She gave me advice on color, sold me color and products. She also explained why my color was fading. I went home and followed her advice. I have a DISASTER! My hair that's a medium ash blonde is now BLACK! I've done everything I know and everything she said I was doing that was fading my color to get this black to fade, but in 2 weeks it hasn't changed. I'm very upset. I have spoken to the younger girl working that day. She said she was a local stylist and I looked her up. She said that lady was her boss. I need to pay you FIVE MORE DOLLARS just to walk out looking like I spent money on a pedicure today?!?! The residents of Forest City and surrounding towns deserve better than this mess. This was my first and last visit to this joke of a business. It was a COMPLETE waste of my time and money. I do not have bad feet at all and I get pedi's regularly. But the technician just barely grazed my heels with the pumice stone even after I explicitly told him they needed more attention than what he'd just done. He just kept complaining about how hungry and tired he was...smh
