This was my first time ever going there. The lady was going good on my nails from what I could tell. But when it got to the drilling part, she cut my skin below my cuticle. After curing my nails I thought she was done, but then she started filing them again and I was very confused. She ended up taking the gel polish off of the sides of my nails. I had also originally asked for Coffin, and instead I got square. My middle finger nail ended up being crooked, and all my nails turned out shorter than what I told her I wanted. When she was putting cuticle oil on my nails, I had asked her not to put the cuticle oil on the thumb she had cut and she still did it. After realizing the sides of my nails were messed up after getting in the car, I went back in and they got fixed. But will not be returning. read more

They have a scam with gel polish. I did not ask for gel but the pedicurest gave it to me and charged me twenty extra bucks. The pedicures couldn't understand one word of English. Therefore he did a terrible job on my my feet. read more

I just got my acrylic nails taken off by a professional nail technician who does the soak off method compared to places like this that just slide a fake nail underneath to pry them off. The girl that soaked my nails off at a different place informed me that this particular nail salon used MMA on my nails which is an illegal chemical. She could tell because instead of it flaking off my nails when soaked in acetone, it turned into a goo-like substance and was extra difficult for her to remov. If you care about the health of your nails, do not go to this place. On Google, it says, "MMA (Methyl methacrylate) is a common ingredient in professional nail products that were used in the early days of the nail industry. This acrylic product is now illegal when being used on the nails, as it can cause permanent loss and damage of the natural nail, as well as numbness in the fingers." read more

This salon is pretty busy, so I always make an appointment days ahead. I've had several attempts at this place, sometimes it's good, but most times it's terrible! The last time I went was 2 weeks ago and I will go out of my way to NEVER go back. I had an appointment for which I got there early for, there were people waiting that got in before me, which was great. Then some lady came in with her granddaughters, They were all over that and left me sitting there for 20 mins. Then I have NEVER had so fast a manicure! They did mine so fast and rough, I halved my tip!! I hate this place!!! read more

I have never complained about any business but this was the worst nail experience of my life! I called ahead to ask if they could do the ombré faded French nails & they said yes so I made an appointment for that evening. The lady painted my nails with clear gel then painted the French tip on and didn't even bother get it straight, she just slopped it on all uneven, I think she was too obsessed with the cuticle nippers as she went over and over my cuticles (6 times total-yes I counted). Then a man airbrushed white over my nails and they argued and she wiped that off and he airbrushed again. Then the lady painted clear gel on again and clipped my cuticles once again. I was there 2 hours & this was no time spent waiting, they started my nails right away. I've been getting gel for around 8 years and it's never taken over one hour. As soon as I get home I notice the clear gel is peeling. The next morning the airbrush is coming off and now I'm left with uneven white French tip gel nails that looks like a three year old painted them. read more

They do a great job on nails! The waxing is fine also and even the permanent eyeliner is very impressive and strait. But please note before you go there thinking you will get microbladed eyebrows that that will NOT BE THE SERVICE YOU WERE PROMISED. The technique she uses is very different from microblading which only lasts 9-15 months. This woman gives you a literal tattoo that will never go away completely unfortunately ... and she does not listen to what you want. I asked her to not outline my eyebrows, and to only put a few hairline strokes where some may be missing. Guess what? She did the exact opposite and now I look ghetto, my eyebrows are uneven, and some hair is not growing back. I should have known by looking at her eyebrows that that would happen. Now I am spending 200$ to get it removed somewhere else using the tattoo vanish process. She would not refund me and this place is never getting my business again. read more
