From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. The entire space is spotless, beautifully designed, and feels so calming and relaxing. You can tell they truly care about both cleanliness and the overall experience. My nails turned out amazing! Such beautiful work. So grateful I found this place. This will absolutely be my new go-to nail spa. Highly recommend!

I spoke about what I wanted done with the receptionist, who has always been pleasant to me, she said it wouldn't be a problem and I was sat right away. Unfortunately the nail tech I had today was less than thrilled with doing my services. She seemed very irritated with my requests and had a lingering attitude throughout the whole (two hour) session. She was being careless during my nail removal and cut the skin underneath my nail and did not apologize once. Reapplied a blood soaked cotton ball onto my injured finger. To top it off, told me it was my fault the skin grows that far up under my nail and proceeded to charge me for the full additional soak-off process. I never mind paying extra for any additional services, but after breaking my skin, the soak-off should have been discounted. Getting nails done is a luxury service and I shouldn't be made to feel like a burden getting it done when I am paying premium prices as well as tipping. I will give this place two stars because I have been here twice before and had a lovely experience with the other employees, but unfortunately I can't leave up a positive review after today. It saddens me because my set that I had done today looks amazing, but I can't get past the treatment. Overall, I can't recommend a place that leaves paying customers injured.

I was looking for something to hold them together long enough to grow out. I thought I will get the dip because I have had it before and I know it. They talked me into acrylic, then battered my fingers pushing back my cuticles so bad that my hands hurt for more than a week. I said short and round and I got long and pointed. By the time he was done I just wanted out. I went home and cut them down myself just so I could live with them. When they started to grow out I knew I needed to try somewhere else so I called Galaxy. They said to come in at 5pm and I hustled over. I told the gentleman what happened and what I wanted and he would take care of me. He was amazing. He did not push my cuticles back so far into my fingers that I felt my eyes water. He cleaned them up but gently. They did not hurt at all. He took the length down to short like I asked. They are actually rounded, and they are not as thick. They feel so much more comfortable. AND he put a little flower on two fingers. So cute.

They started soaking my nails to remove my builder gel at 6:15. I didn't know builder gel couldn't be soaked? By 6:50 I had to ask them to remove my foil wraps soaking my nails, because the product was drying on my now pushed in nails from the foil. This hurt and misshaped my nails in a really weird way. My nails are not curved and the product soaking, re drying while wrapped caused my nails to become very misshapen and painful. At 7:20 and I'd been sitting with my pedicure done for ten minutes STILL waiting for someone to remove the product from my nails. I will never come back here. They shouldn't have booked me an appointment if they couldn't actually accommodate me. As soon as I walked in they told me most of the staff were off on vacation....just don't book so many people if you can't actually provide an efficient, good quality service. I wish they wouldn't have booked me so I could've gone somewhere else and my nails wouldn't have been messed up I had to pick my son up by 8 and I didn't get out of there until almost 8:30p. Which is crazy considering they close at 7.... Their salon was dirty and the drainage lines from their pedicure chairs stink like sewage, I suspect they have a leak somewhere in their plumbing. I made an excellent choice! The salon is a beautiful place with lots of separate spaces for separate services. It is quiet, relaxing and comfortable and I felt at ease. It is really clean as well. You receive a very warm and friendly greeting when you walk in. Michelle is very good and very passionate about her craft and she is quite knowledgeable. She is friendly, professional and diligent. It's a bit of a drive for me to get there but I will absolutely make another appointment with her!

I accidentally smudged one nail, and the tech kindly fixed it. The main issue, however, was how rude and loud the owner (I believe) was when I mentioned that the lighter polish felt too thick, especially after three coats. He proceeded telling me off -- quite loudly, so everyone in the salon were privy to his tirade -- that my nails were "too thick" and that "all light colors are thicker." I've had my nails done many times in my life before and have never been told that my nails were too thick or that lighter colors are always thicker. This experience made the whole visit uncomfortable. Definitely not a relaxing or welcoming one.
