If I could give this place a 0 I would but I can't. I've been coming to them for at least 5 to 6 YEARS, the last couple of times I wasn't too happy but since I've coming back this time for so long I figured I'd give them another chance. This time they effed up, 4 ro 5 people came in after me and Mi Mi put the acetone on my nails and left me sitting there. She sent other ppl to the ladies that came in after me and then went and took payments then went and waited on this other girl. Take it I'm dark skinned and they were light skinned so its a tell all situation. I'll never come back to them because for 50.00 plus 10.00 tip I feel used.​ read more

The nail tech did a terrible job!! My nails are not even one hand is short other is long. They are pointed on the ends on one hand and the other hand is curved. I paid and decided will never go there again even though their pedicure was very good on my last visit! read more

Took my daughter and she got the dipped nails with mine being a gel manicure. Her nails look good and we are definitely satisfied with them. I wanted the thinnest we could get with them still being durable. Her nails are still a little thick and I would have liked them to buff them down a bit more but all in all I was very pleased! My daughter thought the young lady that helped us, initially, was very sweet and I thought her very helpful. My gel manicure looks good also and it was a challenge since my nails are so short! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the amount of time spent on my manicure process. Typical more time is spent rubbing the lotion in, rotating the wrists, with each hand being massaged. Very little time was spent in that part of the manicure but as I mentioned I was overall pleased and will return for future service. read more

Mimi did a wonderful job on my nails. I called about 8 places before here looking for dipping powder nails. They do sns here. Several colors to chose from. She also did a nice job fixing a toenail I broke. Now I can wear my sandals. She is very nice and gentle. Will be back for sure. read more

I went in there yesterday not expecting much, mainly because of the location. My mom told me the place was pretty slight so I gave it a try and they are so good!!!! I'll never go anywhere else again for my pedicures. I don't remember the lady's name who did mine but it was like watching an artist paint a painting. This is my first yelp review so I had to give it to a place I think is phenomenal. There was an old lady beside me complaining named sally so if u see her yelp review she was on the Karen spectrum so take it with a grain of salt. 10/10 would recommend read more

This used to be my every two week, on their appointment book, place to go for mani/pedi for years. They have ran good help off and no longer genuinely care for their clients. I'm so disappointed in the service I now receive and the owner could care less as long as people keep coming in the door. It's sad to find a salon that I used to enjoy going to, but due to the owners selfishness, the service has declined. They no longer hold conversations with you and treat you like a number. Not even a "thank you" is offered after paying/tipping. Sadly, it's time to find another nail salon where I am appreciated. read more

My fiancé & I went here for a first time just for pedicures and we will never be going back, after my pedicure was rushed through by a nail tech with an attitude they left us sitting in the chair without even telling us if they were done or not & from the looks of the way she painted my toes I was hoping she'd eventually come back and paint over them again, so after waiting about 25 minutes while watching the nail tech do a full set on a brand new customer and start another pedicure I finally asked if we were done, she replied yes while acknowledging I was dissatisfied about the job she done on my toes so I asked if she'd go over them again she told me the color was just light but she would do one more coat, as far as the lady that was doing my fiancé's we never seen her again. so as we were leaving obviously unhappy with the customer service we received I asked if there was anywhere I could leave a customer review and the gentleman at the register told me here and Facebook so be careful not every customer is important here and I truly wish I would've known before we WASTED time and money going here. read more
