Super sad, avoid this place at all costs to protect your body and wallet. My sister was left with…read moreopen holes in her natural nails after the improperly applied acrylic ripped apart her natural nail, exposing her bleeding nail beds. She was forced to remove the heinously thick clumps of acrylic herself after the nail salon refused to safely remove them & they were causing her immense pain. The way her nails looked was an utter embarrassment, check out Tessa's review for pictures. When she returned to the shop to speak with the owner on the phone about her botched nails, she was met with abhorrent customer service, rudeness and humiliation as they insisted that her nails were fine and didn't need fixing. I was on the phone the whole time & heard everything. The way these women spoke was unacceptable, so mean and dismissive of a customer. Do yourself a favor and go to a nail salon that respects their customers and doesn't put their health and safety at risk.

They're also running a $10 off promo, so that was an added bonus! I didn't have an appointment, but was greeted promptly and showed me where to pick out my color. They offer SNS, gel and regular polishes. I went with a spa pedi ($40) and a regular gel mani ($35). The pedicure chairs were comfortable and the woman took her time throughout the entire process. Nothing was rushed at all! I was also able to stay in the pedi chair while she started my nails. Everything was also very clean - the pedi bowl had the plastic wrap, and it seemed like everything was one time use. Overall, I'd give my mani a 5/5 and my pedi a 3.5/5. There were some spots on my toes that I had to go back and remove polish from the skin. I'd come back - I want to try their SNS nails. The lady next to me was getting that done and it looked great!
