I had walked in and asked to get a quote for nails that I wanted for prom they were a short set with black French tip and some diamonds. I asked the lady, how much would this be full set short like that and with gel the lady zooms in on the picture and she asked are those diamonds I said yes how much would it be? I just want to get an idea of how much I will be spending clearly tells me $60 mind you at the same time I am on the phone with my mom so my mom also heard $60 so my mom sent me $65 so I could pay for the nails, including the tip since I was using a prepaid card, however I get my appointment at 12:30 and I sit down in the lady that was supposed to do my nails at 12:30 has another client I have about 30 to 45 minutes and then we start she keeps stopping and going and stopping and going, she looks at the picture we had agreed to $60 so I'm like OK. She takes long it kind of hurt too. She was rushing and just was doing which again she has to be careful with our hands because it is a service time to pay just to reconfirm for the $60. She proceeds. No it's $90. I look at her crazy because she told me $60.03 times and even my mom had heard it, so if you're willing to come here, be ready to have an extra 30 bucks because they'll tell you one price and charge you another the end proceeded to come back and pay her $20 so she can pay it back to the store which again I will not be doing because if we agreed to a certain price in the beginning before we started and throughout the process That is what I will be paying you. You told me a price to that price you can't sit here and charge me $30 extra because you took too long because you decided to stop every five minutes or so and you decided to let somebody in before me after I had scheduled an appointment Again, I do not recommend this place at all

Normally I'd check around Yelp to ensure that a nail salon is up to speed before I dip my tootsies in their pedicure bowl, but I took a chance as this place doesn't have any reviews yet! I'm happy to relay that the salon is clean, well kept and the staff does a great job. I stopped in on a Sunday (now open from 12-5 pm) to get a mani-pedi combo. I was kindly greeted, chose my polish and off I went. I hung out in a massage chair as my nail tech went after my feet with a hot (sanitized) water bath, pumice stone, leg and foot scrub, nail clipping, polish, etc. My oh my did my feet look better. Even still 1 week+ later my pedicure looks great. Onto my mani I went, same deal, different appendages. 1 hour, $38 later (plus tip) I was out the door feeling all refreshed and polished. If you're hanging around Clover & your nails are looking ratty, check out Nail Palace. I also saw a set of either Shellac/Gellish polish for that favored 2 week mani. Woot woot!

They upgraded the inside so it looks newer and cleaner (I highly recommend the owner to share updated pictures of the place) I didn't want to take pictures because there were other people inside. I called before coming in and did a pedicure and manicure with gel polish and it was fair pricing. I didn't feel rushed like I usually do in other salons, definitely quieter and not as busy. Staff is polite and understanding. Loved the massage it was needed. I'm so detailed when it comes to cleaning around the toes and nails.. they did good but definitely could've done better. Overall I'm satisfied.
