I went into the store looking for help bc my drugstore box color was fading too fast. There was a…read morelovely, well dressed, grey haired lady working who stepped up and seemed very professional. She gave me advice on color, sold me color and products. She also explained why my color was fading. I went home and followed her advice. I have a DISASTER! My hair that's a medium ash blonde is now BLACK! I've done everything I know and everything she said I was doing that was fading my color to get this black to fade, but in 2 weeks it hasn't changed. I'm very upset. I have spoken to the younger girl working that day. She said she was a local stylist and I looked her up. She said that lady was her boss. It's ridiculous that I walked into the store looking for help and was sold something that has completely wrecked my long hair!
