. They serve a wide variety of southwestern and bar food that def hits the spot with a great beer. I ordered the IPA but also tasted the blonde. Both great! I ordered the wings which had a kick ass good on the side dipping sauces. The habanero is fire. Literally! And their BBQ sauce is bomb -- def try them. Also the Tequila Cilantro sauce is well liked by a lot of the locals so worth a try. Good place for brews on a hot day. Def will be back! ;-)

We loved this place! The food is good, the views are great and the beer is also great. We stopped here for a beer and pre-dinner snack and it was amazing. The view from the patio was awesome. Highly recommend.

    Sonoran Chicken Tacos

I'm a big fan of Barrio's Sonoran Chicken Tacos and you can't beat the price on Taco Tuesday. Two tacos for $6, and you can add a side of beans or various garnish (guacamole, sour cream, etc.) for $1 or $2. The tacos are good sized, delicious and an excellent price. The service is always great here and I love the atmosphere.

They were crazy busy with the end of a UA basketball game, so bad luck for a group of 8. Servers were too busy to help and were just trying to keep up. No eye contact when trying to get help. I finally approached a couple (sitting at a huge table by themselves) to see if they were leaving soon, and we lucked out. The server managed to come around and was responsive, helpful, and friendly despite the turmoil around us. We all managed to get our food in a fairly timely manner, and enjoyed it overall. The game had ended and the hubbub died down a bit. The seasonal beer I hoped to try was out, but the others I picked were good enough. For food, I tried the Baja Fish Tacos, which came with charro beans and pico de gallo and slaw on top. They were delicious! I'm hoping to come back at a more reasonable time so we can chill more than we were able.

Wonderful atmosphere. Delicious beer, burger was very tasty with the barbeque sauce, yum! Service was good for it being a packed place when I arrived. Look forward to returning in the future.

From the moment you walk in, you can tell this isn't your typical sit-down dinner spot. The lighting is cool, there's a live DJ, and yes--it is loud. Like, don't come here expecting an intimate, quiet dinner kind of loud. This is more "laughing over music, people-watching, and soaking up the energy" kind of place. Now let's talk food, because that's where they pleasantly surprised me. They actually have a legit vegan option that doesn't feel like an afterthought (which I always appreciate). I went with the vegan curry and wow--it was delicious. Rich, comforting, and packed with flavor, with a mushroom-forward sauce and sweet potatoes that just worked so well together. We also had the olive oil bread, which was simple but so good, plus almonds and Brussels sprouts that were absolutely worth ordering. Everything felt shareable and fun, which fits the whole vibe of the place. This isn't where I'd go for a quiet date night or a five-star fine dining experience--but that's not what it's trying to be. It's where you go to hang out, eat good food, sip drinks, and just have a really fun time. Would I come back? Definitely.
