If I could give a zero star, I would not only did they take about 2 1/2 hours on a short full set before I had set my appointment which was at 12:30 PM April 16, 2024. I had walked in and asked to get a quote for nails that I wanted for prom they were a short set with black French tip and some diamonds. I asked the lady, how much would this be full set short like that and with gel the lady zooms in on the picture and she asked are those diamonds I said yes how much would it be? I just want to get an idea of how much I will be spending clearly tells me $60 mind you at the same time I am on the phone with my mom so my mom also heard $60 so my mom sent me $65 so I could pay for the nails, including the tip since I was using a prepaid card, however I get my appointment at 12:30 and I sit down in the lady that was supposed to do my nails at 12:30 has another client I have about 30 to 45 minutes and then we start she keeps stopping and going and stopping and going, she looks at the picture we had agreed to $60 so I'm like OK. She takes long it kind of hurt too. She was rushing and just was doing which again she has to be careful with our hands because it is a service time to pay just to reconfirm for the $60. She proceeds. No it's $90. I look at her crazy because she told me $60.03 times and even my mom had heard it, so if you're willing to come here, be ready to have an extra 30 bucks because they'll tell you one price and charge you another the end proceeded to come back and pay her $20 so she can pay it back to the store which again I will not be doing because if we agreed to a certain price in the beginning before we started and throughout the process That is what I will be paying you. You told me a price to that price you can't sit here and charge me $30 extra because you took too long because you decided to stop every five minutes or so and you decided to let somebody in before me after I had scheduled an appointment Again, I do not recommend this place at all read more
